Good Prices, but they are a mess. Had my appt at 7am and told me they got the wrong tires. He was blaming me for ordering the wrong tires until i showed him the recipt and he told me they couldn t do much. After they called me at 10am saying my tired are there that they were misplaced . I went in to see if they can install my tires since I paid for the service and the manager did not want to install them because it was passed my appointment. Manager claimed he was not in the mood to deal with these problems. Worst experience ever and never coming back. Will be letting people i know about this. Manager was horrible Walmart needs to get a new manager that loves his job, not an old grumpy man that hates what he does.

ZERO STARS. I have to add at least one star to be able to post this WARNING. Do not take your vehicle to this shop!! They broke off two of my tire pressure sensors in the rear wheels when I took in my vehicle for new tires (the first change on a fairly new car). They did cartwheels trying to tell me they were already broken off. WHAT? My car would have to have been in t-bone accidents on two sides to break those off. They even tried to convince me the sensors where "rounded and smoothed" because they were rolling around in the wheel. WHAT? They are designed rounded and smooth and show no damage from rolling around. I would have also heard two broken sensors rolling around. I took my car to Toyota and they verified the sensors do not look at all damaged other than being broken off and that it was caused by the tire machine during tire removal. PATRICK THE MANAGER IS A JOKE AND SOULD BE FIRED ALONG WITH THE GUYS WHO MISUSED THE TIRE MACHINE AND LIED! They refuse to pay for the damage so that tire pressure sensors read on my dashboard, which requires Toyota brand sensors. Universal sensors do not work on my vehicle.Service: Tires

It took over 2 hrs for a simple oil change because the cashier couldn t use the register properly. I observed a customer returning a brand new battery that didn t hold a charge, it took 3 technicians to work the cash register for a return. Yes, the technician working on my car was interrupted several times to help work the register. Besides that, the tech smudged my white car with several oil stains on the fenders & drivers door.

Came in for an unscheduled oil change and the auto center took less time than it took me to do my shopping! Had a little hiccup and had to bring it right back. The entire team went above and beyond while I waited! Everyone was so nice even on a Monday morning! Will recommend and will return! Thank you!

I came to this location twice for an oil change, as in today 1/5/24 I arrived at 3:30 I asked for oil change, the Employee Joseph that does oil changes, told me to come back in a hour and he can take me after his appointment. I stay on the property for a hour , I go back in a hour he tells me he s not doing them anymore. This customer service is very poor and needs to be corrected. I ve tried twice to get a oil change I should be able to come to get my car serviced or able to schedule a appointment. Instead of wasting customers time when you could of said no your closing after instead of lying to a customer about service.

What a joke, ordered tires online from Walmart. Had appointment to install however their tire machine could not balance them so they would not install. So I scheduled an appointment Americas tire for install. Went to pick up tires and no one in the entire store was capable of retrieving and releasing the online order so I waited now going on an hour and a half and missed my install appointment at Americas tires. The last time I shop at Delta Shores Walmart.

Went in today to get some tires installed, that my dad bought online , very quick, they said 1 hour but definitely was out of there before, customer service was great! Thank you for the quick and awesome service!.

They have a good business model keeping prices low for certain things like oil change or fixing a tire so much so that I will always get upsold everytime I come here and buy headlights or something else tooEdit: I brought my chrysler 300 here for an oil change one day and they took my 100$ battery charger out of my trunk (most likely to check back battery) and never put it back. Had to look back there and realize that they took it out and had to call. I called the auto center and spoke to Patrick and he yelled at me over the phone. I was simply asking how does that occur where my property leaves my vehicle: Do you guys open the trunk? Why would he take it out? Is that regular procedure? Simple questions that any person with resolve (and anyone not having a baby n**sack) would answer. Patrick just yelled and said "dont tell me how to do my job, you think we dont know how to do our job, *incoherent rambling*". I filed a whole report with Service Rep Martin and even had a quote unqoute call coming my way from Tyler the Market Manager which never came.My case TICKET #230110-007368 which they never followed up on.Also they told me they wouldnt replace my headlight bc they would have to remove my air filter, which I ended up simply doing on my own by unscrewing it and lifting it up about 6 inches out of the way and not even having to take it all the way out of the car to replace the headlight.Customers Beware!

Don't trust them with your car. I had to get an oil change and the first available appointment wasn't for a week so I took it. Then the day of service, I arrived to a disorganized clerk. I got checked in and my service didn't start until 45 minutes later, mins you the other other customers there for service came after me and didn't have appointments. Then the service tech was unable to identify my car with my keys despite a factory key and paperwork clearly identifying which vehicle the keys belong with.. Highly disappointed with the serviceService: Oil change

Great staffs! Great people in the auto room! However, Walmart needs to stop allowing people to make appointments through website if they can t handle everyone on time. I made a 5PM appointment, but staffs couldn t help because they ll be closed before it ll be my turn on queue, so I had to postpone the tire change.

This auto care center has the best deal for full synthetic oil change! $44.99Theresa assisted me with the process on Mon 3/30/23. She was very sweet and kind, and was constantly busy.Please be patient with the workers. They re trying their best to assist customers while multitasking The whole process took about 30 mins while I was browsing around in Walmart and nearby department stores, very convenient!

3+ hour estimated wait times are typical and used as a tool to keep you away. The employees do not want to work and will say anything to not work including "terminals are down" to "we just have no one working today ". They make up a policy that all appointments must be made in person and when you speak to a manager the customer service manager just says yeah that sounds right it is the new policy....Service: Oil change

People who came behind me got their cars worked on, after waiting for 2 hours I confronted their manager and he told me that employees pick and choose on vehicles they want yo work on. First experience here don t recommend this place at all.

I prefer the Walmart Auto Care Center located in the Delta Shores Shopping Center. They are conveniently open seven days per week, have comfortable chairs while awaiting your car service and provide excellent customer service!I recently had a headlight restoration on my vehicle and they did an excellent job!

Bought 4 new tires for my 2018 Versa Note, had an appointment and Vacaville took me in before my time, protected my seat and floor, and before I finished shopping they let me know my car was ready. Good service technician had good customer service.

This place took a little over 2 hours to install 2 tires. The first person (Auto Tech?) worked on the car did not know how to mount and dismount the tires and took over an hour to install one tire. The second person(Auto Tech?) was faster but didn't do any better of a job on the tire. They scratched both of my rims with the pry bar tool for mounting the tires. I asked both techs when they were finished if they had problems installing the tire pressure monitors. They both said no. None of those employees should be working at an auto center without proper training. Both tires failed and I had to add air to both of them. I had to add over 10 psi to each tire a couple of days later. So both tires were low, one at 15 psi and the other one at 22psi. I checked both tires after reinflating them with so soapy water and bubbles were coming out. Both tires leaked at the Schrader valve where they installed the tire pressure monitor. I went to another shop to have them fixed since I could not count on this shop to install them correctly. I would not recommend using this tire shop. They do not know what they are doing at all.Service: Tires

I called for a price quote on new tires and this old guy who answered was so unprofessional. Gave me attitude for no reason as I was giving him information. He should be fire immediately. If you got a problem helping customer don t work there.

Oil change. Drove home and check engine light comes on(first time ever) took car to mechanic, mechanic is saying it s very possible they changed oil and sediment clogged valves and it typically happens when there s an oil change and they don t run the car for 20-30 minutes to let the new oil mix in. Also said the filter was dirty which was supposedly changed as well. At least that s what my receipt said. I ll update when I get my car back from the mechanic. Very strange that after oil change, check engine light comes on immediately after Update: mechanic said my car only had 1 quart of oil in it and it was absolutely the supposed oil change I received. Will be reaching out for reimburse of my mechanic fees and will update again soon.Service: Oil change

The prices are fair. But BUCKLE UP DUDE. Because...you will be waiting for like 3 hours or more. I got 4 new tires an oil change and tire protection plan for a little north of 500 bucks. Not bad. Slow service though.

I went to purchase 2 tires because I had a nail in the right rear tire. The girl said the 2 front tires were bald, so I had the technician check the thread and he said they were fine. Almost new. The front tires were at 35 pressure and the rear tires were at 31 when I had the pressure checked at Americas tire. Uneven pressure will damage tires. Will not use Delta shore auto service againService: Tires

Computers always down,can not book in advance. If you want to be 1st or 2nd in line,one has to camp out and arrive TJREE hourrs begore opening time-the WORST WALMART AUTO CARE ! Phone rings and no one ever picks it up !

In last 4 days I bought two new tires and had them installed. Once I drove away my tire pressure registered 34/35 on the new tires and 30/29 on the two that were not replaced. They apparently didn t even check the tire pressures except on the two newly installed ones - very unprofessional. Never heard of such a thing. Hugely disappointed Service: Tires

I normally don't do reviews, but had to for this experience. I went here and dealt with a younger man in the tire center. We told him the tires we wanted and that we needed four of them. He said he would go pull them and we could do our shopping and come back and pay for them. We wanted to pay then, but he said we couldn't do that. He wrote the number of the tires on his arm in permanent ink and said he was going to go and pull them so that they wouldn't get sold (they had 7 in stock). When we came back, he said they were sold and acted like it was no big deal. Then they wanted to offer us a tire that wasn't comparable to the one we wanted. A middle aged gentlemen helped us at that point and said that tire size is popular and they would be getting a shipment 2 days later and he wrote our name and number down and said he would call us on Monday. It is Tuesday and no call. We called America's Tire Co. when we left to see if they had something close to the cost and value. They did, so my mother-in-law is getting her tires put on there as we speak. I LOVE Wal-Mart. Matter of fact, we are there at least once a week for their bargains, but we know how they run low on certain things. Tires are the same!

Got 4 brand new tires on my car 2 years ago. Drove around 25k miles. Got my tires rotated and balanced by these people every 10k miles. They told me I needed new tires. I then go get my car aligned from a different shop. They called me to the back and said they couldnt align it becuase one of my tires was smaller then the rest. He said that could be why the tires wore out so fast. He also said a camber was off becuase the tires were not the same size. Anyways I went back into Walmart Tire center and explained this to the manager and he starts accusing me of driving crazy (thats why the tires went out so fast) . Mind you I drive a Prius to and from work and school around 20 miles each way. Manager offered to install one free tire. Even though the rest of my tires were affected becuase of their mistake. Anyways Do not go to walmart tire center no matter what you do. Employees and Manager were super unprofessional. Manager also tried to put the blame on me for not noticing that one tire is smaller then the rest. BEWARE OF THIS INSTITUTIONService: Tires

Actually they don t go by turn. Just for tire puncture repair, I waited almost two hours while they said it would take 45 minutes. I saw people came after me as walk in and finished before me and left
