My boyfriend brought in his Honda to get some work done. He got a quote, got the work done. After spending a lot of money on getting his performance clutch done, he went back a month later to have it looked at again. The service tech and manager would not look at without without charging him. I would hope that any company would want to have their work be top notch and stand by it. Why not take the time to look at past work and help your current customers within warranty time? we won't be going back.

If you live in the sacramento area of South sac DO NOT bring your car here to have work done to it. I paid over 3,000 dollars to have a performance clutch put in and I knew I need a longer "slave rod" but didn't know what size so they fabricated one for me and told it work. So I left and noticed I had slightly some slippage but for a new clutch and fly wheel that's normal but 2000 miles later one day it got bad so I took it to them and told them I found the right size and wanted to fix this but they wanted to charge me instead of doing it the right way. The tech also said there was no slipping when I left. Any knows new flywheel and clutch will slip. If you value you car don't take it to @tirebusters

Customer Service was top tier. Me and my wife went and got a tire changed and they replaced the spare tire with the original tire. The owner Tim had great customer service and Muhammad (I'm sorry if I am misspelling his name) was very quick with the service. I am grateful to these men. Highly recommend.

Went here first time.Excellent customer service, owner takes personal interest in getting the things done. Technicians are very knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Wide variety of Alloy wheels available. Will definitely visit again.

They have affordable tires, but they left a sensor on after installation. Les schwab was able to fix it for a small fee, but I thought this tire place would repair the sensor or at least let me leave with no tire lights on after getting tires replaced or repaired. Good value overall otherwise.

I bought 4 tires for my mercedes benz and 3 months later the rear tires were done, finished, no more tread.stay away from this shady buisness, not good people at all.dont waste your time or money at tire busters, they are truley busters.

Had a total front suspension failure. Most original parts were beyond repair and had to be replaced. Tim and his team had my truck fixed and as good as new in a little over a day. First rate customer service.

Didn t even bother with this place , I called to get a quote on a tire and the guy instantly had an attitude . Smh , also he tried to over price me for a tire for $200 ended up going to Tire Outlet on florin for a new tire including labor for $100 with great customer service

Change tires for $600 and didn t complete alignment as we make deal before work. After work they change there attitude and told me to fix multiple things and gave me appox estimate $1600 and told me if i fix things what they want thn they do alignment. I see first place in my life who change words after tire change and wants to fix $1600 estimate things .I didn t told them to inspect other things in my car and after tire change they said they uplift my car and inspect but i was there and they didn t uplift my car . No place inspect ur car for tire change without consent of customer. They just lied to make more money. Really a poor customer service and not stable of there words. I didn t recommend to anyone to go there. Such a terrible service and if i have choice i give minus stars to them.Now owner totally lie bcoz he didn t knock out any $100 for this deal. U r not doing favor to put $600 goodyear tire set. I paid that amount to u but u didn t fulfill ur job completely as representative Tim offered me. Don t try to mislead customersSecondly he didn t told me anything about inspection or any type of that thing that they do any inspections of car and if they found something they won t do alignment. There is no need of any inspections for tire changeThird they only raise my car 1-2 feet so they can able to change tires. But if anyone want to do inspection then without raise car completely upside nobody can t look about any suspension is bad or not. And i was outside looking my car and nobody inspected my car and they just don t want to do alignment of my car and make money to repair other things .Owner complete gave false reply on post. They just want to justify them but everyone know customer won t write review without any reason. Now owner gave reply totally different just to defend them

Connie is always friendly whenever I come here. She gives me the best deals and always answers the phone. Got a last minute appointment both times so they are very accommodating.

They told me an hour to an hour and a half for an alignment and balance ended up waiting 2 and a half hours. After balancing my tires the wheel weights fell off before I Even got in my car to leave. Alignment was not performed they claimed my car needs all new bushings. My car makes no odd noises or clunking which would be a sign of bad bushings. I gave them a chance but unfortunately will not be returning. I have a slow leak in my tire that they said was due to weather. Also they pulled a bait and switch with the price. They told me balancing was $10.00 a tire but when paying they charged me $20 a tire claiming it s due to aftermarket rims. Beware of the bait and switch. I will be getting a second opinion.

I dropped my car off on September 2nd 2022.I was told I wont have to pay due to them already having a car with a similar issue.I left my car there until the 6th of September and it wasn t fixed so i was preparing to take it to a new shop in my area. Upon picking up my car, one of the workers test drove my car to make sure i could make it home. Therefore, I NEVER touched my keys as it was already running.I took it to a shop in my area however, it was closed so i just left it there .The next morning i went to drop off my keys and tell them what was wrong. Upon dropping off my keys, I noticed that my key fob wasnt clicking. The buttons were just flat. I let the shop know my key fob does not work and i left everything unlocked.I got my car back , and opened my fob & noticed there is NOTHING inside my keys! I reached out to you guys MULTIPLE TIMES requesting to know what happened to my keys. They are empty inside. From your shop to the next, I did not have to turn my car on.I call every single day asking for the owner, who apparently does not allow for people to have his phone number. When im told i will get a call back, i do not.They then tell me when the owner shows up, they will call. They do not call me.I was told the owner has to review the tapes , and that he DID . However, i have YET to be updated or to even speak with the owner. This has been going on for TWO WEEKS NOW!!Very frustrating. I drive out to the location to be told the owner was just there, where was my call??? This is so ridiculous. Id give 0 stars if i could.Id love to resolve this and get my keys fixed , been waiting for a response for 2wks.

Customer Service and pricing went ABOVE AND BEYOND. All the other comments about Connie are 100% true. She's fantastic - listened to concerns, gave understandable feedback, explained parts and procedures, and was friendly and honest. The mechanics were great also and explained different parts of my car to me. They replaced my control arms with quality parts and within a few hours. Pricing was way better than the dealership. I will definitely be coming back for any of my vehicle concerns and care. One of these days I'll even get some of their sick rims. THANK YOU!

I have been coming to this tire shop for over 2 year with every vehicle I have owned. recently, I feel like the service has gone down tremendously so you are just be better off going to America Tire. When my truck was done being worked on instead of my name being called out, I got whistled at to get my attention which I found very disrespectful and also my alignment wasn t even properly done and I had to take it back to the second time and the issue is still there but when I took it to America tire, they had properly aligned my truck and it s perfectly fine!

Took my car there and got a tire for 140 and they took me there to my other car put it on my rim had another car in there parking lot and they had tolled away cost 345 don't leave your car there over nightor they will tow it away bad chirstmas

It was my first time here to get the wheel alignment. After asking me about my car problem, they went to check it out and found a problem with the rack. Therefore, they were not able to do the wheel alignment for me. Then, they quoted how much it would be to have the rack replaced for me. I would have to get the rack done elsewhere because they don't do that there. All in all, they were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come here again after fixing my car.

The team here was very helpful and very informative. I originally came in for some new tires and brakes. They gave me the run down of different tire options and what it would cost if I needed new rotors. Thankfully my rotos could be resurfaced. :) When I brought my car in they took it back right away. I had to go back to work, but they called me back quickly and informed me I needed new struts, which I knew deep down and I'm grateful they caught it. They quoted everything very reasonably. They even spent a lot longer on labor than they anticipated, but stuck with their original quote. My sensor lights were on when they gave me the car back, but they took care of it right away and even replaced my taillight for the inconvenience.

Great and quick service. Came in for a tire alignment and the service was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I had just changed rack and pinion and CV axles and with the alginment, my car drives like new again. Will probably be coming back to get tires here too.

Parked my car and was greeted right when I exited my car. My car had a flat tire and they immediately worked on it. Although I was in a rush, they fixed it all up in a short matter of time. I didn't plan on getting my tires rotated, but they insisted they could rotate it very quickly as well. The team came in and helped complete everything very quickly! Prices were fair. Great customer service and the lady in the front was very kind. Would come again and also recommend to a friend!

From my initial contact with Connie, I knew we found a shop full of good people. We were given a great price for a full set of tires on our Camero with an included alignment. Naturally, it's storming when needing to replace my flat tire. After mentioning that I'm walking over to get our vehicle Connie wouldn't let me walk and his having one of her techs come pick me up. It's hard to find this quality of customer dedication these days. Thank you so much for being so amazing to us. Sorry not sorry Les Schwab, we've upgraded! -Juan & Elyssa

My partner and I got a lift on our truck and we desperately needed to do a last minute alignment the day of our wheeling trip. We expressed our concerns and fortunately these guys were able to get us in right away. Of course, nothing ever goes as planned and an issue with one of our suspension components was preventing the alignment to be done correctly. Tire busters went above and beyond to resolve our alignment issue and our trip would not have been possible without their help and expertise. If you want stellar customer service and a job well done look no further than Tire Busters. We are genuinely super grateful, we will definitely be returning for other services. You guys rock!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They are scam artists. They lie about their prices and don't give you what you ask for. I made it clear that I wanted a specific set of tires (Michelin) and they gave me a different set of tires (lower quality) YET charged me for the Michelin tires. Nonetheless, one of the tires that they gave me was used. I asked for my old tires back and they refused. Their customer service is terrible. They prey on vulnerable people and then scam them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I went to Tire Busters with a low tire and was helped by everyone at the same time. Very nice people and completely honest and trustworthy. This is my #1 store now. I will definitely keep returning.
