The experience at this location was not to bad they gave me and my girlfriend an estimated time for the car to be done and after that time was up we came back to just check and they informed us they was almost done. Perfect customer service and a good place to wait for your car to done so many couches it feels like I m at my house. Would recommend this location

Absolutely enjoyed the experience, very professional staff, exceptional waiting area with comfortable furniture, and a clean restroom!! I would definitely use Smog Mart again and encourage my friends to check them out! I went in for a Smog check and got my oil changed too. Everything done all in one place and a great price. Appreciate the quality service.

Arrived at about 9am to wait for my brake and lamp inspection. While waiting I asked the rep for her name because I was writing a good review. There was a sign posted to save $10 off service when writing a honest review. It was almost noon before they told me the car failed due to a cracked rear driver side light assembly. Estimate to repair the light was $217 dollars. I left with my vehicle ran up the street to pick and pull and installed a new light assembly for 42 dollars and had my car back within 1 hour! They then had lunch shifts and other smog customers in front of me. This is where service went wrong in my opinion. when they could have just prioritized a quick light check off and had a semi satisfied customer, they took rotating lunch shifts and other inspections that took hours more leaving a finished customer waiting. Add the 10 bucks off that I never received for my initial review and you end up with this one! Sorry Smogmart, I can't recommend you.

Service took a lot longer than I expected but they take walk ins which explains it and its convenient. Leandra was extremely helpful and informative. I watched how she interacted with other customers and she has great customer service all around.

Came in for a smog and the car did not pass due to "battery was disconnected within the last couple days" my car battery had died a few days earlier and was Jump started. I was told that it did not pass and still owed the $50 because he had a guy working on my car for 20 minutes. I was watching the guy plug something into my car for the readings and then went to hang out with the other guys in the shop while the machine was doing its diagnostics. that was the hard work he had to pay his guy to do (plug something into the car), guy was rude when I asked for a discount on the fact that he did not do anything other then plug my car into the computer for readings. Did not get a discount just some attitude from the guy behind the desk. Will never come back here and don't recommend these people. Rude, unhelpful, take your money for absolutely no work. stay away.

This place is great, for everything I needed. I will definitely refer people here, as they have a range of services they offer & customer service was great! I got my car smogged and got the brake & light inspection done and they took it right in and were quick & efficient. Smog price was basically the same as everywhere else. Only thing is after going here, i went somewhere else, for a second opinion and the prices as well as what this place said i needed done was different. I need a place I can really trust...

Our first time here so far it's been great they took us last minute on a Friday 1 hour before closing. Staff has been very friendly. Would recommend.

They won't allow your car to pass the smog test if there's a scratch on the bumper. They'll try to get money from you for anything they can. Take care of your money and avoid going there

Beware of these guys... my nephew took his 2002 toyota to smog there just to find out vehicle was not ready... when he brought it back to me and I noticed they unplug a vac line by intake box which set off IMS... Its interesting how smog techs get away with ripping off costumers because its California. The reason I'm sure of this is because I had revived this car in 2023 going through all legal California inspections , regulations, and smogged to get this toyota streetable again. Just so I can have some smog shop bully my nephew. Don't get me wrong I've even plugged the vac line back in and ran its drive cycle to make sure the IM is ready... Best part was when he brought it back to him the next day they still claimed its not ready... Vehicle passed at another smog shop that very same day... Don't waste your money on garbage and find an honest smog tech if there is any left in Sac...

There guys are thiefs, I went for a smog brake and light inspection today and there people didn't pass me any of the inspections and still charge me $170 and cause they say my bumper grill was broken that didn't pass smog visual cause they keep saying is the shutter grill on my prius, and I show them that the one they keep saying is the lower grill, then brake n lights they said didn't pass cause the headlights were not DOT LEGAL, AND I SHOWED THEM THE RECEIPT AND THERE STATED THAT THEY WERE OEM LIGHTS!!!! And brakes didn't pass cause they said brake pads were bad and I got em replaced last night. So I never really do this but it hurts too loose $170 for them doing nothing, we all agree that we all work hard for our money to be taken or steel from us.

These guys did an amazing job, got my air conditioning working again and did the work on time like they said. They also arranged for Lyft drivers to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. I would recommend them to my friends. I went in for an idling diag. it had started and drove it to where I towed it from. The car had to have the clutch pushed in to start. Anyway their diagnostic said no reaction after jump starting and the motor was seized due to lack of oil. And couldn't be rotated manually. I took their word for it and junked the car. In thinking later about it I'm pretty sure they forgot to push the clutch in when trying to start it. Would not recommend . The car was my wife's car that had passed away so a little sentimental value went with itService: Auto engine diagnostic

Wonderfully qualified people w excellent good old fashioned southern manners. Mr. Hanza, owner, is a very honorable man. As a Mother myself, I just know his Mother is very proud of him!!Ladies and senior citizens...IT IS safe for us to do business w these people....they respect us and don't lie to us. They r through and explain, patiently, the status of your vehicle and print it out. They do not try to rip us off, or disrespect us. Competitive prices too and outstanding work. Second Time Customer - Definitely Still Two Thumbs For These People. Hamza Has Always Treated Me With Dignity, Respect and Kindness. My Main Plus is How Genuine This Company Operates, Especially for This Location on Stockton Blvd. / Florin. Not an Easy Area to be in but They Own it & Live it Well. I Would Rather do Business With Those Who Aren t Afraid to be Real, be Happy, and be Fair. Last Note: When the Techs are on Site, They do Work! Don t Believe Me?? Called them for a brake and lamp inspection and they said they charge $850 that ridiculous. That should be against the law to screw someone over to that extend.

I had a really good experience, I got to the shop early morning at 8am they call me that afternoon & let me know what was with my car & how soon they could have it fixed. That s all she wrote, if anything else happens to my lil baby, I ll be back.

These guys are and always have been trustworthy. We all know about crooked mechanics. These guys do me great service at a great price always. Their customer service is amazing.! Didn't go there but they give you good service saved me 800 dollars having a second opinion about service from another dealer. honest and reliable service.
