Best tire buying experience I've ever had. These guys handle BUSINESS! They're quick, friendly, knowledgeable,very professional, they were transparent and honest. I drove from San Jose based on a word of mouth experience from my friend and The Tire Guys absolutely did not disappoint Do yourself a huge favor and call these people before you deal with anyone else. I was shocked at how much money they saved me on top quality tires for my Chrysler 300-C. Thanks again, Tire Guys!

This spot is garbage not professional at all order decals for tires and payed 700$ for install dropped my car off at 9:30am payed for the towe there came back at 5:30 car was still not ready while waiting decals were just put on not even setting for the adhesive to dry wording was incorrect glue everywhere told them about it as soon as I notice my decals read sca tpack with a space in the middle the installer got mad he said that s how it goes showed him a picture then he was quiet when driving off the inner wheel rail was rubbing from the damage they did when lifting my car I was told somebody would call me Monday this was Saturday for the install so I had to wait driving off with my car looking hella crazy Monday comes I get the run around saying the boss will be InAt 11:30 then he not there then I call back and they say he will call me in 5min still no call it s Monday night now 10:17pm at this point I want a full refund but there playing this place is garbage also decals fell off when I got home this crazy how they take advantage off people

Nice place, no nonsense pricing. It was hot inside, but they had an air conditioned office for people to sit in. . They even shined up my tires and wheels which was a nice touch. The free lifetime flat repair, rotation, and balance is a great value. They had a guest WiFi but they didn't know the password. It took longer than I expected for my tires to be delivered (I waited around for over an hour) but once they got in they installed them quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to others.

Definitely the best tire and rim shop around. Took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and at a great price. Nice clean organized shape and had my vehicle done in a timely manner. Definitely will be back and recommend to anyone I know.

Sales service was nice and easy. As for the installation process, it felt rushed and it in fact was rushed when I went in to my nearby shop for a rattling sound. Upon searching for the metallic sound, we found it to be the TPMS sensor knocking around inside. It was secured to the rim with packing tape lmao If you re going to take shortcuts because you broke the mount, at least inform me to come in another time for it instead of tarnishing my time and your image P.S. this place closes earlier than 6EDIT: months later and wondered why my wheels wobbled after numerous balancings, had to have California wheels fix what this shop couldn t do. That being installing hub centric rings on my wheels, something beginners should know. Avoid these guys

Honest workers. I came in & they told me I had two Nails in two of my tires But after inspecting them, they Were honest and told me that the nails did not Completely penetrate the tires. Therefore, they did not try to upsell me on patch work or new tires like most shops would have. Very respectful and accommodating gentleman. 10/10

Unfortunately, I took my vehicle in for an alignment and the steering wheel wasn't straight. They said that maybe it was something else in the suspension, but they where unsure what it was. Took the vehicle to another alignment shop and now my steering wheel is straight. I was under the assumption alignment was not done correctly, and they guy lied to my face and said it was, even though he was nowhere around the vehicle while it was getting the alignment done. I did not make a big deal about it, just lost out on the money for the alignment for a poor job done.

Great guys to work with. From the ordering to install, everyone was professional, prompt, and the end product looks amazing. I can t wait to get these winter wheels and tires up into the snow! Guys went above and beyond by packaging up my oem wheels and tires and loading them in the car- so awesome! Thanks again!

Tire Guys did an excellent job on installing lowering springs and painting the calipers of my Bimmer. Jay and Sam are very nice guys and great in doing business with, they listen to what you want and give great suggestions to achieve your expectations. They give great deals and reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for your tire, wheel, breaks and suspension needs. they also provide other services. Go and check them out.

I like this place. Been coming here for years. Best place for a quick repair. Bought some new tires here not too long ago. Cool helpful staff.Fast service .....just had a flat tire......as usual....excellent service.

I been coming here for 5 years and I have to say best friendly service you can get in Sacramento and very affordable. They get the job done fast and right the first time. I highly recommend them to everyone don't matter what you need they can help you.

I cant say enough good things about tire guys. Im a nobody but every time i come in no matter how busy they are they always manage to make me feel like im the only one they are attending to. They make sure if another store has the tire i need they get it within the hour to put on my ride or if my tire needs repair im not leaving without my tire being road ready. When i buy new rims from them or not they always take care of my tire needs like if i did just buy the rims from them. If you wanna be taken well care of go to tire guys

Great experience getting tires here. They have the best pricing and service seems to be fantastic too. I purchased a new set of four tires and noticed a shake at highway speeds from 70-75mph, they rebalanced them no questions asked and fixed the issue. Definitely sending my friends here for tires!

Great customer service the team deliver on everything the was promised. From Fitment / Flush perfect clearance with my fender zero vibration or issues way over my expectations. A life saver! We came down to Sacramento to visit and got a nail in our tire on the way into town. I called 5 different tire stores in the area (we couldn t drive very far on a donut) and no one had the tire that we needed in stock. No one could get them in any sooner than 2 days. I called Tire Guys as my last hope and Moe was able to order 4 custom tires in for me, that day, & in less than 2 hours! Great experience, fair prices & kind people.

Awesome team, very professional and knowledgeable about their work! Bilal and his team were great, and worked with me to make sure I found a wheel set up that I was going to be happy with. The team was very nice and welcoming when I came down to the shop for the install. We didn t run into any issues and I drove off a happy customer. Very positive experience. Highly recommend! Will be returning my business in the future.

I have previously supported this business with all of my vehicles. From down right straight purchase or going with their financing options. However on my last experience I took them my new wheels, straight out of the box, went ahead and bought the tires from them BRAND NEW. First thing they did was chip my wheel. Cool no biggie. They tried to hide it, then they tried to say my wheels came like that. That s false because I personally cermic coated them myself. I confronted them and they offered to touch it up . No I m not going to touch up my new wheels. They simply offered me $50 off the purchase & I said no. Second thing was all of my tires weren t properly balanced. I had to pay extra at another shop to get them balanced. All I can say is just stay away from these shady businesses. They re quantity over quality

They definitely deserved 5 stars.I brought my car to the dealer multiple times., and they cannot see any problem. I looked online to check where I can bring my car.I decided to bring my car in this place (tire guys in Franklin) because they have the best rating and I'm also losing hope because I have to put air in my tire almost every day. They are very thorough checking my tire and found the problem and fixed the problem:)they are expert people in terms of car and tire problems!! You deserve more than 5 stars!! Fair price! Nice people!Thank you :)

Tire Guys was the best overall experience. I went to 3 different spots before them and they we all trying to sell me something I didn t want. I came to tire guys because they know their way around a Mercedes so I knew my EQE would be in good hands. I told them what I wanted and they got it for me with no issues and they were able to keep my Mercedes emblem on the rims which is a nice touch. If I ever need rims again they ll be the first ones I call. Best part was they cost 300 dollars less than all the other shops. Great people, great experience. Highly Recommend.

I brought in two sets of BBS wheels both valuing a total of close to $10,000. I have previously supported the business for about three years coming in each time with rims valued at $3500+, and my last visit was very different. They scratched one full set and damaged the faces of two of them. On the other set they broke my valve stems and didn't install my TPMS properly so all the tires were leaking. I gave them over two weeks from the point of the incident to take care of both talking to the workers about the incident and getting me the information about the powder coating to repair the face on one wheel and I heard nothing. They also stated that they have been in this business for a long time and have righted their wrongs but to me it seems like they hide and ignore you until you let it go. As a business owner myself, even if a problem with my product persisted a week later I would still offer to fix anything that I could to make sure the customer was still satisfied. After finally being in contact with Moe a month later, he let me know how much they were going to cover and I asked if an easier solution of two tires with mount and install could possibly be done instead of getting the face resprayed and he said that they could do that. Fast forward to me being in town he told me the tires were there but that I had to pay for them. I reminded him that they said they could do the deal of tires instead of painting the face of the wheel and I never heard back from them since.

Very prompt, price seemed fair, not too much pressure to purchase more than one tire even though two were damaged (one beyond repair, which is what happens when your wife hits a curb at 45+ MPH). Service was fast. People were polite. Happy to have selected them.

Never going back they had supposedly patched my tire the next day the tire pressure light came in and I went to put air in it multiple times and it keeps going flat they did not correctly do the patch and I paid 35 here where I could ve gone elsewhere for 10

MOE IS AWESOME HE REALLY WORKED WITH ME IN GETTING MY TRUCK FIXED. SHOWED ME AL THE ISSUES AND EXPLAINED TO ME EVERYTHING GOING ON AND MADE SURE I KNEW EVERYTHING GETTING DONE. COME SEE HIM FOR ALL YOUR REPAIR AND TIRE NEEDS. 10/10 recommend

I payed106.00 to get my tired plugged I asked the guy would the plug be enough he said they would check the tire then he would let me know then I was told the tire was good to drive 2 hours later I m at a different tire shop getting a new tire because they never fixed the one that o came in with me never offered me a refund or even have of my money back or anything thank you to g &c tires and wheels I m on the road again and it was have of what I spent at tire guys
