Great little spot, gave them a call and got a Tow truck to my location and brought me into their repair facility at a resonable time comparef to other companies, got me a complete evaluation on my car and a quick diagnosis and was able to get me on the road the next day. They were honest and fair on the price for the quality of service that I got, would definetly recommend them to my friends family.Service: Car towing

My roadside assistance had these guys come tow our car. Jessie was the nicest guy! He was courteous, considerate, friendly and knowledgeable. He took great care of our car and did all he could to leave us satisfied. If I ever had to call a towing company for service, Tito's would be my first pick! Don't go with this company they were towing out of a homeless community she was blocking the entrance. The towe lady has been here almost 2 hrs she had a black lady aressted because the towe lady said the black lady tried to hit her. People saw the towe lady pay a witness after it happened, and she was in her room. I called the company but they didn't want to listen. Towe lady bleach blonde bigger woman Karen hair cut truck 08. She didn't even get the car she was here for.

I would give less stars but you can't. When tow showed up 2 hr late we had him take to the dealer down the road from original stop due to them being closed. When the driver got down the st from the dealer he called saying we needed to pay 100.00 more. He would not drop my car till I payed the extra fee. He also only wanted cash I made them take a card. He told my insurance company who was paying that we agreed to the extra so they would not cover. Don't get scammed by them.

I wouldn t go to the shop for anything I wouldn t let them told me I would not let them put any device in your car I came to them to have them work on my car and I asked them to do one thing they did another charge me more money than they said they were going to charge me then they had the Addessi to have an attitude because I questioned them about what they did their customer service is terrible. Then they have a kid who s driving up and down the street reckless not even concerned about anybody else s well-being just pure disrespect for the road and the only reason I gave them a one star is because I had to.

The driver who picked up my car after an accident was so kind and helpful. He saw that we were not from town and helped us find a hotel nearby. He was understanding and fast to get us taken care of. He made sure we were able to get somewhere safe before being on his way. 100% a great guy and I hope his company values him.

Have a crown Victoria police inceptor and Lost my Rear tire, brakes axle, pretty much everything behind the tire on the freeway (picture below) Called titos for tow and repair. I was so nervous about everything due to the negative reviews i read. Those reviews were completely wrong. These guys are awesome The tow truck drive was there so quick (30 Mins. After i called) and he was very professional. My car was in the shop for one week. The price for repairs. Rear differential, brake, suspension ect was way less than we expected and the car is running perfect. Read reviews about stuff missing out of peoples cars trust me its not true. I had metal detectors, gold pans, hammocks, and all the coolest supplies for adventuring outside... not one thing was moved, touched or stolen. These are hard working, honest people who did a great job at an awesome price. I am so grateful because funds are limited and i couldn't afford to be without my car or to pay a larger amount. I would defiantly recommend them to my friend and family for sure and will be going there for any future repairs. (Great price for a complex fix.)

Tito s Towing was awesome. Got a call confirming. Showed up on time. Navigated a very tight ally and driveway. Was familiar with notes I left in app for repair shop. Nice guy - great beard.

Had my car towed through insurance company. These guys took three hours to arrive, drove my car on four flats, down driveway and onto tow truck. Delivered my car to wrong repair shop and I was told it would two more hours before they could pick it up and bring to the correct shop! I give minus 3 stars!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

It did take awhile for them to arrive based on some mix regarding my vehicles required type of tow but once they arrived, my driver was quick, polite and professional and made everything regarding my tow easy. Would definitely use again for the great customer service. Thank you jeff for wonderful service.

Our insurance company called out this towing company to pick up my husbands truck. We were told they would be there between a certain time. My husband got a message that he would not be able to ride in the towing truck due to COVID. So my husband called to confirm and the lady (Yesenia) answered and told him that was correct he would need to Uber / Lyft his way home. My husband told her that is fine he would be leaving and called me to pick him up. We got home and he received a call from a man from the towing company and asked him where he left the keys. He told him that he didn t leave the keys since the truck will not change gears and that the lady he spoke to didn t tell him to leave them. He told my husband ok, we will try to tow it without the keys . It s now past 8pm and we still have not received the truck. We called the towing company and the lady ( Yesenia) picked up and said they couldn t locate the truck at the address the insurance provided. I told her that we got a call from her guy and he said he was there asking for the keys and that they would try to tow it without the keys. She said no you re husband lied, I told him to not leave and he got mad and said he was leaving . I was next to him when he got the call from the tow truck guy saying he was there and would try to tow it without the keys. Yesenia said she is the night time manager and her father is the owner who doesn t take calls. She is USELESS to say the least!! Why wouldn t they call us to let us know that they couldn t locate the truck? Or just that they wouldn t be able to tow it without the keys? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Scheduled tow for 2pm due to auto repair shop wanted car delivered after 2pm. Recieved text from tow company that they would be here at 147 pm.The tow truck showed up at 1pm after telling the driver he was 45 min early that we specifically asked for late tow the driver left. We called the tow company at 145pm asking were the tow truck and they said they not coming since driver already came . we told them we requested 2pm tow and they said ok and sent the text to verify . I would never use them in the future if they can't honor the tow and time

THIEVES. Everyone knows tow yards are notorious for stealing items out of & off your car but it gets worse. This company was dispatched after I got into a car accident & was only supposed to tow my vehicle to the inspection site.They broke into my car by jimmying my locks & completely damaged my neutral release, broke my breathalyzer & stole pieces of that (which I have to now pay for) & stole chargers, cords & other personal items. That s the last thing you want to deal with after a stressful car accident. F*CK THIS TOW COMPANY. BEWARE.Service: Car towing

The worst company ever they over charge and don't show up ! Evengot hung up on. Said they called but didn't. Had mmy husband waiting and they didn't show up . How is this place still in business ? The first time I expected to have my 2003 Cadillac Escalade fix for a fuel pump and they had fix other things that had nothing to do with the problem. But the second time they got it right so far. But overall iam satisfied with the work.

So, after having my car stolen, it was towed by this awful place. Not only was I treated rudely and like a criminal ( they threatened to have me removed from the property because they "lost " the registration in the car) I had to call the sheriff's department before they finally accepted the paperwork I had to get my stuff out of the car. They only let one person back into the yard, they stood there watching me lug all the stuff from the car to the other car. Only one person there actually treated like a human being. Jose and the office ladies were disgusting in their treatment of me. Don't ever voluntarily use these crooks. Sacramento sheriff's department needs to stop using this company and arrest them. Nasty,nasty people.

Always fair prices and they work with me when I'm on a budget. They also tow my cars and I don't pay for anything until I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair and does not want to get ripped off.

Holy cow. It doesn't get much worse than this. Stay far away from this shop. I called on behalf of a good friend of mine who broke down there. I simply asked him how they diagnosed her vehicle and he couldn't tell me. He kept beating around the bush telling I don't know what I'm talking about. When actually I'm a master mechanic of 14 years. Absolutely ridiculous. He was trying to sell them a sensor that had nothing to do with the problem she was expiriencing. Company's like this ruin it for the automotive industry. Stay far away. Please. God bless.

Very poor customer service and disrespectful people running this place, all they care about is finding ways how to rip you off and get your money and once they have gotten the money don't give a damn about you or your vehicle...My car was towed by CHP I was there to get my car towed away from their yard... first time this happened to me and my car wasn't drivable since it was totaled and everything so I needed a friend's suggestion to come help me out we called Triple A for towing my car and we were running a little late but this guy who works here told me if my tow guy comes before 05:10 we are good to go if not they will be closed... well luckily the guy arrived before that time and I went out to get it towed, the lady at the front desk asking me for additional charges to get my car towed since she was like the workers are not gonna tow your car unless you pay extra for everyone... first of all this place is on service 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week that's what I thought it says on their site however I told her my Triple A guy will take care of the car and we will not need any help from your guys if that's the only case and she tells me Triple A guy is not allowed to get in their yard by regulation of the California's rules and law whatsoever they were trying to make me pay for their workers extra to get my car out if not the lady was asking me to come next day and we will charge you for another day but will be cheaper than getting it off the yard tonight so I came next day called my Triple A guy again this I was earlier at this time and she got my money first for another day charges and I was expecting her to get her workers in the yard and let my car out but here's the thing she tells my Triple A guy to get in the yard with your truck and get the car out??? Seriously??? I was really disgusted disappointed about it, I just don't understand how she let the guy go inside their yard if last time he tried to get in and she started talking about rule and regulations how a Triple A guy wasn't allowed to get in their yard and now she is making it easy for her and workers and making my guy go inside and do everything in their yard to get that car towed.I have really bad experience with these people and won't recommend none of y'all to try this place.This place sucks at all it means!

My car was stolen Dec 2017. Was recovered Jan.2018. Titos towing was the company who recovered the car.on. Jan.2.2018. Got notification in the mail on Friday Jan 5 2018, showed up Saturday to claim my car. I was told I couldn't pick it up til monday, even though their sign says cars are released 7 days a week. I asked can I get it out today? They said no.. MondayI ended up paying another 120.00 for two extra day storage. Stay away from this company.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I was the victim of a drunk driver and the CHP ordered my car to be towed to this excuse of a tow service. My entire wallet and registration was missing from the vehicle (an attempt to keep me from retrieving my propety in my eyes) also my louis vuitton bag was damaged as if it had been worn and put back. They had no heart and were extremly rude. They made my daughter who has several injuries from the accident, carry 8 heavy bags of our property out of the lot because of their "one person in the lot at a time" policy. They told me "it doesn't matter if she's injured, you cant go back there to help her". Disgusting... I wouldnt recommend this place if i had a gun to my head. They are heartless theives and conartists.

Tito owner checked my car after it wouldn't pass smog engine light was on and off, feb 2015 he informed me exact words"someone put a sensor in the wrong place don't understand why" and I had to wait 30 days so it wouldn't be on DMV's computer he would take it to another shop.I informed him I trusted him through a friend (X)I had surgery coming up in 9 days after I was well back on my feet literally and working ($) I'd bring it to him to repair. My health declined I was out of work for a longer time than I expected. When I got on my feet I bought a new battery from Sears and made appt with Tito. In the mean time my brand new 245.00$ battery was deadI had him tow it to his auto center. He took 3 weeks to look at my car due to very busy lots of cars his wordsWhen he finally diagnosed it he said my battery was OLD RAGEDY and full of water. Sears replaced battery at is shop. He then claimed to correct sensor and told me to drive my car 150 miles to see in check engine came back on. Within two weeks my check engine light came on while moving. The car has been sitting up due to check engine light and not passing smog. Today I started car it's been awhile since I started it and sure enough battery dead! He hung up in my face 5timesI no longer trust this man and my X is damaged my reputation with him that's reason to believe he has no respect and very unprofessional I paid 443$ for nothing!Only gets one star cause I can't put-10.00I wanted repairs originally but being that he hung up in my face several times yelled and disrespected I could never trust him!I paid him 433.13 in January 20th and repair of sensor failed check engine light came on Jan. 26thRefund only

The most unscrupulous business I have ever dealt with! I have (had) Allstate Roadside Assistance. My son broke down on the freeway. I called at 5:30 pm and was given a 60 to 70 estimate.Tito was assigned the job. Did not show. Called back and as . I was told it would be another 45 to 60 min - OK. Then they called me back in 50 min saying it was going to cost me $200 - OK as I had to get my son and car home but it would be about 20 min. Took my card over the phone. They finally got there at 9:45! Never again Allstate Roadside Assistance or Tito. I cannot believe these people are in business!

Lady on the phone was nice tow driver called me pulled the car up with no issues and didnt get lost on the way to my house even dropped the car in the perfect spot did a great job hope to never use them again but if I need a tow I'm calling tito

I had my insurance company call for a tow wednesday night, even got a text they would be there by 6:02 PM. At 6:38PM I called and was told someone called and cancelled my tow. BS. Terrible tow service, used my AAA instead. Waste of time.
