I Went to get a estimate for a radio install.The guy searched for the installation kit brackets that I don't need because I have the brackets that come with the radio and they work for my application.He make the situation of my harness being cut a big deal.I know they can get the color wire codes online same as I can.The grand total $400He said $60 was for the bracket kit.I found the Metra Electronics 95-7801 Double DIN Installation Kit for Select 1990-2006 Acura/Honda/Isuzu VehiclesAt $12 in Amazon.$400 is a joke It's ok I'll do it myself.Update.I saved me some money.No brackets needed.

First time customer here. Went in to get a stereo and speakers installed in my daughter's car. He called me the next day with a sooner install date. He was friendly, fast and efficient. MJ was great and went above and beyond the call of duty. The sound system he recommended is amazing. Will definitely come back!

5-Stars! Flawless! Greater than great!Friendly knowledgeable staff helped with all questions I had. The tint was done perfectly, I got 15% in the back and 50% in the front. Its made a difference already.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could put NO STARS I would. Totally unprofessional. Last year my boyfriend brought my Cadillac in to be tinted and had purchased the cue system to be replaced since mine was cracked from sun damage...They tinted my windows which I guess i could say is good work since there isn't any ripples or bubbles, but there is a print of 3M all over my windows? Not sure why? Honestly that's the LEAST of my concerns...what I'm really upset about is that when they replaced my old cue system with the new one, for whatever reason (unknown because they NEVER returned my phone calls-we'll get into that later)my entire system won't work. Not only does it not turn on, but now my heating and air conditioner, along with my back up camera, my radio...NOTHING WORKS. And we are talking ALL Black car in the middle of summer with NO air! We called and we were told by the owner that the rep that installed everything on my car is at the other location and will contact me. Never received a call back. I called back and owner said that the rep had a family emergency. Anyway to this day still has not ever been addressed or fixed. And here it is winter now with NO heater!

These guys were great installing a touch screen stereo in my Jeep. I dealt with MJ, and Miguel and they were super knowledgeable and friendly. New unit sounds better, Bluetooth is easier to pair and works better and I now have carplay with navigation. The price was half of what everyone else quoted me for a name brand unit. They have earned all my future car stereo business.

I visited the West Coast audio on Arden over the Thanksgiving weekend. For small business Saturday. I talked with MJ about what I was looking for and he was able to suggest a good head unit a backup camera and they had some speakers on sale for the holiday to replace my factory set.I had been researching prices and places to have the work done and with the reviews I had sent and the price I was quoted I decided to have the work done.They had me come back the next day to drop off my truck and do the work. I received my truck back that afternoon with the newly installed parts.I am happy with the parts that I got. The pioneer head unit upgraded my vehicle to have navigation and car controls over my phone. One thing I had requested but was not done, was to have my original steering wheel controls still control the stereo volume. They did not do this.The backup camera is super basic as it is one that just attached to my license plate. However the angle of the backup markers were going into the sky. But I did find some adjustment settings on the head unit to get the lines more on the ground where they are helpful. Seems like something they could have taken a few minutes to calibrate themselves. Thankfully I am savvy enough to figure those kinds of things out myself.The head unit looks pretty close to stock but I can see some gap between some of the original truck dash panels and the added bracket pieces for the new unit.Overall. I received a decent price on installed equipment from a local company that is veteran owned. However, the price was not amazing nor was the work impressive enough to have me return. I would get quotes from them again but will see if I can find a place that may charge a little more on the install for it to look a lot more finished and like it came from the factory.

Hey, I just wanted to say great service. Great customer service all in all phenomenal work. Shout out to MJ. I thought it was gonna be a long time until the car was done, they had another car in front and still manage to get mine done ASAP. I recommend 10 out of 10.

Super friendly store, very clean and knowledgeable! They helped me install a new stereo in my car that was wired pretty ghetto from the previous owner. If you go here work with MJ he s amazing and provided the best customer experience! He s patient and listens to any concerns/questions you have. Super happy with this purchase and glad I went here!

PLEASE AVOID THESE HACK ARTISTS!!2nd posting WCA Inc deleted my first.1st posting rundown: (March 20')Replace factory head unit on 02 4runner, for newer with rear view camera. 3months, 4 visits later it got done. That alone should keep you away...but it gets better.2nd Review: To summarize: Had to open up the front dash and plug in a antenna switch and front camera that I was installing. That is when I saw first hand WCA installation practices.They are HACK ARTIST! THE WORST RADIO INSTALL ONE COULD IMAGINE. Far from a professional install, I should've never let anyone work on my 4RNR since I've owned it with 5miles. Exposed wiring, completely hacked all the factory wiring, no professional plugs used when connecting large bundles of wires, ran new wires for what when could've utilized factory, pig tailed off a power line to the antenna which is why it was going up all the time. It took me an hour to trace wires and use my factory wiring diagram and the head unit installation guide to make sense of this butchering. Lastly, when they were running wires, complete amateur hour like everything else ran them dangerously low by the brake and gas peddle. This has been my daughters DD so I rarely drove it. Talk about a total F'n safety hazard my size 13 caught part of it when I hopped in to push the seat back.I strongly support local business, but this one needs to go. Don't even bother going in for a quote unless you want to get a contact high (I also try not to judge, but after this any business that's not a dispensary I'm turning around). After this, I'm pissed for not at least attempting to install it myself, which you should do honestly.Even if there is new management, wouldn't trust this place to install anything. Small claims court is a possibility.

Great service, they installed my aftermarket radio a year ago and one day it just randomly stopped working. I called them and they asked me to come in, wait time wasn t too long for them to get started. They diagnosed and fixed part of the issue by replacing a fuse behind the radio, and informed me that I need to get my battery tested and or replaced as there were issues with it. Letting me know to get it done before it gets colder because my car would not start in that weather. Not only did they do all of this at no charge but they saved me from being late or having to call into work because my car wouldn t be able to start at some point with the battery I have currently. Super nice people very informing and Professional. I definitely recommend this place for many reasons.

The staff was super friendly, gave me a great price on my ceramic window tint which looks awesome! The manager indicated the store was under new ownership with a veteran owner who was committed to a great customer experience. All 5 of my windows came out great. Would highly recommend

This shop came highly recommended and I can honestly say they exceeded the expectation. The window tints they placed on my car look amazing, and it has kept heat out just as they had promised. I wish i could give more than 5 stars!!! I am so impressed! I do a lot of driving for work, and wanted my music to be to the level I wanted. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla in January. My 1st brand new car off the lot, very happy. My fiance was worried about someone installing after market equipment in the car, but after a thorough consultation, I got all my questions answered with confidence and I was assured I was in good hands. So, the job started out with one main tech guy, then due to the car being brand new and not having enough data yet, They then pulled two other techs over to assist, they stayed until the job was finished, one hour after closing, but still, same day service, I was so impressed. So now I've been driving around for two weeks, and NO complaints whatsoever. Extremely happy and satisfied. Also, they were able to qualify me through their SNAP program, and it didn't pull on my credit, now I'm making payments every two weeks, but if I pay it off in 100 days it's same as cash no interest. I'm juiced! Thanks West Coast!!!!!

I've been coming here for years and this crew knows what they are doing! Very professional and only put out the best quality work. I've never been pressured from anyone for any type of upsell on the products and services they provide. They do a great job demonstrating the differences between products whether tint or sound systems and have been nothing but helpful! Only place I would recommend to anyone whether you're just starting off and curious or knowledgeable and just wanting to upgrade.

Came in today and had no issues . My appointment was scheduled for Sunday but they was able to squeeze me in . Installed my led light with no issue and even created a switch for me to turn them on and off. Ramzy is definitely the guy !!!

I came here bc of my past experiences w/ west coast car audio, which were the tinting of my windows w/ their 3m branded tint. They came out beautifully so I just had to come back w/ my latest enquiry, a viper alarm system; Due to a very unfortunate and quite frankly, dumb move ever made on my end, losing my car key (ignition key). I lost it near an area I visit frequently, and afraid someone must have found and taken it. So I came back here to see if they could help me out. Fortunately for me, the salesperson mai was eager and ready to help ease my burden w/ a viper alarm system. My accord is my Lamborghini, and to have someone out there having unrestricted access to my super car was a no go. She got me the 2-way remote start & security system, and after a quick tutorial, found out the best way possible that my car is protected. Of course my car can still be targeted w/ or without my old ignition key, having to know live updates about the status of my vehicle via the pager gives me the peace ofMind I need. Shout out to mai and her technicians for a rather fantastic addition to my car. Def will come back in the future.

Ok so they did my tints and my beat and I am just the happiest girl ever ridin round with some slap and you cant see anything inside! MJ is the one who helps me so ask for MJ when you go!
