Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Star Motors to take care of my Mercedes-Benz needs. These gentleman are absolutely amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, very trustworthy. Thank you Star Motors. You are truly a Godsent.

I don t think that they liked my car. They told me that their computer crashed and they couldn t smog it but I was the only one that was told that. Otherwise they were nice people.

I ve been going to Star Motors since my first Mercedes a couple years ago. Alvin s who I talk to most and he s always helpful and solution oriented. Star Motors Speciality Automotive Repair of SacramentoAlvin, the owner, Soua, service technician, and service team are trustworthy, reliable, and fair. They have consistently provided excellent service and care. In 2018 they fixed my 2008 BMW, and today they did it again!This time my BMW would no longer start after it rode extremely rough. It was not the battery. I called and scheduled an appointment to get a diagnosis and estimate. I had to have my BMW towed there (thank you Triple AAA and Kee).Alvin and Soua communicated clearly throughout the repair process and fixed my BMW promptly.My BMW starts up smoothly, and the engine runs beautifully. I feel so safe and very confident driving my family in my vehicle.I had significant cost savings at Star Motors compared to taking my BMW to a BMW dealership.Alvin and Soua are superstars, shining stars, expert automotive service professionals for high-performance vehicles. My first visit was on Dec.2022 to fix my 2006 BMW X5 engine problem and the result is 100% satisfied with their jobs done, exactly like the rest of the reviews said and "The Price Is Right" !

It has been a long time since we've talked about STAR Motors. Alvin, Soua, and the guys have taken great care of our MB's for over a decade. We have always been very satisfied with their service. We trust in them to always provide us the best service and at a fair cost. You should bring your MB here to!

I think these guys are tops! I always get great service and thorough inspections when I bring in cars I m considering buying. They are very very reasonably priced compared to Von Hausen and other Mercedes specialists and they know their stuff. On occasion, they have even declined charging me for diagnostics or other smallish services. I feel they are very honest and fair. I recommend them without hesitation.

This is the best Mercedes "MECHANIC SHOP" in California i can only speak for my countless AMG models ive taken there ive never owned a basic non AMG Mercedes, ive also never had to complain or return to star motors after having my vehicle serviced, they have never ruined anything,, I have complete faith in them.

Absolute great service, each and every time I've taken it to Star Motors. Awesome/genuine people, which is a rarity this day and age. I'd recommend this place of business any day! Your M-Benz will be in good hands. I want to say thanks Alvin/ staff from the bottom of my heart, for always being there whenever my car needed service. A true satisfied customer here forever. I even offered to buy lunch and they wouldn't take it! They love what they do. If I ever move back to California and need you, I'll call you up. Thanks again.

Alvin the owner is awesome. He and his team are always quick to diagnose the issue, communicate, and get the job done. It s a far drive for us coming from Folsom but they are the only ones we trust with our cars. We always recommend them to our family and friends and will forever be loyal customers!

I am soooo happy to have been introduced to Star Motors Service Center. I just wish I had met them 7 years ago. But, better late than never. The Staff is very friendly, honest and respectful. The repair work I have had done is top notch. When they fix something I am confident in their work. I do not feel ripped off when it comes time to pick up my car. Their prices ate more than fare.Did I say, they are honest? Very much so. I am very pleased to have Star Motors working on my BMW. Keep up the good work!Amen!

Alvin and the Star Motors crew rock....i used to take my Mercedes to the garage next door and one day i had a question and the garage i used to use quoted me a part for my Mercedes (which i thought was very reasonable), went next door and spoke with Alvin and not only was the quote lower that the current mechanics i used, the total overall price was lower by over $100.00...the times i have had Star Motors look at my Mercedes or work on it, the problems had never resurfaced, anytime i had a question about perhaps a noise or a code or a part in general, i would call Star, get a reasonable price or fantastic advice and it always worked. They have never steered me wrong....great guys, fantastic service, reasonable prices and fast service...if ya went to a Mercedes dealership or any other foreign mechanic shop ya just screwed yourself out of saving a good amount of money and getting top notch service....Make the change and be a Star

Experience was far much better than I could have ever received from the Sacramento mercedes dealership. They are extremely attentive, respectful of your time, very knowledgeable.. They replaced my back break light for free! Good God... who does that anymore! This place should teach the Sac mercedes how to do business.

Best and the best, knowledgable, honest, professional business entity out there. I would give them a 11 stars if there is one. I have been using them for years and they never let me down. They now provide uber service so you don't have to arrange ride. What a wonderful place to go for service s. Thanks again star motors.

Stars Motor was great for my first visit on my Mercedes. The owner Alvin is very genuine and friendly. I had a good report with the shop and began using them for all my service needs.However, the last service was very disappointing. My wife took my vehicle in last year for an AC problem that I have been having for 4 years. She worked with Souwa and explained the AC is not blowing cold air. In the past, we have used Midas, Jiffy Lupe and other small shops for a diagnose but no one have been able to find the problem. They just charge us the fee for both the diagnose and AC refill.We was so confident that Stars Motor would be our savior. Unfortunately, they were also unable to find the problem but charged us for a diagnose and AC refill. 6mo into the AC refill, the AC did not work again. When I called in, Souwa explained, we have to allow the vehicle to kick in after starting the engine.I did not use the AC during winter. Now the heat is hot again. I tried to call in and again Souwa did not seem very helpful. He seems to be a man with limited words. I explained, the current issue to him but he keeps expressing that their is nothing they can do if they don't find anything during a diagnose. If I bring in my vehicle again, I will be charge another fee for both service. Souwa also stated that some of his customer brings in there vehicle in every year for both service.It's sad, but I had to look around because I do not plan on bringing my vehicle in every 6-12mo AC refill. Luckily, I found a shop who was able to find the problem. I may have to think about using Stars Motor again.

Worse service and even worse vehicles. Purchased a 2014 Silverado from them the vehicle came with no oil in the engine, it shook at 60 mph, and the air conditioner went out after 3 days but they didn't attempt to fix it. I hate I referred other people here.

I purchased a Lexus LS 430 last year my mother takes her Mercedes here and she is always satisfied she says Alvin takes good care of her so it s been a year for me I ve had no issues with my car I go and get the oil changed I thought I had an issue and I didn t.... they re pretty honest they share with you what s going on and not only that they educate you about your vehicle issue and your car and I just love them when purchasing my next vehicle I will keep that in mind because they re the only mechanic so I trust

Great service at a great price! I took my Mercedes CLA250 there when I had it, now I take my Lexus there. You can't beat the service and the prices. Very reasonable compared to going to the dealer...

Had Alvin & his shop change out my motor mounts in my Mercedes, reasonable price and great service! Highly recommended, and they do not try to push unneeded repairs or services on you.

Star changed the motor mounts on my Mercedes. They quoted me a price and completion time and the car was repaired and washed in the time they quoted. They will have all my business.

Loved coming here, so helpful. Worked with us on pricing. Very honest easy to work with. Not pushy at all.. teached us the importance of car maintanence. Very thankful to find this place.
