Do not go here. We went for a oil change on 8/20/23 on four good tires. They broke the Valve stem as well as the tire sensor on one tire now leaving on a spare tire. They only offered a $7 dollar discount on oil change and to fix tire. I should not be leaving there on a spare. However they did offer to put spare on after almost breaking the plastic rim cover. Once spare was on they added some air by time I got down street it was already going flat.Plus the staff was getting argumentative with us saying it was not a big deal it just a valve stem. Plus they noted stuff on report but never discussed with us. They never showed us the air filter or transmission fluid level or let is know everything was topped off. When we asked for manager we were told they were not there. Also they where hesitant to give us any of the names that were there during service. I used to recommend this place now I'll never go back to this location.

Excellent customer service! Adrian did a great job and had us back on the road in no time. I didn't even have to get out of the truck! I will def be coming back here for all my oil changing needs. Great job guys! I highly recommend this place

I have an 07 accord. They have most items on hand for quick service. Was not able to get my cabin filter changed but they did have an air filter. Price was around what I was expecting. Service was fast enough, everyone very professional and had a great easy in and out service.

These guys are awesome, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended this place to my neighbors around the corner and we'll be coming back here for years to come. Great place!! And their open on Sunday!!!

In SoCal, Valvoline is the only oil change place I use because they have my European oil so I don't have to go to the dealership and wait forever for just an oil change. No issues at the Burbank location which was my goto. We moved to the area and this is my 1st oil change at this location and although the customer service was good, I don't believe I got a good oil change because my car is running loud after it and it took forever which is weird.Something felt like it was going on under my car where they're underground because it took longer than normal. The man had to come over and help the woman who was on top of the car because I don't think she added enough oil because when he checked it, it wasn't full - it even looked like he had to add two more quarts - I was terrified of this location after that part.My car isn't even driving like it had an oil change and it's making a noise when I start it that wasn't there before. I am really afraid of what may be wrong with my car, I won't be back.

They are pretty slow and don't top off your fluids at this location, not even washer fluid. I've been to much better Valvoline oil centers than this one. Hope they step up their game.

Visited the place for an oil change this Sunday at 2:15 pm but was told that we are closed although the company's website states Sunday closing time 3pm. When the reference of the website was given, the answer was we didn't update it.This causes inconvenience to the customer An up to date information would be appreciated.
