Tires Direct on Folsom Blvd., has been around forever...I visited again today for my overdue tire rotation (same set of tires I purchased in 2019! but going strong..Such a nice and friendly atmosphere including the mechanics..another day of what I call "alittle car pampering"...Returning in the summer to do some upgrading! 5

I went in for a replacement of all four tires. The employees at Tires Direct gave me a very reasonable price and were all very kind! The receptionist was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking with her while I waited for my tires to be replaced, plus they do a free tire rotation after 5,000 miles. Would go again. :)

The staff at this place is very friendly quick, and even though I just went there for them to check my tire for I had gotten a nail in it a couple days ago. They checked my tire pressure on all four tires and made sure that all four was safe to drive on without charging me a penny, I highly recommend this tire shop.

I got my tires patched here and they didn t return my lock box for my tires.. I knew the very next day it wasn t returned but each time I went back they had closed for the day and since I work I have been unable to make it. Now today today I need a tire I went there to have my tire replaced the employee lied and said he gave it back to me when I am sure he didn t.

This is a very good shop any time I need tires or wheels I go to them ,they give me the best deals in Sacramento I will keep going back and recommending friends and family .

It looks out of place perched on the corner, but it's a good location with good service. I've taken 2 cars there for 8 tires in all (don't ask) and every single time I've gotten 5-star treatment for a GREAT price. New and used tires, rims, shocks, lifts, drops, you name it! Go here first ... If you don't like the price go elsewhere. Trust me you'll be back after seeing the competitions higher prices and longer wait times.

They will fix your tire quickly and efficiently, whether you need to take it off to find a leak under water or whether you bring it to them with an object embedded in the tire (which you haven't removed fearing it would deflate). Amazing folks!

They were very polite, quick to get me on my way, didn't try and push a tire sale. Did however tell me ill need tires soon due to the rainy weather coming our way, that i should be good for a couple months. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Great staff and great prices. My boyfriend and I came here because we had a flat tire. They patched our tire up and did all the work. Not to mention , the staff are fast workers and they re super kind. Would def come here again when I have issues with my car!

These dudes are rude. Went there bc of a guy that used to work there and it seems their good customer service left with the old employee. Called in advance to make sure the rim i was looking for was in stock and if i could purchase just 1 rim i was told yes over the phone... when i arrived the guy upfront pretended to act like i was lying. We went inside and the guy in the office confirmed he spoke with me but now the story changed to it being a similar rim and minimum of 2 rim purchase. Only needed 1 rim and drove across town to meet with horrible customer service.

I had my fleet trucks and all my personal cars as well but one tire came completely apart 2 and a half months later, went in for a replacement and they said no warranty because it's from China... I wish they would say that before I bought all the tires for my fleet trucks. Now we are exposed to tires shredding into pieces and in harm's way. I get the great price but never was I told their tires came from China. They preferred to lose my business instead of replacing one tire..shows what type of business people they are. Worst experience ever

Very poor service, higher end of pricing. I called to ask if they had a tire size in stock, and was told they did not have time to check, and to call back in 30 min. When I called back I was told the same thing, but this time with a bad attitude. I guess they don't need any new customers. I would look elsewhere.

4 strikes in one visit, never coming here again.Having lived down the street from this shop, I've been giving my business to this tire shop for about 6 years to service 3 of my families vehicles, including 2 of my cars and my mothers car.Today, having a flat tire, I came here and told the man behind the counter "I need 2 new tires on the front and a rotation."Strike 1:For months I've been indifferent to their customer service, as long as they do the service I request, we're good. Their customer service in the past has been "meh" but again I don't really care as long as the job gets done.Today, the guy behind the counter asked me to do things which they employees should be taking care of. (Like grabbing the busted tire out of the trunk, checking the tire size, (Honestly, I had no idea how to check, which I had to google for them. I am not an employee, I am paying for your service. Don't get short with me because I'M NOT THERE TO DO YOUR JOB.Strike 2:Before I could sign the receipt, the young man working on the car was finished. He had "repaired" the ONE TIRE I was trying to replace and PUT IT BACK on the car without putting on either of the 2 new tires I requested. Both employees acted like their service was complete and attempted to hurry me out the door.This is not at all what I had asked for. They really tried to charge me $120 for 1 repaired tire (the original one that had popped)Strike 3:After speaking up about the lack of service, and not doing at all what I had asked. I told them again "I needed 2 new tires up front and a rotation, I never wanted to repair the tire"They proceeded to place the new tires on the back wheels, without the rotation. Again, not what I had asked for.Strike 4:They threw my wheel-donut in the back of my trunk, carelessly enough to damage my floor board. (C'mon guys.... Lift the floor board and put the wheel where it belongs!!!)Eventually, the service was completed. I payed $120 for 2 new tires and the rotation, but not without complications on behalf of their staff and me feeling like they tried to screw me from the get-go.I let them keep the busted tire which they had repaired.If you do decide to go here, DON'T PAY OR SIGN ANYTHING until the service is completed. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you sign.Just to keep it fair, they DID honor their price of $120 for 2 tires and a rotation, which is the same price I have been paying for the past 3-4 visits at this location as a regular.Cheap service... REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

This place is bomb. Always quick, always a good price. I did the Les schwab thing and spent 500 on a set for a corolla and learned my lesson. These guys got my volvo and civic, both with brand new name brand tires, for 550 total.. For both! And all together I waited about a half hour. Nothing hit good things to say about this place. Save the headache and money and go here rather than one of those ripoff like Les schwab or big o tire

Save my family life on a recent trip. Valve stem started leaking on my trailer. Called them and they got me right in and services it fast for a fair price. Thanks for saving the family kayaking trip and my sanity.

These guys where closed, but still there. My wife and I needed to go out of town. We had a nail in our tire. The guy fixed it. Even though I thought it was free, as I called a different shop for a price,. they helped me out. Good folks and good neighbors.

Brits travelling california and found ourselves with a puncture. We first tried another tyre store who were useless. Called Tyre and Wheel Outlet who were exceptionally helpful. Quoted us a very reasonable price. In and out within 20min. Anthony was a star and we really appreciate the quality and efficiency of his service. Thank you.

Brought my own 4 news tires to have them mount and balance. Mount was fine. Price was great, except i got what i paid for. They charged me 15 per wheel to mount and balance. i was thrilled until i heard the guy put the wheel on the balancer and the machine made a horrible screech. none the less they finished the job. A couple days late on my freeway run i noticed at 72 it shimmied. i have a 15 ram...its new enough to be called new. new cars/trucks dont shimmy. any way, after i noticed that i brought it back they rebalanced them. Cool, except still not right. another 62 bucks later at les schwab the guys says, wither the cheap shops machine was broke or they dont know how to do their job. I called the tire shop back to let them know what was up and refused to provide any compensation, stating they "dont refund labor even if the job wasnt done right". they dont stand behind their work folks. yeah they will give you agreat deal price wise but also a great deal of headaches down the road.

I have purched several times over the years.. when I had an issue with a tire from my most recent purchase their response was to buy another tire. No help. I Will never return.

Second time buying tires here, got good deal on set of 2 tires. Beats going to les schwab or any other brand name store. Definitely will be coming back for more tires.

Been there a few times buying commercial tires decent prices friendly staff quick service in-and-out less than an hour Every time.
