Brought in some New Factory Sized Low Profile Tires (19 ) and Aftermarket TPMS Sensors to be installed today on a 2010 Merc CLS 550. By design, these tires are a Challenge to Mount and Balance but they got it done. Also got an Alignment as well. Happy with the Service, Communication and Pricing! As the Bill came out to be less than what was quoted over the Phone. Appreciate the Honesty and Climate Controlled Customer Waiting Area.Thank you Will and Staff! Definitely will be back for future Services.

Took my Denali to see why a tire kept losing air. Tech saw the issue and patched it up. He also noticed I needed rotors and brake pads. I asked when I could bring it back he did all 4 rotors and brakes that afternoon. The shop was clean and the service was amazing!

William is a Gem. He's always patient and so kind, considering they are always so busy!! Fixed a loose oil filter on my Crv last week. No charge for his time spent. That's how a business keeps loyal customers coming back and why they are always so busy!! Thanks again William.

So far customer service and patience are impeccable.I will update after I get my tires servicedUpdate: I didn't get my tires serviced here. Kept trying to be bargained to wait til Tuesday for tires I put a small down for, for my tires that were supposed to be here yesterday and then by this morning. For my car to basically sit in the parking lot without being touched. My appointment was at 8am this morning.Blame is partially on the distributor for false information to the shop, but also on them for not communicating since yesterday that the tires weren't there in whole and won't be in til morning. Instead we walked in by opening to find out 2 tires only arrived the day before. We would have never went back up there until we knew for sure all 4 had arrived.

Great customer service ! I recently bought 2 trailer tires and one wheel from them. David and William were extremely helpful. They are honest guys. The reason I only got one rim is we all agreed that the other rim I had was still in good condition and the rust was only surface rust. I will be a returning customer!!!!! Thanks Guys!

Love these guys. Took care of my daughter's bald tires and metal on metal brakes quickly and for a fair price. She was leaving town and they took care of her car issues really quickly and did a great job and were pleasant, straight forward and professional while doing it. Great experience!

Had a flat tire yesterday morning and thought I'd have to buy a whole new one , AAA came and put the spare on. Tire Pros Sacramento was my first choice, I got there talked to the technician, it was a 50/50 if I would need a new tire. Luckily the nail was able to be removed and he repaired it quickly even though he was busy. Great price, highly recommended

I called for a quote on 4 new tires. Over the phone they say $360-$370 for 4 new tires if cash and will cost me more if i use card.. when i finally got there. I tell the guy at the front desk that i called earlier about the Hercules tires. And he act like he didnt know anything about it. But he were able to pulled me some Hercules in stock. Jack up the price to $480 with cash this time. I told him i called and someone quoted me cheaper than that. This guy started making stuff up like their phone wasn't working properly and the phone went straight to there big boss..so that is why i got that price from. At this time i didnt want to waste more time. I just left. Will never support this tire shop again. Due to their lack of communication and honesty.

Driving from Lake Tahoe to the Bay Area on 7/14, my tire sensor light came on. Having recently replaced all 4 tires & tire sensors at my local Tire Pros, I searched for the closest shop and drove directly there. I was greeted by William, and after a quick explanation he didn t miss a beat servicing my vehicle. Quickly checking the air pressure, he located the offending tire, manually jacked up the car and found a long screw imbedded in the tread. I don t think I was in the shop for more than 20 mins and left as a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this shop and was greatly impressed by the personable, friendly & professional service I received. Thank you

David at the Tire Pros is superb, and I respect his manner of working with people and his helpfulness with customers. After watching his calm manner and hearing his knowledgeable approach with others, he turned to help me and in a matter of minutes he and his staff had me on my way -- without the nail in my tire! He is what every good businessman should hope to be, and I will return when it's time to "bite the bullet" and replace tires on my car.

I went there on two occasions. Once was for tires and shocks. Work was done within a few hours. Prices were reasonable. The second visit was to check brakes. The technician checked and showed me the minimal wear and tear I had on my brakes. The tech said he does not recommend a change of brakes right now. Other places I dealt with would try to make a sale. There is a lobby for waiting. There is a Mexican restaurant next door on one side and a gas station convenient store on the other.

I'm a repeat customer. Every time I've been here, I've been in and out in a short amount of time. They're knowledgeable and do good work, prices are very reasonable, and they make recommendations based on what's best for you rather than pushing you to make purchases.

My wife needed new tires for her Mazda and when we went to Sears a couple of years ago they just said Michelin does not make the size she needed and sold us some tires they stated were just as good. We went in to have them checked for early poor performance but nothing changed, 33k miles later the side walls split. Tire Pros found her Michelin tires in a day. Taking my boat trailer in tomorrow for tires and when my truck needs new tires I will go there for them and the overall service is great.

These guys are the best. Les Schwab was going to charge double and will not accomodate my truck for an alignment. NorCal allowed walk ins and I was in and out in about 30 mins. Cheap and fast, what more could you ask for.

I ve been using tire pros service for years and here s why, they worked me into their full day on short notice for noise coming from the left front. They found a loose disc brake pad, fixed it and didn t charge a dime!! Their honesty is the most important thing to me!!

I have been there twice in the past month for wheel alignment and breaks. Both were great experiences, and the prices were reasonable. Well worth being a repeat customer.

Terrific! Called and they brought us right in. They fixed the problem. They also noticed and provided a solution to something that might otherwise have gone unnoticed and that they really didn't have to bring up at all. Plus, the price was fair and reasonable.

These guys were incredibly helpful. We were traveling from Utah to California when we heard the grinding noise on our breaks.. we just got brand new tires in utah and they told us they did a brake check and they all passed. Well... they lied and our breaks were metal to metal. The tire pros guys were extremely helpful and really professional. They checked our breaks and gave us a great deal on replacing them. They also talked to the tire place in utah to let them know how bad the breaks were.. definitely recommend their business to anyone. Thank you tire pros!

It started when I got an error with my Tire Monitor Pressure System. I had been having problems with the spare sensor according to the self test. I took it over to Tire Pros to give them a try since I was having a tire issue. David I believe his name was tested all my sensors and said they were good. He asked me did I do the relearn process correctly. At that point I was kind of skeptical that I did it correctly because he said they were all working. So I told him I would try it again. To make a long story short, I still had the problem after trying to relearn the sensors. All of them worked but the spare.I took it back over to Tire Pros and just told them to order an OEM sensor and to just replace it. They installed it on the spare and since the re-learn process is simple I figured I could do it myself and save money. Well I still was getting the TPS (Tire Pressure Sensor) error after the process. Mind you I never left the parking lot because I figured if I had problem I could pay Tire Pros to calibrate it. Went back in there asked him if he could re-learn the sensor and I would pay, he told me just to wait while he assisted other customers. To make another long story, short. He didn't do what I asked him to do, which was re-learn the sensors. He had me wait close to 2hours put his diagnostic tool on my sensors again and tried to tell me that everything was fine and there was nothing further, well I found it odd that he didn't even attempt the re-learn process for the new sensor. So sure enough as soon as I drive off get the same error. I drive back he turns me away and tells me to come back tomorrow. I'm not saying he gave me horrible service but he wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing and didn't even try to fix my problem. In my opinion because I didn't spend hundreds of dollar on labor they could care less about me as a customer. He didn't care that he has led me down the wrong path from the start, telling me my sensor was fine than when I came in to buy the sensor he should of looked further into my issue to assure that I was making the right decision, because aren't they Tire Pros? I tried to tell him the magnet wouldn't pick up the TPS on the spare. I know that because the "Bad sensor" I was able to re-learn it without the sensor being on the rim. So what I learned is I just needed a stronger magnet or the TPS needed to be recalibrated before going on the tire. But why couldn't he figure all this out. Oh wait he told me to come back tomorrow to waste more of my time. no thanks I should of just took it to the dealership in the beginning.Update: Turns out that the dealership may of sold me a bad sensor. I called Tirepros to see if they would call the dealership to let them know they sold me a sensor. He was more than willing to call for me. For this I believe he made everything right. Great service in the end.
