Eric came out to the business I worked for a keyed our office cabinets (total of 30) so the number of keys we had to manage was reduced from about ten keys to two keys. Excellent service, great communication, and fair pricing. I would recommend Swanson & Sons to anyone in a heartbeat!

Got a lock re-keyed here and it only cost $15!Seems like a good fair price to me, but then again I don't know average cost. However, would go here again even if it costs more. Very fast and friendly service here!P.S. They also have so many cool designs and cool shaped keys like this sword key!

Our doors needed someone willing to spend several hours to install a multipoint lock and new trim assembly for a 30 year old French door. Daniel showed up on time... knew exactly what was needed and where to order all the intricate parts. Daniel and Eric have First class work ethics. Great smiles and attitudes throughout this time consuming job. Our French Doors feel brand new.

RECOMMENDED!!! This is a great establishment. The gentleman was very honest and courteous about the time frame. Had taken a 06 Kawasaki zx6r 636 tank in to have a key made and within a few hours received a call notifying the keys were done. $45 for two keys then only $2 more to cut a blank I had bought my father a while back. Great locksmith with reasonable prices, definitely well recommended. THANKS AGAIN!

I was referred to this company to repair my Sliding glass door lock. I got the pleasure of working with Eric and I was delighted with his patience to set up for the visit, his professional courtesy to let me know when he would arrive as well as him arriving on time, and finally, his ability to assess the situation, take the extra care to correct it, and explain his actions through the entire process. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Spoke with owner, Eric Swanson, who provided me with the assistance I needed to open my home safe. Eric was accurate, prompt and did not charge me anything. Two other companies would only come out and "fix" it for $225.00 and $175.00. It is not often you find a company as honest as Swanson. I will be certain to take my business to only them.

We had called several locksmiths in the Natomas/Sacramento area. Many say they will get right back to you. They will send you a Free Quote, or Text you. We received one curt Text with a "We can't do that for you". Sooo I kept searching. I called Swanson & Sons. Listened to what I needed. A key for the scooter lift, not for my scooter. He said bring it by the shop we'll take a look. So we got there explained to the gentleman what we needed. He was not the one I originally spoke with. He asked if we could show him. So he came out took a look and said, I'm the only one in the shop right now, could you bring it back in the a.m. when others are here to watch the shop? I explained to him that the rest of the installation for the lift was happening tomorrow which is why we needed the key. So he thought for a second and said, well if you can pull around the corner so I can keep an eye on the front of the store I'll see what I can do.. so we did that, first key he brought out fit. So he tried a couple other things and feels it's the right one. He told us once installation is complete if the key doesn't work right, bring it back and he will file it more. He was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. In about 20 minutes we ended up with 2 Keys for $24.50. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SWANSON & SONS. Trust me, he deserved the tip we gave him. As a Former employee of this company I work for 20 plus years and I made the biggest mistake of my life by leaving it not only did I lose some friends but also lost the best boss I ever had I thank you guys for the time that I did have and I will never forget some of the fishing trips either I would highly recommend place for all your locksmith needs or employment

I recently purchased a old pop trailer so I could use for camping with my family. Had no key to lock doors stopped by Swanson and ten minutes later had to key's. Saved me $80 if I had to buy new lock. Thank you

I came to this business on the recommendation of the guy behing the counter of a trailer and rv shop. I needed a key made for an old travel trailer my son has taken over as a den of inequity. We only had one key and he kept locking us out so we couldn't check up on him. Anyway. The RV guy sold me a couple of key blanks to take with me. Turns out he wasn't even close. The man at Swanson's. Looked at the blanks and said"no" and handed them back to me. He walked over to an enormous bank of drawers, thought for a few seconds, them opened one and pulled out a key blank. The right one first try. While he was cutting the key. I wandered around looking at the sea of safes that fill most of the store. They came in all shapes and sizes. Antique and brand new and everything in between. This is a real locksmith. He knows the craft and has the inventory. I chstted wigh him for a bit after getting my key (which works perfectly) about some lock related stuff and he was able to answer my questions and propose solutions, unlike any other "locksmith" I've been to in the last few years.. This is now my go to place.

Couldnt pick a lock i had. Didnt even call to let me know. I had to come in and pick up after a few days even after leaving contact info with them.
