Came to get my windshield replaced at 12:30 and they took until over 3pm to get it replaced. By the way there was only one customer I front of me.

Called in to get 3 windows replaced on my car and put a small deposit down but got the run around for over a week about the parts coming in. Eventually I cancelled my order because everyday I called in I got the same answer the place where we order parts said it should be coming in this afternoon Raul was a polite guy, not rude or anything but I wish he would ve been straight up throughout the process. I depend on my car for work, kids, etc and not having 3 windows on my car for two weeks is a huge strain.

Alpha Distributors owner, his place could be the worst experience you can ever experience, specially with his person Edward Padilla, his person is the most un-educated and bad trained person I ever seen, he started screaming at me with high authority when I requested to double check his work on installing a couple of step-bars in my brother in law's 4�4, we need his steps in order to facility our 90 years old grandma to be able to climb into the Jeep that it's too high for her, even that we explained the reason why we needed to upgrade the jeep for a human purpose the same person Mr. Padilla clearly mentioned on not really care of our needs, stead, the step installed in our jeep was installed on a way that it was rubbing and damaging the rear wheels!!! We asked them to fix it!! However they refused to do so!! They wanted to charge us aditional 400 dollars just to look at it and "attempt" to fix it without any promisses or warranty good results!!! Please do not go to this place my brother in law and I expent 3 hours fixing their work, they are nasty, un-professional and irresponsible, specially mr. Edward Padilla, I fell sorry for The owner who was so stup....on hiring people like that, by the way, Mr. Padilla said he was the business owner when asked him about his position. Good luck you guys if you ever get service in that place, however you can find better places around to shop for the same parts where you will obtain better results, you can also end up happy and not where they make feel miserable and worthless.

It's a little pricey here and the employees here takes forever to work on a vehicle! I rather drive my car to Seaside to Allen's Glass Shop!! They do a great job and extremely hospitable there.

They replaced the Windshield gasket and reseated my dual Windshield on my Class A RV. It was a hard job for these guys but the hung in there and did it, took two days, it was a hard job for them.

These guys were super easy to deal with. I called and asked if they had a specific fender, which they had in stock and I picked it up 10 minutes later. They even gave me a discount. Super pleased with the transaction, and I would not hesitate to come here again and again

Horrible coustomer service. they broke my panel doing a change of windshield, so i went to the store and the manager Javier Told me that is something usual on my car. and. they can't replace on their own. and i need to pay if i want to change it.i ask for the pricewe were talking in spanish and i heard his assistant told himNEW = $105USED = $60so Javier told me150 New and 90 used installation our own and probably you get a discountLiar...

Had my windshiled done last week and some review's helped other's had no idea what they were talking about i have a 2005 honda accord need a windhsiled and they were right on the price and on service made an appointment and in and out in a hour and a half couldnt ask any better service and staff freindly enviorment . thank you you will have my bussiness.

They always do an outstanding job with my auto needs. Have most parts on hand and do a fantastic job. Never have i had a bad experience here! I will use them again an will definitely recommend them.

Terrible scheduling. Called for an appointent to get the passenger side door window replaced and I was told on the phone that I should come in at 2 and my glass would he here and ready. I knly took the appointment because it was earlier in the day than my regualr go to gkass shop and i needed ti get work done today. I arrived half an hour early because I was done with a job and didn't want to start another that I would have to leave. I got am update at 3:48 from someone saying that my glass shouldn't be much longer... for a door window.... that was supposedly here at 2... I walked back there to grab my lunch and the door is torn apart with nobody around my truck installing a glass or cleaning the broken glass. I've been to other glass shops in the area with smaller names than these guys and get treated better and they stick to their word. Its now 4:40 and im still sitting in the waiting room. This is the first and only time I will ever use Alpha for anything. First impressions are very important and I took a chance by using you and despite my gut telling me to not go to you, I still did simply because I thought you'd honor your appointment time as my time is valuable to me, my customers and my boss. Thank you for wasting my time and setting me behind on my work.

Maybe I'm to sensitive or old school in the aspect that you should RESPECT your customers. Maybe clicheish but "we are the reason you eat". To use the word f**k on the phone with someone you are providing a service and have never met is pretty disgusting. That's your first impression? Good luck to you guys I took my cracked windshield to Hollister they seem to know how to speak like adults.

Awesome fast service, 20min for a windshield installation on my 2013 Volvo Rig. Within 30 minutes I paid the bill and I was on my way. This is what customer services is all about.

Went there to replace window motor twice. It was determined that there was an electrical problem somewhere in the engine. When I asked if they could put the window up cause it had been raining they wanted me to wait a week for an appointment.

Customer service from Jason I give hem a 10, but the managnament I give a 0An advice to everyone never pay on advance!!! Untill job is done ! They have hiding fees!!!!

I called Alpha to install the rear window in my just completed 1972 Camaro. They showed up at the scheduled time and installed the glass.The first time I washed the car, I noticed the window had a leak so I called Alpha and they scheduled an appointment to reinstall it. After 3 appointments in which two were a complete no show, the Alpha guy shows up early, (I'm not even home yet) and tells my Daughters boyfriend " the glue looks good, are you sure it leaks?"Am I sure it leaks? I think the water pouring from the sealed area is a pretty good indication that there is a leak. Then he says "you will have to bring it to the shop so we can test it"No one wants to redo a bad job if theres no money in it, so Alpha just stalls you until you get fed up and go somewhere else. Very poor work, will not stand behind their work. I wouldnt recommend Alpha for glass work.
