DON T GO HERE!! I had my truck here for them to warranty the transmission they didn t fix properly and they destroyed it. They left it parked outside. My catalytic converter was stolen, someone drilled a hole in my fuel tank and allowed it to be caught on fire. My truck is totaled now. I tried to contact them but they are avoiding me. Owners name is Arcadio V. Perez 7/17/1967 and he is shady. I believe this business is utilized to launder money also.Service: Transmission

Had to return several times for leak on rebuild never fixed it. Blew pump seal almost caught fire. Now needs another transmission completely failed yesterday. 2 year warranty ended 5 months ago.

I just got my truck done today my 03 f150 5 speed got the clutch and flywheel replaced they did a great job got it done quickly reasonably priced only reason giving 3 stars is they got the whole inside my truck with greasy fingure prints and never bothered to cleaned up all on my seats, doors, windows I get my truck was a little dirty but you should clean up after yourselfs

Before calling the shop I always look at reviews, This shop had pretty good reviews -1, So I thought I would call and see how much they would charge me for a complete rebuild. Normally going to a dealership I would have to spend at least $4800 on a new transmission Alex was very kind and walked me through the Process. In every piece that he was going to replace. I saved over $3000 taking my car to the shop and I got a warranty. I have had my car a very long time and I'm very happy but now my car can go fast Again I would definitely recommend this shop. Alex actually gave me my diagnostic for free, Just so I know what I was dealing with which no other shop Chanel other shop was willing to do everybody wanted to charge me 180 just to tell me what's my transmission.Service: Transmission

I do not recommend this place for the owner. Alex is a responsible liar. I took my car. I trusted him to repair my transmission box and it took him two months to repair it because he always lied to me that they were already repairing it and he never told me anything. He always told me that he would have it ready and I was wasted time. Then he got angry when Liar never take him a car at the end that I gave it to me they had stolen my battery and it was new he had a few months that he bought it and he took it off and put an old battery that didn't work never take him a car he is arrogant the insurance had already paid him his check and he didn't work my car he is irrespoService: Transmission

This shop has some very shady practices. I got a full transmission rebuild from this shop and had to take it back 5 different times over the course of a year after the initial service. The owner Alex is a terrible communicator, and would underestimate the time it would take to complete the job every single time I took it back in. After a year of dealing with them and my car still having the same issues, despite my transmission being under warranty, they tried to charge me an additional $500 to fix the mess they made. At that point I had lost total faith in the shop and Alex, took it to a different shop and the new shop charged me a fraction of the $500 Transmission Physician had tried to charge me. They fully took advantage of me, I wouldn't be surprised if my car didn't actually need the rebuild because they didn't even bother with an actual diagnosis, they hid that waiver in the paperwork I had signed. Stay away from this shop.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRANSMISSION PHYSICIAN!!! I had called about getting my transfer case diagnosed and repaired. They were able to look at it immediately that day, had it diagnosed within an hour, and back to me by the next day! Alex was extremely professional, informative, friendly, and helpful! He made sure to explain everything throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was wrong with it and what needed to be fixed. With such outstanding customer service, great rates, and fast repairs, they can t be beaten! I will definitely be returning with any future vehicle issues!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Though they did take way longer than quoted, I felt good about everything, and they gave me a 3 year warranty on a rebuilt transmission. But within 300 miles (some months since I don t drive it much) it started making a whine. I ve been trying to make an appointment, telling them why, for a month. I ve been calling several times a week and they keep telling me they will give the person in charge my messages, or that they gave him my message and he will call back. But I ve yet to receive a call back and now when I call they seem irritated and are kind of like yes we know, they ll call you. But nobody calls. I may just show up there. I don t know if it s because I m a woman, or they don t want to honor their warranty, or what. But it s frustrating.

Update * had my transmission rebuilt back in December 2020 and they did a terrific solid job even added a lil shift kit for stronger shifting . The best part about it they stand behind there solid work with a 2 year warranty if anything goes wrong with the rebuild yes I said 2 years now that s confidence in your work . Also told me to bring it back for the summer to add a transmission cooler because these model transmissions tend to run a lil hot while towing and man was he right about that so I made my way back to the shop today for the cooler upgrade . Installed very professional and neat custom brackets to mount the cooler looks good thru the font of the grill and transmission stays @ a stable temperature while towing . Highly recommend Transmission Physician

Had problems with transmission; it was leaking ALOT. They arranged towing. Alex and his team replaced the transmission. It was still leaking, and they towed my car back to their shop for free. They told me I was one of the very few cases where a car actually came back to them. However, the problem this time was something other than transmission and still fixed it (which they could have charged me for but they didn't). Alex also diagnosed what else he saw was wrong with the car while working with it(besides transmission), and even offered to fix some of them for free. Transmission works great, and no more leaks!!! Very professional, customer service is 10/10, and they really know their stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop; it is hard to find mechanics that you can trust, but this is one of them.

I drive a 2001 GMC Sierra and my transmission blew out and it was straight trashed. I got in contact Transmission Physician Inc. and they gave me a great valued rebuilt transmission with warranty included. My truck now runs like butter and it s never been better. They even dropped it off at my house an hour away!!! Definitely would recommend 10/10Service: Transmission

Very professional, flexible with prices, and goes above and beyond for his customers! He took his time and there was no rush. He really knows what he s doing. I had to get my exhaust system fixed, AC, some leaks, and a bunch of other things. He really saved me a lot of money and I really APPRECIATE THAT! It s really hard for me to find a place that I trust to fix my car and I highly recommend to come to this place if you need something done! I just got my transmission in my truck rebuilt by the team at Transmission Physician they did a excellent job went above and beyond for me for a great price showed me all the parts they took out and replaced that showed me the honesty they have as a team I really liked that !! All the parts they used where top of the line none of that cheap stuff gave me a great warranty that made me feel super confident they stand behind their work if you want quality work for a great price I recommend 1000% going here for any work on your new or old car they have the right team to take care of you !!Service: Transmission

An extraordinary service!! I am more than happy and satisfied with the service provided. Excellent customer service, excellent work and more than anything the man worked the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. I purchased a transmission and aftering we installed it I went back to him because we felt like something was wrong, he respected warranty and worked on the truck and fixed the issue right on time.
