After getting rear ended .we wanted to make sure we took Mercy to the right shop to get repaired! Cal Collision came highly recommended by a close friend who I respect and trust. After meeting with the owner Mario, I felt comfortable taking our baby to Cal Collision! During the whole process of dealing with the insurance and letting Mario know what my expectations were, I was really grateful we picked Cal Collision in the end, to do the work on Mercy ! Mario is an extremely talented painter and is very professional but more importantly he is a good human being! He showed genuine concern for our needs and always made himself available when we had questions during the process! In the end we felt like our expectations were exceeded and we now have friends in Mario and his team Sergio, Boy, Jorge, Jerry and everyone else , that we now consider family! We 100% recommend Cal Collision!

They did an amazing job. I took my car here after I got rear ended. They washed my car after fixing her & made her look so pretty. She looked like a brand new car after they were finished with her. Sergio took very good care of me. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, & very quick. I m recommending them to everyone I know.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service was excellent. From the moment I went in for an estimate to when I picked up my car when it was done, the only thing I can say is EXCELLENT! Sergio really went above and beyond what I was expecting from an auto body shop. He did more than my insurance company. He contacted the other person s insurance company and stayed on the line until he got all the pertinent information. Thank you Sergio for all you did. Sergio at Cal Collision was a true God send in our time of need! He did more than just repair our car beautifully in lightning speed, but he went way above and beyond! He immediately took pictures of our damage and didn t stop until he spoke with someone from insurance that day to start work ASAP! My husband and I are beyond impressed with his kindness! They did an EXCELLENT job on my car! Fast, efficient, and very professional. All the staff were nice and helped me every step of the way. And they were even much quicker than I expected! Awesome from start to finish!!!

I'm very about customer service and they were nothing but nice to me. They also helped me out a ton making sure everything was taken care of, that I was updated with every step taken and was super quick. I had no issues at all, they are amazing!
