After Safelite giving me a run around from over 3 weeks with fake promises and false pricing from their reps, I came to these guys this morning and they are Highly professional and very friendly. I had an appointment for my Toyota Rav 4 this morning and from cleaning the broken glass to installing the new one they made sure everything was done as perfect it can be, please make sure to use them for any future needs and support your local business.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience. I brought my car in for a simple repair, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare.Firstly, the repair shop caused damage to my car during the repair process. Despite their clear responsibility for the damages, they have refused to take any accountability or offer compensation for the repairs needed. This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.Furthermore, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I raised my concerns about the damages. They showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer.

Amber was amazing Super helpful Great prices got me in right away and found the location really close to me. While waiting was able to sit on comfy couches and listen to relax music. Sin was also very helpful with the wind installation

My car was broken into and they were able to get me in the same day within 20 minutes of me calling. The repair was super quick and they replaced the window in less than an hour. Overall, great experience and very professional. Highly recommend!

I needed a windshield same day, they got me in same day within 20 minutes! Amber was very pleasant and got me set up with an appointment everything was great until my car came out the guy told me the molding don t sit flush because I haven t had my windows replaced, I had it replaced 6 months ago and it did not look like that they came out tried to fix it they got the center down and come to find out they broke my clips on both sides and then the molding I paid for was short didn t go around the whole window because it s aftermarket and then I m the inside of the car you can visually see it s not straight and you can see it s a bad job. One side you see nothing passenger side you see the trim.If I knew nothing about cars they were going to send me on my way!! Now I have to take time off of work to come back and they were trying to send me to sunrise to have another shop fix it next week Amber is nice and we re going to try again but this is a complete headache not to mention I was there over 2 hours for something that should be an hour max. They encourage a 5 star review that s before you see your car. Came back again wasted 2 hours that I took off work for amber to tell me go to rancho so they can take parts from a car at a dismantler since it s cheaper than going thru the dealer. They won t issue a refund even tho the job is incomplete and they even cut my dash as well they want me to take another day off work to come to a further shop to put junk parts on my car. Definitely not a good experience at all!Service: Auto windshield repair

Quick, same day appointment and very competitive prices. I was in and out in just over an hour. Waiting room is clean and has ample seating. Overall an easy repair experience with Tigres. My 5 stars above says it all.

my glass broke on monday night and they were able to get me in ASAP on tuesday in the morning. Amazing service and Amber is amazing as always 10/10 fully recommend this company. Great pricing compared to other companies

i was literally in a crisis. My window was stuck down and wouldn t come up with it being extremely cold outside. Other places was telling me there wasn t nothing they could do to help without me paying 400 dollars to get stuffed replaced an I m Going through financial problems as well. they were able to understand my situation and work with me great customer service I would recommend coming to get any window fixed here. They re the best in Sacramento!!!!-Kayla

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently used Tigris in October for a rear window replacement and I had no issues then. However, today is a different story. After being there for two hours past my appointment time I was told my regulator was broken. My window was working just fine yesterday before it got broken. I was told that when removing the door covers that there was tension on the wire and by them proceeding to attempt to replace the window the wire/regulator broke. This means that it was the employees fault that it broke. I asked for the manager, which I found out does not work at this location. They call the manager amber and she insists that this is a risk when getting windows replaced and is not willing to fix the regulator at their expense. No paperwork gets filled out prior to them starting the service nor is there any disclaimer or disclosure of the sort that states that this could happen. I was then offered a discount on the regulator which she tells the employees to tell me $200 for a used one. I said can you have amber call me. He said she was in a meeting. I asked for the quote of the regulator in writing and I was told by the young man working in the front that they do not do anything like that. I paid for the window but I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the ONLY place to come for auto glass repair. The absolute best price I got anywhere in sac and they got it done quick. Had a windshield and a rear passenger window installed in an hour. Customer service is on point and. I unfortunately was short 20$ and they were compassionate enough to work with me. Will never go anywhere else for glass now.

Came in to get my window repaired, but when I showed the company it was only the bracket that was broken they offered to fix that instead of replacing the whole window. Great quick service. Thanks to Kareem for helping me out!

Great Service, they took me in even after I was late to my appointment and replace the windshield in 30 min. After they said normally it takes an hour and a half. The crew here are very nice and let me watch the process of windshield replacement.

GO HERE FOR YOUR GLASSThe wait may be a little bit so have someone drive you and go do something while you wait but you can not beat their customer service, pricing and the quality of their work. They have 2 locations el Camino one is new support this local business

Overall great experience. The guys were helpful, friendly and professional. They charged a fair price for professional work. Whenever I need windshields done, I know where to go. This is their El Camino location. They have a comfortable rest area to wait.

Had the BEST experience here! Amber was so kind and helpful. The staff did an excellent job replacing my windshield and offered me the LOWEST price by FAR of all the auto glass stores I contacted. Come here for your auto glass needs - you will not regret it!
