A friend of mine strongly suggested Torres Auto Body Shop. Ernesto the owner and his team did a fantastic job on my Red Subaru Wrx STI. I can t thank them enough for their help. If I have anymore scratches or body damage to my car, I would definitely come back here without a doubt!

The owner Ernesto communicated the exact process of how repairs were to commence, made sure to clarify price, and an accurate timeline of how long the they would take. Work quality was second to none. I highly recommend this shop for any auto body repairs as they exceeded my expectations!

I accidentally scratched and dented the bottom passenger side door when I was trying to exit a parking lot. After I noticed the damage, I frantically called multiple auto shops around me but most of them required an appointment to look at the damage. But once I called Torres Auto Body shop, the owner was able to look at my car the same day I called, which I highly appreciate!! It took about a week for them to fix it. The owner went above and beyond my expectations because not only did he fix the damages, he also washed my car as well. He did an excellent job and his price point was AMAZING !! And he showed good customer service. I would give this place 10 stars if I could !!Services: Painting, Welding

Torres Auto Body is the absolute best! We recently redid our 1955 trailer we went to Ernesto to paint the exterior. Ernesto was a great communicator. He was great at educating us on what could and should be done to our trailer. We decided to reskin the trailer and when new new skin came from another company it was damaged. Ernesto himself spent many hours repairing the damage from the shipping companies mistakes. This aluminum is hard to work with and Ernesto magically made the damage disappear. He used photos from the old aluminum and paint to replicate the exact design onto the new trailer skins. He also perfectly color matched the old yellow paint color onto this new trailer skin. Ernesto also sent photo updates along the way.My entire family was truly amazed by the work Ernesto did. My trailer looks absolutely stunning and I know the paint will last for many years. Thank you Ernesto for your kind, caring, precise, and amazing work! I will always use Torres Auto body for any future auto body work and paint.Service: Painting

I met the owner Ernie years ago in 2010 and had him paint my Harley Davidson Tank and fenders and when I got them back, I was speechless! There are few people that do exceptional work and he in one of the few. He has repaired my families cars ever since. Torres Auto Body is a hidden gem of a shop that truly stands for quality and workmanship where others stand for what gets by. I took my car to Ernesto early on a Saturday morning, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate and explained the work to be done. He informed me it would take about a week to get the parts needed for my car and that he would prepare them so I could just bring my car in to install them. Within a week and a half, he texted me to bring my car in to repair it. I am very pleased with the result of the repairs. Ernesto and his team did an amazing job from start to finish, and I would recommend this shop to anybody who needs body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Incredible service at this auto body shop. Was willing to work with me every step of the way. I initially contacted Ernesto to make sure he could help me within a timeframe with a specific turnaround as the damage done to the vehicle was not known to the owner as I was borrowing it. He assured me it could be done. I brought in a 2018 Toyota Tundra that needed help. Headlight, fender, and bumper all needed replacing. After I dropped the vehicle off, the owner was returning much sooner than the time I had given Ernesto but he assured me he would do his best and was able to have it done just in time and it looked great. The owner of the truck hasn't raised any questions and I cannot be thankful enough. I cannot recommend this shop enough for working with me and providing me great transparency on the cost as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Torres Auto Body did an excellent repair job on my son's honda accord. It needed rear bumper repair, alignment, and paint. We received estimates from two other body shops in our area and Torres Auto Body's estimates were substantially lower than the other two shops. Their customer service was excellent as well and we were very satified with the timeline. We will definitely return here again in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What can I say? Great shop with an abundance of experience. Got to know the owner very well. I had 2 replacement bumpers painted and the turn around was very fast...even though I was in no hurry. Prices are the best you can ask for. Wish I would have brought a couple of other projects before I decided to tackle them myself. Definitely will be doing more business with Torres Auto Body in the future and referring people I know.

I've used Torres Auto for hundreds of vehicles. They handle our chp contract paint and have always done a great job! They're good people.. Ernie, his son, and Steve are all stand up guys. I highly recommend them.

What can I say, if I could give them a 10 I would! Torres Auto Body went ABOVE and BEYOND with my repair. The professionalism and care with my entire situation really touched me. I had one of the worst experiences with GEICO thru this process but Torres Auto Body really made up for it. They were absolutely understanding of my situation and accommodating! My car literally looks brand new! If I ever need an auto body shop in the future, I will only go to Torres Auto Body! If you have auto body needs I highly recommend them!! Last summer the high end sports car that I drive was unfortunately keyed when left in a public parking place. Most repair shops would have taken one look at the car and doubled or even tripled the cost of the repair. However, Mr. Torres charged a very reasonable price and the repair was flawless. In fact, Mr. Torres started the conversation about the repair by noting that the paint repair job would have to be "nearly perfect". While the shop is not in a part of town that I would regularly frequent, I would return without hesitation and my only regret is not leaving this review sooner.Service: Painting

Quick and efficient. I went in to fix an issue with an out of alignment fender that was rubbing on the door when you open it. I fully expected to make an appointment for the future. Instead, the guy says, "I can do it now." In and out in record time for a fantastic price.Highly recommend! Highly, highly recommend.

Damaged my truck's tailgate and took it in for repair. First called around to get quotes and everyone quoted higher and needed the part longer than Torres. Ernesto gave me great options and repaired and painted my tailgate so it is like new again!fired my old body shop guy and I am now a Torres fan - they get all my work from now on. Recommending to friends and family too.

Accidentally scuffed my front bumper trying to parallel park my new car. Saw that this place was well reviewed so I brought it in. They quoted $450 for half, or $600 to just repaint the whole thing, and I went with that option. Dropped the car off Monday morning and had it back Wednesday morning, looking like it was fresh from the factory. Impressive, considering it's been cold and that affects dry time. Answered all my questions, no hard sales or pressure, just very honest and genuine about everything. They even sent progress pictures along the way. And washed the whole car. Lol. Definitely recommended, and I'll be returning when it's time to get my 06 Mustang painted.Service: Painting

Torres Auto Body is #1 in the Sacramento area in my mind. Their quality, pricing, professionalism, and customer service cannot be matched and Ernie takes enormous pride in each job he takes on. He completely transformed my truck from a dented rust bucket to showroom condition and I cannot thank him and his crew enough. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and got the work done in a timely manner. This is a family owned business, and there will be no large corporation nonsense to deal with. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and the work is done to the highest standard, otherwise they will not let it leave their shop. If you want the job done right, this is where you need to go. Call Ernie and he and his crew will take care of you.

If I could give Ernie and his team more than 5 stars I would. He offered a reasonible price and worked with my budget. He gave me tour of his shop and extremely knowledgeable with older cars. The paint job was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Torres Auto Body to anyone.

I got into an accident two weeks ago.My car was dinged pretty badly in the front end.I chose this shop because Ernesto doesn t just do the bare minimum like other body shops that I ve worked with in the past.He really cares about making sure the car looks good and he pays attention to details.I highly recommend this body shop for any type of body work you might have.Thank you Ernesto for all your help and making my car look much better than it did when I brought it in.

Excellent customer service! I needed to get my rear bumper/ trunk repainted on my bmw due to some paint imperfections and they took care of me. I also had some carbon fiber aftermarket parts and they installed them for me without any hesitation. They are a family owned shop that are extremely professional and know what they are doing. I got my car back in a week and the results were amazing, they did a great job painting my trunk/bumper and made it look like a mirror finish. Definitely recommend this to anyone that need body work done on there car. From my experience I would give them a 10/10.

Part 2 Update:::::After weeks of calling around to get my car door fix after being t-boned on the drivers side a co-worker referred me to Torres Auto Body so I spoke to Ernie and I being a women did not feel he was taking advantage of me. He talked to me (not at me) and explained everything in detail. I was not confused about anything that needed to be done to my car. Ernie also kept me updated on the process and sent pictures of progress. I like the fact he (Ernie)was up front with me and was VERY fair. This is an Honest business and if anything other than auto body such as motor work ect.. be done to your car Ernie will refer you to someone he trust to do the work. I would highly recommend This shop to everyone I know who need pairs. Thank you for all your help and I will be returning. My car will no longer go to anyone else.

Excellent service!! Went in on monday and car was fixed friday!! Very reasonable prices. The owner Ernie along with Fabio, David, and Corbin made sure that I was well taken care of. After my bumper was replaced, Ernie offered to deliver it to my job! They even cleaned out (vaccuum) and washed my car!! I would not even think about another auto body shop! Thank you Torres Auto Body!!

I needed to get a previously painted door on my RAV4 painted. The previous paint started to peel and the color did not match. I went to 4 body shops. I got quoted $3000, $1600, and $1200. Ernesto quoted me $700. At first I was sceptical but I decided to go with him after seeing Yelp and Google reviews. I am so happy that I went with my gut. At the end of the first day I got a text update with my car prepped and some work completed. Ernesto completed the painting in 2 days and I had my car back looking brand new again. He also put in a new car freshner in there. He is an honest man that does good quality work. He also backs his work with his lifetime warranty. Give his store a try. You won't be disappointed.

Ernie and his team doing such a great job on my car , i brought my car to his shop for front bumper and hood replacement and get painting some parts , everything came out amazing and matching colors . Whatever i need on your car , he hooks me up so well . Everybody so friendly , professional . Specially Get free car wash and vacuum after their job . Highly recommend this body shop

Ernie and his guys did a fantastic job painting our new mercedes sprinter. Their attention to detail was phenomenal for our somewhat complicated custom paint job and the price was more than reasonable given the complexity - I will be back for any future paint or auto body needs!
