Pretty good prices. But the old man w the hat,running the automotive department is rude. Not just once but several times. I hope he doesn t run all the customers off. Honest review:)

DONT GO HERE!!!!!Took my Honda Civic in on December 27, 2022. I reported that there was something wrong with my tire and it seemed very off. I was worried it was going to blow out. I had an appointment for early in the day and ended up waiting until the shop was about to close for someone to examine my tire for a shockingly short amount of time. I was told I had a "very very very tiny nail" in my tire and sent on my way.Today, January 18, that exact same tire went flat in the fourth story of a parking garage. It took the mechanic 2 minutes to see what was wrong with my tire. I'd love Walmart to explain how they didn't see this.Service: Tires

When I purchased my Yokohama tires from Walmart, I also purchased the hazardous road service. I had a huge nail in my tire and I didn't have to wait no more than 30 minutes.

Never answer the phone. I bought 4 new tires 18 months ago.Two tires already have cracks in the sidewalls.Antelope Super Center told me to go to Roseville location where I bought the tires to see if they are still under warranty. Their warranty states that they prorate the replacement cost based in how much tread is left. Mine aren't even halfway used. Get what you pay for, I guess. Btw, the date code in the tires was 2020, so they shouldn't be cracked by now.

Walmrt is conveniently located for me...the Team in the Tire Dept are Super...Thursday they really helped me out of an urgent Tire issue with my Flat...as the tire was severely damaged....I went back today to buy a much needed 2nd Tire because of their Sale...I'm well satisfied and my Car is SAFE...thank you Walmrt Service Center...

Came to get two tires changed had like 4-5 cars in front of me( understandable).I waited patiently to the side and watch 2 other cars pull up, a tow truck dropped offa truck and a guy took his tires off in the parking lot while my car was in line. Why did all of these people cars get done before mine when I was waiting their since 2:28pm they didn't start on my car until 4:45 and was done in 10 min. It's felt like degrading discrimination and to think I was gone tip whoever worked on my car. And what really had me boiling besides the heat was they let my car sit on a air lift for 30mins before even touching it like I didn't have nothing to do. I was tryna be understanding and considerate but I'm not blind at all. There should be some type of order. The time I spent their was unacceptable I will never go back their. Great technicians. The accommodated me even when I was late. They did a fantastic job replacing my two front tires and in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

Series of events:1- Pulled up at 9:15AM, 4 cars ahead of me in line, said good morning to the guy, didn t even say good morning back. Guy said eta for my car should be between hour to hour and a half, I said okay.2- I walk around Walmart and come back 10:30AM, my line has not moved. I look for a while from the window maybe two workers are on the floor and neither are working just walking in circles. The line next to mine has already done 4 cars but I can t switch lines now.3- Ask for my keys back so I can leave because I don t want to spend all my morning at Walmart, they didn t even move the car behind me so I had to painfully squeeze my car out.4- Get a text at 1:18 PM (4 hours after arriving) that my car which they think is still in line is ready to be serviced. Basically it would ve taken 5 hours to get an oil change if I stayed.I worked in customer service for 3 years so I m always polite and try to be understanding, but this place need to serious help and better staff.

Went to get my oil changed april 18th 2023. They were really packed and still got me in and out in an hour and did it with my parts I provided. They were really polite. The tech was very helpful on locating a part for me and the guy and lady who were working the desk were very polite as well. Thank you for the great service!

You will NEVER guess what I got at Walmart! I bought a universal remote for my car! Yeah, just like buying one for a television, but for my car! It didn't come with a clicker and the keys are too expensive, (cuz they're electronic) so I looked into it. Sure enough, there they were! Less than half the cost of a key. Bingo!

I took my car in because I was concerned about the fact that it appeared that my sidewall was starting to peel away from the rim and the tire was a bit deflated. I made an appointment but the guy that checked me in had a friend show up who wanted his car repaired first and he complained that he didn't know I was actually going to show up to my appointment. I was one of the first cars there when I handed over my keys and went to wait for them to finish, yet somehow they ended up doing every car before mine including the friend of the employee and I had to wait for hours. When they finally looked at it near their closing time, they concluded there was just a small nail and that it was fine, and stared blankly when I tried to point out the rim. Lo and behold, two weeks later my tire has gone flat and to my surprise the issue was in fact the tire separating from the rim and there was never any "tiny nail". I don't understand why these people made me wait for hours, did not listen to the actual problem, and did not replace my tire when it had a clear issue that a mechanic, as well as myself, was able to see in seconds. Do not go to them, they don't know what they're talking about and a quick google search will show Walmart Auto Centers have had multiple lawsuits.Service: Tires

They were quick changing the oil on my car and inspected other parts. They do need an AC , swamp cooler or something though. The auto shop was HOT ! Poor mechanics.

2 days ago I went in for just an oil change, I have been using Walmart s services for almost 3 years now and have NEVER been treated this way. I was very surprised at how comfortable the mechanic seemed to be with reaching over me and trying to roll down a very obviously taped up and broken window. I had to ask him specifically not to touch that window as it was broken. After waiting over an hour for the oil change I picked up my car and noticed that my door was rattling when I closed it. It was rattling because they tried to roll down all my windows, even tried to roll down the taped up window, for no reason at all. The job was for an oil change, not a chill inside my car long enough to need to roll the windows down job. Very unprofessional and could have cause serious damage to my window. I came in to pay for an oil change, not a broken window. Absolutely no reason at all to touch my windows. The only reason I didn t go off at pickup was because of the very nice lady at the counter who helped them get my car done faster.Service: Oil change

I called 4 times in order to make an appointment. NO ONE answered. I went down there in order to set up an appointment for new tires. When I got there I went into the customer entrance area and asked the guys if their was any openings today / inquiring about the price. They told me to just pull up to slot 2 and someone would be there to help. When I asked about appointments today he sighed and in a very condescending tone said I want you to look at something laid his tablet on my car and asked me what I saw. Again his tone being condescending.Service: Auto tire replacement

Well..... Louis was very helpful during my purchase of 4 tiresHowever it took approximately 2 and a half hours to install them.... I didn't catch the women's name who check me in...she was super helpful

I had it scheduled for noon to put on 2 tires, showed up earlier to save time. The car went into the shop at about 12. It's 2 pm right now, and I am still waiting for my car to be done. Do you yourself a favor find a better spot. The lady was nice enough to not charge me some of the fee, so that's nice, but spending 2-3hrs to get 2 tires installed is a deal-breaker for me.

I got an oil change. They were nice and friendly but when i was paying for everything i just felt like the guy at the counter was rude. I guess that's how guys are at auto counter. IDK

After arriving for an oil change was told it would be 20mins tops. Car was pulled into the slot and sat there for over an hour. With no tech. Which was even stranger that no tech was working on any car. After going up multiple times it'll be right up 20 mins more, the counter person was very rude.

Terrible... I had a appointment and I was their for the appointment ready to get new tires put on, but they turned me away for 3 days. I returned 3 days later same 2 vehicles where still in the garage getting worked on.

It s cheap but they always say you get what you pay for. They don t reset you maint light we needed. You have to tell them. Not time I sat here for 2 hours and no one worked on my car. No it was not busy so I didn t understand what the problem was. I go because it s cheap and close to home. But I shouldn t have to tell them how to to heir job every time I go. The manager is good tho. Any time I had a problem he was there. As well as another guy that checks you in. I don t remember his name tho. This could be a pleasant experience if the Gus doing the job would actually just do their jobs. They seem very lazy at times.

I have had a 5 star streak for a bunch of businesses that do very good work. I recently had my tires go over some glass, so I took them in for patching. The lady at the front was very polite and helpful. I waited 2 hours for my car to be fixed, but when I came to pick it up, they said it's unpachable and needs to be replaced. Didn't even put the spare on. So I went inside and ordered a full set of tires, two of which were covered under warranty. I ordered the new ones, and paid for 2 tires, while the other two were under warranty. The tires came in fast, and I came by the next day to pick them up, and mount. The car went in, and they mounted the tires. I drove it the day after, and noticed the steering wheel wobbles a lot. I took it in to Ed's auto care, and the service tech said the wheels were mounted wrong, the balance was terrible, and the tires weren't the best. I paid two times more for this set, and they're worse than my original set that I had. I wouldn't recommend coming here for tired, especially since they're a key safety feature that keep your car on the road.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and was told they would call when it was done. Over an hour later with no call I decided to see what was taking so long, only to see my car has been done for who knows how long. Then to pay, I stood in line for another 45 minutes while the completely incompetent cashier slowly rang the 3 people ahead of me; was told to move to another line that ended up not being where I could pay for the oil change and had to go to the end of the original line. Oil changes have never taken so long. Nearly 2 hours later I was late to work. Never ever ever come here.

So, it is showing operating hours as 7am. Don't be fooled by what it tells you online they had no workers ready at 7am. It was 7:45 when I finally spoke with a tech.

I went to get my tires rotated and balanced. I also was getting an oil change. The first gentlemen that writes up the order stated it would take 1.5 hours to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I accepted the job work order. It get to be 2 hours and met vehicle only had the oil change completed. I questioned the service manager why my vehicle was not fully completed before he put for completed. He stated he did not look at the work order. 2 other vehicles were put a head of my vehicle. He then stated I would have to wait longer because of their mistake. I requested a discount he gave me the oil change for free. I was very upset about the unfair treatment I received , some what satisfied with the free oil change.

Extremely long way due to customer service representative moving as slowly as possible to get through their 8-hour shift I suspect. No one was very friendly and it took at least 15 minutes to hunt down a customer service representative and even a manager. Told me it would take 1 hour and it took almost two and a half hours. I watch my car literally get done and driven out of the garage and I had to wait at least 20 minutes for anybody to even talk to me because everybody was gone talking about they're outside of work life or vaping outside on brakes that they apparently take every 15 minutes. Very disappointed. If that's not enough no one brought my key in for when I paid so that way I could just take it and leave. I had to actually track down the service manager who had no idea where my key was and offered me about three other keys before he found mine. Needless to say I am extremely upset over this experience as time is money for me and this was just a big waste of time! Shame on Walmart.
