Chaolee got me in quick with good service and price. I came in without an appointment and was out in about 15 minutes. He also reminded me to make sure my car was ready for smog before I came in which was helpful. You don't need to purchase coupons you see online, they will honor them directly in store, it's better for both the business and customer.
