This is used to be good - now scammers are here ripoff people. I went for alignment. They asked me 120$ which is twice the price other place charges, we do it right, we adjust all the problems .. once they put he sensor they come up hey you need this - that - lots of problems. I went for just straight my steering wheel. Asked for more money to fix. Attaching the measurements form other shop see the difference. Scam

Do not be fooled by the reviews like I was. I suggest to go elsewhere at all costs, and especially if you value your vehicle. They are run by rude and unprofessional people who take no accountability for their work.I brought my own set of tires and $2,000 wheels to get swapped out, and they were returned to me with all 4 wheels scratched and/or damaged.I called the shop back and brought to their attention only 2 were damaged since the other two were already previously dinged. Haven't yet told them what day services were performed, the make or model my vehicle, through the phone, I can hear the staff tell someone else,"It's the girl with the bmw." Clearly, they already knew it was my car and I.Next day, I brought my car in, the first associate that i spoke with, i showed the damages to. After we walked back to the building, he rudely pulls the BUSINESS door shut behind him even though we were clearly following him back into the shop. At this point we had yet to ask for a mere refund or to get the wheels fixed, and they were already giving off hostile attitudes even though we were nicely and calmly informing them of the damages.The second associate comes out and simply said, and I quote,"Our machine is great, so we not do this. We never do this to customer." Anyone who looks at the damages clearly can see that the damages were done by the tire equipment, and internally as they swapped it. He denied all damages even though I was nice enough to only bring to their attention 2. After 30 minutes of denying the damages, he proceeded to suggest," You go to Autozone and buy marker." The least they could have done was refund the services, but I was told, "We not refund or pay for it. You go to Autozone." One could only imagine being told by a tire shop that also sells wheels to use a touch up marker on your own $2,000 wheels. He proceeded to try to explain literally nothing but gibberish to us, acted like he didn't understand what we were saying when no words were needed to explain the clear and prominent damages.These "professionals" refused to recognize that, clearly, their equipment had damaged my wheels, and did nothing to compensate for their damages performed.Learn from my infuriating experience. Take your vehicle elsewhere because they do not and will not take ANY accountability for damages they make. From a business and car community perspective, they are extremely unprofessional, play stupid, and take NO accountability for their damages whatsoever.

Go literally anywhere else! Sold us defective tires that are supposedly brand new. Urgent Tires was notified the day after purchase and they denied warranty and refused to remedy the situation. Now have to deal with the steering issues that have come up as a result. We try to support local business when we can but not ones with dishonest and poor business practices.

Definitely recommend this shop they not only did they replace my tires for a very reasonable cost, but I also bought my wife a great deal on a 2019 Toyota Pirus. Great service and good prices.

Fair prices on trailer tires. I came to get three NEW tires for my two wheel trailer (third being for the spare) and even though there s a rumor that trailer tires don t need to be balanced, he did it anyways for me. I was able to wait and they got started ASAP. I usually go to America s Tire stores for my tires but their prices were $200 more for comparable trailer tires. I ll definitely come back when I do my next trailer build.

def recommend. I just installed my coilovers and lowered my accord 2017. Needed an alignment, and these folks were able to done less than half n hour. will come back next time, if I'm having any issues. Price is good for what it is and not ripping you off!

The reason I give this place 5 stars is the owner of the shop let me barrow his own car so I can handle some business. Great price for all 4 tires on my truck. Highly recommend coming here for new or used tired. Thank you

We ve gotten tires here in the past. Recently I needed a wheel alignment but after getting it done here I was still having issues. They were able to test drive and look further into it without charge and show me that have some suspension repairs needed. They offered me a quote and reassured me that it s not urgent but should be replaced. I appreciated their patience with my questions and for their time to explain what they are doing/looking for. Makes me feel better knowing what I m paying for.

Went in to replace a tire that had blown. They replaced it with a used tire that had good tread. After all was done they did it for far less than any of their nearby competitors. I'll go here again. They are honest and do good work. A+++

Very good, fast service, wasn't busy the day after Thanksgiving. I needed 4 new tires on my Toyota Sequoia, which I purchased and had delivered to me. He changed out the four and the spare for a great price. Was on my way within an hour. They also inspected the brakes and reccomended I should get new brake pads. I will be back!

They are excellent. Prices are really good and service is great with no high pressure tactics. Most likely I will purchase my next set of tires from them. I am really "tired" of getting the run around from my car dealer so it was refreshing to have a business who really acts as though I matter.

Service was pretty quick. I needed 1 new tire because I got a screw in the bad one that was slightly in the sidewall and they said they couldn't patch it. I was in and out in about 45 mins and the cost was $125 (2017 Nissan Rogue). I'm marking down because when I asked about a warrantee I was first told there wasn't one. When I said I didn't believe that was right, he wrote 149K mile warrantee on the invoice.

I needed to get two flat tires patched and picked this place based on the good reviews. I'm happy with the choice as service was fast, great price, and appreciate the friendly staff. Will definitely come back in the future for other tire needs.

Best shop I have worked with in town. They will get parts at cost for you from autonzone with free delivery, then install for the best price in town. I had my front brake rotors, two tires and all 4 suspension done in a couple hours. Great service and willing to work with you. Highly recommend this new shop.

I've been to this place for a tire repair and they were fair with the price and most of all they did great work. So I needed new tires and they had the best prices. They're fast too. I would most definitely recommend Urgent tires. They have my business for sure!

First time at this place. They gave me a really good deal on new tires and I got the set for really low price. There service was really good and fast. They had free coffee in the waiting area which is rare to find in tire shops. They gave me student discount.Must recommended for everyone to come here for low price and best service in town.

I don't recommend this guys...The Urgent Tire was the worst place then I had my experience. I was surprised when the employee who changed tires was wearing slippers, but it's ok for their safety. I changed 4 tires on my truck and I didn't have any problem in urban mode while I had to go on highway. After 65 my car started to shake. I thought something wrong with steering system. After full diagnostic the mechanic told me I didn't have correct balance on my 2 front tires. That why I don't recommend this guys:(

Gone to these guys a couple of times. Most recently to get new rims for my XB and I feel I got an excellent deal. They are fast and just seem like all around good people. I will definitely be returning for my next set of wheels and tires for the second car.

I got to pick my used tire from their stacks and actually got a like new tire for 35$. Installed, mounted and balanced...UPDATE, they sold me a bad tire, already had patch.. Once returned with slow leak they put in a plug.. Leaking again weeks later and now they want to sell me another tire as the bad 1 they sold me already has a patch and plug in same spot, so they cant do anything else...... SO NOPE.. Save your money and go else where, anywhere!

I had a great experience with these guys, I was leaning towards going to Les Schwab at first because they are well known for great servive but way to exspensive. Urgent tires not only did everything I needed for almost half the price but they also did just as good of a job. The owner let me watch him while he balanced my tires and alignment. I was skeptical at first being a small shop and not familiar with them but after giving them a shot I'm definitely going back.

Absolutely awesome experience at Urgent Tires. Got two tires replaced and was in and out in less than 30 mins. Great price and service. Will definitely return in the future.
