They let me bring in my own parts and service was super fast and affordable. Just from north highlands and I was trying new places and I did my research brought my own parts and he got my check engine light off

Worst guy ever ! Don t go there ! My car was ready for smog he spend 10-15 min inspecting it then tells me my car is not ready and he wants to charge me 41$ ! For his time !!!! I told him it was ready and why you didn t inspect it before plug it in ! He said you should do that ! He s a thief and I don t recommend him to anyone!!!

He's A THIEF ! did not check if my car ready or not , then he claim it was n it after 3 min and hold my car until I pay him 43$ for nothing !he did not even offer re inspection ! DO NOT GO THERE !

I had the engine replaced on my Chevy S10. I supplied my own engine. As usual, Jack was thorough, honest and fair. The engine I supplied had some issues but he got through them and now my truck runs perfectly. Thanks Jack and if you're seeing this the smoke has cleared and should pass the next smog test. You will be the one doing it.

Hello I came to the Madison twice because the first time I didn t pass the Smog test . I was told to keep driving and so I did the next day and went back and I passed the Smog I was what? Yes!! Every car is different I know last year I was the same thing & both times I drove close to 30 minutes . Also, I have an older Jeep. Nobody should be mad at the agent because they re doing their job so it s on your car & the machine to clarify that, so Jack you do a Great.job so Shine & keep us coming Kudos Jack!!Service: Auto maintenance

Have been using this place for years have always had great service. He has worked on four different cars of mine and one of my sisters. Everything from motors to smog checks. He has always done a great job for my husband and myself. I really feel he is very honest and affordable. Never feel he over charges us. Will keep recommending him

Jack has always provided great service and has always been an honest guy. I have been taking my cars here for a few years now. He came highly recommended from a friend who was a mechanic and used to work with him.The negative reviews on here don't even make sense, I think they are confusing this place with another place. Jack is no nonsense.

Jack is awesome he's helped me with several cars over a few years took my 02 Toyota in today had to invest $1,600 into it Jack helped me from the start and I finished one year later with the same kind of help Jack didn't make any money on me for a year and when he did it was a normal smog check fee! thank you Jack! I will always go back here very kind,honest and helpful man!!!

I believe the negative reviewers have mistakenly signed on to the wrong website. There is another automotive business nearby with a very similar name. I have been coming here since it opened.and have had outstanding. service . There has never been a woman working here, nor has the owner ever tried to sell me unneeded extra services. Not only have I had my car smogged several times, I have had a major mechanical repair and a minor one. Both produced excellent results at a very fair price. I have frequently recommended the business to other people.

Made an appointment for an oil change, and they started right on time. Done in 20 mins. Fast, honest, and great service. These guys are legit, check them out.

This place is the top smog shop in Sacramento County, I had trouble with a smog due to a drive cycle and this man not only was honest & helpful but he is 100% trustworthy. You can count on this smog shop to get done right and if you have any error codes they will go an extra mile &are willing to help you clear the issue or at least help, so you understand & can get your car ready so it will pass.

Had to get my car smog and Jack helped us. So friendly and quick service. It only took about 15 minutes in and out to pass! I recommend them for smog, right off the freeway too!

Took my 2000 Chevy Tahoe in there on a Tuesday afternoon, and was in and out in about 20 minutes with a "pass". The girl that was my tech was very nice and got the job done quickly. She also mentioned the Pennysavers ad so that I could save another $20. Sweet! My wife's truck is due for smog, too, so we'll be taking it here.

I brought my truck here to have it smogged. The guy told me my truck had major expensive problems. Therefore, it's not going to pass. Took my money. Come to find out he never even tested it. He lied to me. I found this out by contacting B.A.R.Not only is he a liar but a theif as well.

Jack the owner is honest and fair price I trust him for over 10 years and I'm thankful that he's there to help me with my car and my family's car.... Praise God for Jack the owner, may the Lord bless him for being helpful to our community.

This place is a freaking joke. I go in there to have my truck smogged and it passed all the tests according to the one guy that was in there. But when it was put on the dyno it failed. Why? Because he had it in 4wd. When I tried to explain that to him he didn't want to listen. I knew he had it in 4wd because the truck lunged forward. He had no idea what He was doing and got upset with me over the whole thing.
