These guys are a scam. I came here to get a rim welded. He said when it is done I will give you a call. He never called. I called then he said yes tire done tomorrow I come next day. Is a tire on the wheel so I only see the bottom weld. I leave and I tip him because I m just happy to be back on my rims. Turns out the top weld which was hidden by the tire was not sealed properly. Every tire I put on a tire it goes flat. I take it back to him he tells me you have to pay again I say is literally leaking air exactly from where you did the bad welding. Advice: listen I hate to give a bad review but in all honesty care about your customers and just do what s right. Do not come here check other places that will take care of you and be honest.

Be careful these guys will give you the wrong size tires knownly I think they take advantage of disabled senior and women the owner has a very superior personality.I live miles away and I had to go back to have them correct and perform a function that should have been done at the time the problem was not corrected but camouflage it was the wrong size tires that were different from the front and back which caused my car to pull to the right later I learned it could have caused not just personal or property injuries but suspension and or transmission damage if left I corrected they say you get what you pay for I say I pay what you ask me to pay public safety should never be compromised

Scammers. I took my rims to get checked for dents because I knew I messed one up, I just didn t know which one. They told me the reason why it felt bumpy while I drove was because of my tires, I have brand new tires. They charged me $20 and didn t even do their job right or what I asked for. On top of that they stole my Audi hub cap which i had to pay for because they said they didn t have it. I ended up taking my car somewhere else for an inspection, they took a video of the large dent in my rim, how do you even miss that? Were you trying to get me to buy a whole set of tires? There is no professionalism here, a bunch of laziness. One of the lazy guys decides to go into the office while I was in there to ask for my number. Are you kidding me?

After searching around for several days my daughter settled on this place here. A gentlemen directed us forward and removed our tires. After sitting on the riser for about 20 minutes or so our tires arrived and they proceeded to put our tires on the car. We were unaware that they had to send out for the new tires they were not on site when we got there and the management had not informed us when they pulled us forward and removed our tires. They quoted her a price of $420 for four new tires she ended up paying over $460 buyer beware .she gave them 3 stars not me

Came to check out new tires and ended up purchasing new high quality tires and nice wheels for only $1500 total with 50k mile warranty. If I went to Les Schwab it would have been at least $3000. The owner is very respectful and honest who knows what he is doing and will stop what he is doing to answer any questions and help. No appointment was necessary and they even did some other work for me at no charge. I couldn t be happier and will definitely come back and refer this place.

I went here today to get a wheel repair. I had a bend in the wheel and the air kept leaking. The person at the front desk was very calm and helpful. They had a very reasonable price. I called a bunch of other places and they had the lowest price for my wheel issues. They also speak Punjabi which was great. Overall everyone was super helpful, kind and nice. Would definitely go back.

Caught a flat tire on a very rainy day and drove less than a couple blocks to this shop to get my tire patched or replaced and since I ve been coming to this shop since 2015 I expected a very normal experience several times before. The guy said my 15 tire could not be patched and tried to sell me on a $50 tire that s worn out used. I had to tell him not to put it on I need something with more tread for that price so he insisted he can do the worn tire for $40 which is still outrageous for a used tired. To make things worse I ask to look at my original tire which is less than a year old to see what made it go flat and it was a tiny nail hole. Knowing these types of shops I guarantee they would ve patched my almost new tire and sold it off to the next person for a very high price. Do not recommend coming to this place at all.

I was quoted, by a worker over the phone, a specific amount for a set of 4 brand new tires. I show up that day after confirming I'd like to commit to the transaction and as I get there, a man that appeared to be the manager, said I spoke with him and gave me a different tire size than what my car takes. I know from the owners manual of what my car needs and after informing him of this, he became irritated and said the price of the price and if I wanted the "correct size tire" it'd cost $70 more. As I was confused as to how a TIRE SHOP didn't know my cars TIRE SIZE after calling them and giving them the make and model, I walked away to make a call. He then insisted on trying both tires, correct and incorrect ones, on my two front tires and see which one I like. I knew this was a way to get me just to pay the extra $70. I instantly left and went literally 1 minute down the street to the other tire shop at the corner and ended up paying $90 more than what I expected to. It was $20 more than what I would've paid here, but it's the fact that I was tricked and not given an apology. I felt like it was a scam to bring me in. If you quoted me and knew my make model year of the vehicle, atleast apologize and offer a slight discount since I came down there to the shop. Nope, not at all. Very bad customer service. Do not come here!

I took my Cadillac this shop today . My front rim was bent due to my husband hitting a pothole hole. The guy then quoted us $100 to fix and make new as he claimed. I said cool. I was ecstatic about getting my rim fixed. Long story short , he called me an hour later saying my car was done.It was done all right. I need a whole new rim. It looks worse now. I could ve beat the dent out at home and saved a hundred bucks!!!

They are giving a very good deal to replace the tires but while they re replacing either they re removing or damaging the tire sensor. When you ask him to fix it. They are saying you have to pay $60 for each tires. I m not recommending this shop to anyone of my friends.

Sam is a dishonest businessman. I told him the size I needed and told him to make sure they have it before I drive down from Elk Grove with my trailer. When I got there, Sam told me they don t have that size. I told Sam. But I specifically give you that size and he ensured me they had it. I am never going back to them again, I do not recommend anyone going there, don t waste your time with that dishonest jerk.

I was headed to another tire shop when I passed this one. I went to the other tire place and parked.I looked them up online.I decided to give them a chance.When I called the man was patient patient with me as I asked where he was to make sure that was the right tire shop and he quoted me $5 less and nowadays........$5 won't even buy a gallon of gas much unlike the $2 we used to pay 2 short years ago. Unless you have a super tiny car It's a little tricky getting out of there .. you have to actually sort of back out of there.I have a European car and It's always fun to watch every mechanics try and figure out how to get the lug caps off (because you need a special key.).

They messed up my wheel hub and told me it was the suspension that's the problem. When my truck was not making any noise until I got all 4 tires changed. Owner/Manager did not want to do anything about the situation but spray my suspension with wd40.

Purchased new tires there. Fantastic cash price. Includes lifetime balance and flat repair.One tire lost the weight and became unbalanced. They repaired it for free, quickly and made sure I was happy. They also notice a lug lock that had bad threads and replaced it.Great service and warranty.Highly recommended.

I can't say too much because I have no idea about the prices. I have only been here for my job. So they pay everything, but knowing how cheap they are, it probably be a good deal. So as for the workmanship, it's okay. They seem to get right to it when I get there, but then when I look to see how far along they've gotten, no ones there. The little wait area is okay. Not excellent for Covid-19 cause it's a little small. But I always seem to be the only one waiting in it. Could be why they end up doing other vehicles first. I guess I'm the only one who likes A/C in triple digit heat who knows? But maybe the other people know something I don't, if you sit there and watch, maybe they finish fast.

They are very helpful... bought a set of tires for my daughter's car. The rim was bent they fix it for a small charge. Then a week later my car was shaking I thought I might need an alignment they checked my tires. They found a huge ball if fix a flat in side my tire. They cleaned out my tire and only charged me 20.00 for balancing all four tires... I was extremely thankful

Poor service... They didn't fix the dents in my wheel like they said they did I went back 2 days later because my tire went flat went to a different place to get a tire they said you don't need a tire... Your Wheel is severely dented it's not going to hold air... Long story short Sacramento Tires an Wheels charged me for a service they didn't do the guys at Sierra Wheel an Tire are the best in Sacramento PERIOD

Got a set of tires here about 3 months ago. Was happy with the service was told I would get one free tire rotation. Went there today to get my tires rotated and was told off by the owner who told me that I would get one. He started to call me a thief and cussing in front of costumers. I told him it's cool if he didn't want to honor his word and would deter people to not come here. He tried to have someone do it,but was still cussing at me so I went somewhere else.

The service is good and the thing I liked the most was the it was matter of in-and-out, quick service. i called in and asked them about my truck's tires, which they had in stock with really good price. went to down to the shop and they put the tires on in the time they told me. Definitely recommend if you want quick service.

We bought a used tire and we didn t notice how damaged it was because they put the bad side facing inwards. Our tire blew out the same day not even 2 hours after purchasing it, let alone that they completely stripped our lugnut, so I took us almost two days to get the right tools to replace the tire. Will never go here again

I took my truck to these guys to get my new tires mounted and balanced. They mounted my tires but they did not balance them. I am an ex-mechanic and currently have 5 ASE certifications. The only reason that I don t work on cars anymore is because I have an office job now, that pays more. I saw them put new balancing weights on my rims without using the tire balancing machine. Plain and simple, these guys are crooks. If they tried to balance my tires but couldn t, I would not have a problem with them. But, they tried to make it look like they did something when they never did. There are plenty of cheap tire shops within 1 mile of them, go there instead. I know they are a cheap tire shop but at lease do what I paid you to do. In my opinion it s the same as stealing if a tire shop says they are going to do something, you pay them to do it, and then they lie to your face and only do half of the job. Before I left I talked to the owner and I got the sense that this was not a big deal, I think they pull this sort of stuff all the time. It seemed like the owner didn t care, he just wanted my money. Because I went to this place, I will have to pay another shop to do half of the job that they did not do.

Had a bent rim, went in and they were able to bend it back with no problems and get me out within 30 min. Great service even reattached my spare wheel for me.

Gave me a great deal on tires and rims plus alignment and transferring the tire monitor. Also loaned us his car to go eat while they worked on my truck. That's service!

Took my car to get 22in rims put on my tpms light was off .after leaving the shop light came on .they left a sensor in my old rims .next day came back because of light on .they couldnt fix my tpms light .they couldn't fix my problem but took my 420 dollars quick very poor service. Dont trust and when installing my 22in rims that I paided 350 to power coat they damaged my paint putting them on. Very mad customer....!!!!
