Could not have been better. Absolutely no room for improvement. Far exceeded my expectations. They were recommended by Matteson's Auto Repair, which itself is the best of the best. They didn t clean all the glass out of the door this is the second time I ve gone there and both time did not vacuum the broken glass out of the door like they said they would they also left a dent on my door frame not worth it always check to make sure they cleaned up the glass and didn t damage anything low prices for a reason

Bought a high priced window. I had been looking on line 5 different options. 1 was $850, the rest from 300 to 350. Quoted and ordered $850, it didn't fit. Took back ordered different 1. I was told it was different window altogether, it fit different appiction and was same price. I know different. He didn't wanna miss out on commission and or have to change all the info on paperwork. Either way I won't shop their again thats not an upstanding way to do business.

I had called three other places and all we giving me prices for 150-168$ for a tail light. i call c&j and it came out to 91.80$ i wow ill take it.They saved me money, customer services was great very helpful, will be doing business with them again. Excellent!!

They had a great price on a rear windshield for a 2015 terrain. $336 installed. As where safelight was $451. So yeah I was very greatful. They have great prices and theservice was great too. ThankyouC&J AUTO COLLISION

Went to get a chip in my window shield fixed. It started out great however my information was not forwarded to the repair guy so my 9:am. SCHEDULED 20 min appointment turned into waiting all morning and wasn't fixed until 1:30-2.. I will give Frank with Sudden Impact 5 stars for coming through... CALL HIM DIRECT!!! I do not recommend going through C&J auto

We needed our Class A RV dual windshield gasket replaced. They said it would be 50 50 odds they would break the windows removing them. We didn't use them, and found a place with better odds.

I called to ask about a price the guy was just rude & towards the end I thanked him even tho they didn t have what I asked for and he just hung up. Have to start teaching your employees how to be professional & have manners or else you re going to loose business I was still planning to go to see if they could be more helpful but no thanks, I ll go somewhere else.

When my son needed to have the rear window replaced on his truck, he went to C & J and they did a great job. The price for the window was competitive.

The way they you can make an appointment is a little bit different now due to the covid-19 but C & J's Auto Glass call for a quote you can keep the quote as long as you make an appointment but they are by far the best price for full windshield replacement so I will be making my appointment soon and due to the way the Cove it is is now you have to call 2 days in advance pay for your product so they can order it and then show up for your appointment I over and I left so I will be having to make the payment in two days in advance because I don't have a lot of time for my car to just sit without me being ubering or Lyft cell go with C and J's in Salinas it is the best price best customer service and the best quote

I do order parts from here good service but when i receive my hood it had 2 small dents and i only noticed it when i took it out of the box my father pick up the hood and didnt open the box to see i know its not there fault but just inspect it i didn't return it as i needed to paint hood that weekend so i had to do repairs myself but prices are good almost done with my build soon

They have everything for the most part, prices are pretty high comparitively, unless you buy wholesale. And watch when you buy adhesives such as Sika products, they have an expiration date and won't adhere properly.

They were the ONLY place of business that asked me if I needed just the mirror portion or the entire passenger's side mirror & housing! I just need the mirror, what a HUGE difference in price!
