Tom was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went there for the first time. Needed to get my car fixed asap. Tom got back to me with a quote after the diagnosis. I was worried I didn't have a car to get to work then home and thought I'd have to find a rental, Uber, or ask for rides but they had a courtesy car for me to get to work after I dropped my car off for service. I was able to get home and returned the car as soon as they were done with it the next day! How awesome is that! That's what you call phenomenal service, above and beyond, and full-service! Tom was very personable, I felt comfortable, and trust that my car is in good hands. Extremely satisfied customer who will be returning! Thank you!

Great, easy, and smooth experience. They had a very thorough diagnosis of my car and are very crystal clear in their communication about what exactly needs to be worked on! My car has never felt better to drive. I will be trusting them with my mechanical needs from now on.

I cannot recommend The Auto Experts enough. I was originally a customer of the 30th street location, and have now been a customer of the Folsom Blvd location for the past year as it s closer to my house. This shop is honest, knowledgeable, and very fair in their pricing. The customer service here is impeccable, especially Sydney at the front desk and manager Tom. Today, I expressed that I was short on time and they completed the repair quicker than expected and at a lower price than previously quoted. I can t tell you where to get your car repaired, but I won t be going anywhere else. The honesty, integrity and excellent service provided at this location has made me a customer for life.

Enjoying were I get my oil changed Only one thing, my change oil sensor was not cleaned. It keeps going off every now and then. They had their hands full that day and still got me out at a good time. Thank you Auto Experts.

I cannot speak highly enough about The Auto Experts! It was hard to find a place that even wanted to look at my Fiat. I got an appointment right away and they had no problem with me having my car towed to their location the day before. Sydney let me know everything as soon as she had answers. I really thought my poor Fiat was done, but The Auto Experts brought her back to life & did not over charge me. A++

I came here when my A/C was acting up because it was within walking distance to my house. They were able to fix it the same day as well as giving me a full inspection with recommendations. I did not feel pressured to add any unexpected services but it s great to know what I need to be aware of for repairs in the near future.

Not professional by any means. After a rude encounter with the lady at the front desk I was skeptical of the business. When I was notified to come pick up my car after paying in full I went to start my car and noticed the job was incomplete, my dashboard not put back together screws and grease marks were all over. I went to notify the management and they acted surprised. I explained to them that was not professional by any means and was going to express what happened so other customers would think twice about servicing there car there. I would recommend you avoid this place and find a more professional auto shop to get your work done. The last thing a customer wants is to wait while they put back the pieces of the car. This confirms they not only didnt check the work but also not confirm the car was ready to be turned back over to the customer.

I m so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism shown by the technicians here. I have an EV and do not get service on it very often, but they knew exactly how to repair my problem and even test drove it to make sure the problem was corrected. Will definitely bring my car here again.

Great experience with Auto Experts. They checked out my vehicle and determines the issue. A week later they followed up with a telephone call. Much appreciated. The auto experts - the surgery center for vehicles!

Took my hybrid in for an oil change. The staff were friendly and even offered to drive me to and from home so I wouldn t have to wait. They also did a courtesy check of the vehicle and mentioned a couple things to keep an eye on, but there was no hard sell to fix anything additional. This is my first time using The Auto Experts, but I ll definitely be back!Service: Oil change

The staff at "The Auto Experts" are friendly and professional. I had an oil change service and my AC inspected and charged; running nice and cold now. I visited The Auto Experts for a pre-purchase inspection of the car I was interested to buy. Right from the phonecall to enquire through the final report I was super pleased with the experience - shoutout to Sidney!! They were very friendly and helpful, gave a detailed report about the car with pictures, and the plusses and minuses, and the costs I would have to bear should I decide to get anything fixed. I did buy the car, and am very happy with it, and glad I chose TAE!

Brought my car in for an oil change and discovered that the Jiffy Lube on Fulton Avenue had stripped my oil pan plug and then repaired it in a fashion that would not allow the plug to be re-inserted. Clay and Travis did a great job of locating one of three oil pans available in the US And helped us with getting the Jiffy Lube to pay for the repair.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Wonderful staff and great service from scheduling an apt to pick up. I ve been twice for an oil change and they have adjusted and fixed my bumper that had some issues (no charge) too. Amazing customer service. Honest shop that I will be taking my car too forever now. I was almost scammed at another shop who told me I needed my brakes done, immediately. I got a second opinion here, had a full inspection of my brakes, and turned out I didn't need brakes at all. Not only that, but a coupon I got in the mail actually got me a free brake inspection. So not only did I not have to drop cash for brakes, they checked my car out for free. 5 stars, would recommend!

Once again, the service was fast, professional, and friendly. The splash plate was dragging ground after I bumped up against a parking place berm, and they explained exactly how it happened and how they repaired it. I highly recommend The Auto Experts!

Needed to get my daughter s car serviced before she drove back to school in San Diego the next morning. They were able to get me in and did a great job. They are very detail oriented and charge fair prices. They are not like dealerships that gouge you and make you pay for things you don't need. I am writing this review to warn potential consumers of this business. Upon bringing my 2017 Infiniti QX30 to their shop they identified a rodent damaged the engine wire harness. The vehicle was brought in on February 14, 2023. I received an inspection report the same day and they suggested to file a claim with my insurance to cover the expense (almost 8k) of labor and parts in which I did. After waiting eight weeks for the part to arrive from oversees they were not able to fix the vehicle. Three weeks after that they then they took the car literally in pieces to Infinity of Elk Grove for them to fix it. Several parts were missing from the original attempted repair and after not authorizing Infinity of Elk Grove enough time properly install the parts needed it was discovered several parts were missing. DO NOT go here for any extensive repair. I ended having to move all the work to Infinity of Elk Grove, the communication from this shop gets an F and as of the date of this review 8/11/23 the car still isn't fully repaired. I also filed a complaint with the beauru of automotive repair and will ensure this shop is investigated thoroughly. Consumer beware.Service: Electrical repair
