I went randomly because I bought a battery for my 2006 Range Rover Sport and it needed to be installed asap because I was getting an HDC fault failure. There were cars everywhere when I drove up, but the owner kindly directed me in and got the job done over and beyond because they checked my fluids and oil at no additional charge. They have earned a new customer because they took good care of my baby!

Amazing how I went to this place been going here for just oil change then brake works then all of a sudden had a water leak took it in and the staff there are amazing people and so as the owners themselves they went over and beyond on taking care of me and my car first thing boss told me first of we are human he explain to me they did change radiator then the water pump needs to be replaced as well and he said don t worry like I told you we re human I got the part for you all I need from you is your patience so I did waited they kept me in a loop of what s going on and then got a call your timing belts needs to be replaced and he said again don t worry about it they worked on it and got another call sir there is so much going on with your car I m gonna replace your engine for you I was nervous on how much I would spent but he said to me again, brother don t worry so they worked on it and today I got a call bother got good news your car is ready and we had to replace some of the stuff that cost thousands I mean not including labor this job would easily cost me 12k the most but nope the new owners yes they are new owners said come get your keys and your good to go I'd only pay for my radiator job and ended up with new engine and so much more they replaced so they won t disappoint you again NEW OWNERS so I m a very happy customer taking off feeling blessed with Amazing people here at west coast auto care

I took my truck in for an issue with I was having with the steering stabilizer. The guys here were really friendly and very quickly determined what the issue was. The ordered the part and had it in same day. The pricing was incredibly fair, They walked me through everything as far as parts and labor cost and it ended up being quite a bit cheaper than other shops were quoting me.Overall, I was impressed with the service and how quick everything got done.I went back with my other car for a couple of small issues since then and they treated me even better as a repeat customer. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have reached out for advice or just to have them look at something. This has become my go to shop and everyone I have referred to them has had the same experience. Great place, Great people and even better prices. Can't ask for much more!

Had my oil changed with them not too long ago. Super friendly, fast, and great price. I will be going back to them for other repairs in the future!Edit: 4/16/24 went back again. This time for some issues I was having with my AC. Just like last time, they took great care of me and there were no surprises. My new auto shop for sure!

Great experience with oil change, tire rotation, and brake pads replaced. Front desk woman was so kind and helpful and the service was extremely quick. They were able to get me in the same day. Highly recommend!

Came in to this shop because my Lexus was overheating. My radiator had a crack. Got that fixed with a better price than other shops quoted me. Also needed my AC system recharged. I received great customer service, with knowledgeable mechanics and good prices! I m satisfied and definitely recommend this shop. I know that I ll definitely come back for my car maintenance here.

I recommend this shop to anyone in Sacramento looking for a reliable mechanic shop ! Our first time here , we brought our RAM truck for an oil changed and headlight fixed and they were friendly and very helpful. Was told technician was on his way in, so "bring your car in and we'll get her taken care of". Pulled up, car bays all completely empty. 6hrs later (15min before they closed) had to call them just to be informed car wouldn't be looked at til around 10am the next day. Mind you, I told them this is my family's primary car for work, school, drop offs, etc. Felt misunderstood and sensed a lack of professionalism within this experience. Won't be going back

When Pep Boys broke my spark plugs during a tune up, I found this place and they re welcoming hospitality built my trust up to where I now continue to use them as my trusted auto mechanic shop to handle all my vehicle needs that are out of my DIY hands. Very informative and no task out of reach. 10/10!!!

I just began my road trip to Grand Canyon. Without this shop me, my grandma, and my 6 cats, would not have been able to have a successful road trip to the best National park in the nation. This shop performed the best road trip safety inspection in preparation for this adventure. I trust this shop with my life.

Ok listen, when I say I trust these people not just with my life but also my family s lives, know that I mean it. I did a tire change down the street and as I was driving back home my car started shaking so pulled into their parking lot to check it out real quick. I didn t see anything wrong with my car and was about to go about my day. One of their employees comes running to me saying they saw the tires wiggling a bit as I drove by. I told him I just changed them at a shop down the street and he offered to check their work for me. Turns out they didn t tighten the lug nuts at all when they put the tires back on. At most they were hand tight. These guys helped me rebalance my tires and put them back on for me and actually tightened the lug nuts. Saved my life.
