The shop owner, Aaron, is incredibly hard working and generous - he started taking care of my jeep before he was even settled in. He is detail oriented and considerate in making sure that I always have options that fit my price range. He s got a great rapport with his clientele - checks in on how their vehicles are and quick to respond if you ever need him. I trust no one else to work on my baby (my jeep ). I recommend all my friends to him for his excellent work!

Aaron is a Jeep whisperer. He did extensive work on our JK last summer fixing broken parts, welding plating back together, centering the axles, on and on. It drives great now, huge difference. I didn t think the vehicle could drive that well on the highway with all its off road mods. Fast forward a few months and we started having steering and vibration issues in our JL. 15 minutes is all it took him to diagnose and fix the problem(s). I just simply cannot recommend him highly enough. Good human too, he even likes dogs and they like him!!

Aaron is the best! I was referred to Aaron from a friend right as he was opening his shop. He always gets me in as soon as I have a problem with my Jeep (which is always). He is honest, fair, and trustworthy. He stands by his work if something goes wrong with a fix he did. Being new to California at the time with no one to trust, I'm glad I found him and wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else.

Rubicon Garage...so much to say. I purchased the first new vehicle in my life and trusted no other than Rubicon Garage and Aaron to install a boat load of parts...technically it was a truck bed load of parts, lol. The parts I got were not simple bolt in style components but rather a complex system which would require lots and lots of planning, cutting, welding, and painting. The end results of the build were outstanding! During the build, Aaron kept me informed with progress reports as well as progress pics. When you are dealing with Aaron, you are dealing with someone who cares about the end results of the repair or project you will not be treated like a number, a feeling you might get when going to a dealer. Aaron was on time, on point, and on budget. What else could you ask for? He definitely went above and beyond.I highly recommend Aaron and Rubicon Garage for any type of automotive work you might need. I have already referred him to friends and family and once you give him your business, I bet you will refer him too.Thanks Aaron! Aaron is a Godsend. He has addressed issues on my Jeep LJ Rubicon and recommended what is needed now and what may be needed down the line. He has also troubleshooted some gremlins and gotten everything on the up and up!! Aaron owns his own shop and will take care of your rig. Make an appointment and be prepared for great vehicle stories. (If you are so inclined). I shopped around before having someone work on my TJ, and I came to trust Rubicon Garage for all the necessary repairs. They broke down exactly what was wrong with my jeep, told me what I should fix immediately, what should be next and other repairs that weren't crucial but would help. The jeep was in bad shape and they made it run SO much better. Highly recommend!Thanks!

We were visiting Sacramento and our Check Engine Light light was on in our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. We contacted Aaron at Rubicon Garage who was able to diagnose the problem and fix it all in the same day. Excellent work! Highly recommend!

What an awesome shop? I gave him a call at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday and he went above And beyond and got my car took care of. I wasn't even on a schedule for his work day. But he fit me in thanks again He even dropped my car off when it was done.

There are many great repair shops used by Off Road enthusiasts in the greater Sacramento area. Good people doing a good job, however, the convenience and sometimes price is not so good. Well, I found a place that works for me.Quality - Convenience - Price.I m not a gear-head as much as I LOVE off-roading. New to us, this sport has brought so much joy to me - and to my wife. As we develop our new skills we find ourselves in need of Machanical help. And even more important advice . We have been lucky to connect with some amazing people. Aaron at Rubicon Garage is one of those people. I have had recent experience with this establishment and can say with confidence that Rubicon Garage is High Quality, Convenient and is Reasonably Priced. Highly Recommend!

Very Expensive...Mediocre work at best!car- old jeep tj (leaking radiator/water pump) (transmission oil service needed) - steering unstable in cornering.did part of the job here: (radiator and water pump as well as transmission oil service and the emission light) he works well but very expensive $2.4K. (Update, radiator failed, his work is mediocre at best).For steering issues and car being not stable in cornering, he claimed that the suspension was all gone to hell and needed a new kit. He quoted 6K to 8K to change suspension that did did not need to be fixed.I fixed the problem with another mechanic - swapped a few bushings and corrected caster angle. This solved all my problems and cost was $400.Beware and always get a second opinion if you decide to get the work done in this garage.update:Texted me back saying that he got me an estimate for another work he has done and that he over-quoted by mistake.Also emission light went off again, he charged 150$ for that and did not fix the problem.Aaron is also member of some sort of a local jeep club, many of the 5 star reviews could be people he just know.Lastly, don t waste your time & money here and go to this place, trust me on that!Hope this helps

If you need work on your Jeep or other 4x4 I highly recommend reaching out to Rubicon Garage. My son threw a rod and we reached out to several garages in the area no one wanted to give time of day to explain options, and it really felt like they really didn t want our business. When I called Rubicon Aaron took the time to explain options, researched best way to solve problem. Even though the engine replacement took over six weeks to get (supply chain issues) he kept us up to date on progress. When the engine did come in his work was on time, within budget. When we ran into issues he reached out to explain if had to be done now or in future. Most mechanics would just tell you has to be done now. Fair, honest, and craftsmanship work. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Rubicon!!!

Got referred to Aaron from a wheeling buddy, I needed new gears installed in my axle since I chewed up the set I had. He was quick to respond and I was able to drop off the axle, and pick it up the same day! The gear pattern looks great.
