These guys just changed my wheels and tires on my van an hour before closing. Stayed open a little late and were very polite. The employee who drives the black Lexus was very helpful and very kind. Thank you, you did a great job.

It was a quick call and very welcoming, telling me to come down. He will check out my tire. This gentleman made me feel safe and reassured me that there was a nail in my tire and showed me. He also went and patch the tire and checked all four for air and did not ask for one cent. There are amazing people out there and good karma will come around. I will pay it forward and I will also bring my business back there. Just outstanding!! I was in such awe that I didn t catch his name or if it was in fact Rick to be continued Thank you. I m sure you won t regret bringing your business here with genuine people that are truthful. This is one of those businesses people business and very grateful for this!

These guys are awesome! I had issues with my Camry and was frustrated and on the verge of giving up. They gave me an estimate and were fair, prompt and respectful. Happy with the work they did and I think this will be my go to auto place moving forward.

Approximately 2 weeks ago my boyfriend s car tire blew out otw to work. The location of the nail in the tire made it unrepairable. A new tire was purchased from Rick s . A week later the new tire blew out at night on the freeway. Road service was called for assistance, another new tire was purchased. Tire from Rick s was taken back. Rick s was adamant that that would not issue refund stating tire was driven on after the flat. If my boyfriend had not driven car off freeway, he would risked being struck and killed by a car or truck.

We took three cars for repairs. On our 2000 Dodge Dakota we knew we needed front axles, brake rotors, calipers, and pads. We asked for a diagnosis of the power steering leak. They told us the radiator was bad and was it ever! We had gotten estimates for just the stuff we knew about, but RICK'S did everything, including replacing a power steering hose AND power window assembly, for a lower price! Our mom's 2003 Mustang wouldn't pass smog and the other shop charged her over $500 for 2 tests and overnight storage! Then they were going to charge her to diagnose one thing at a time with an estimate of $1000 total. RICK'S took it to their smog guy FREE and immediately diagnosed an electrical problem that caused sensors to reset every time it was started (which we thought was the issue). RICK'S discovered it was the battery and replaced it (don't trust the tests at the auto parts store because they said it was 100%). Lastly, was our 2016 Elantra to get a second opinion on the AC system. We took it to PepBoys to get it checked, they charged $60, which is not credited to repairs, and told us everything needed to be replaced. RICK'S diagnosed it FREE and it's $500 less to fix it. Of course, they showed us all our old parts. It was faster than we expected, too :) We will always come here first from now on.

One of the best auto shop experiences I've had. I had them replace my alternator for a fair price, and when I took it home the battery kept dying. Took it back to the shop and they replaced the battery for free! Thanks so much!

Honest and professional. Refused to charge me anything when they found nothing wrong to fix.(Check engine light was on with EVAP code but smoke test showed no leaks, so they reset the check engine light and drove around to make sure there was no issue as well as doing a multi-point inspection, then told me about the whole diagnostic process and refused to let me pay for anything since nothing was fixed.)Throughout the whole process they were kind, comminicative, and knowledgeable. Will be recommending this auto place to family and friends!

I was passing through town and my aunt noticed the tread on my tires was very low. She found these guys and we are SO HAPPY she did.Rick s offered us very kind and helpful service. Prices felt very fair. We were given three different price quotes and went with the mid-range, and are very pleased. Highly recommended!

I went to this place because my friend told me about and also it was close by from my work place. The guy (I am so sorry I asked the name but forgot as quickly , the gentleman who was working in morning of Jan 18th.)He was very nice, helpful and professional. He listened to my tire problem and fixed the flat tire right away. I couldn't believe how easily and quickly my tire was fixed. I am very happy with the service I got.I am going to the Rick Tire for any auto needs. I highly recommend this place to my coworkers friends and families.Service: Tires

I made an appointment online, during which I detailed the exact issues with my car. After 24 hours, I received an email confirming my appointment, stating that they had accepted my request. Upon arrival, I restated the issues, and the man at the desk was immediately angry and unintelligible. He literally screamed at me several times at me as I was calmly attempting to explain the problems with my car, and ultimately (aggressively) refused to service my vehicle. Not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that I m a young, petite woman or what the issue was, but maybe you shouldn t accept appointments if you aren t willing to service the vehicle because that was both quite scary and a huge waste of my time.

Woke up one morning, and my car wouldn't start. I called a few places, and Rick's was the first one who could see my car the same day. I arranged for a tow and dropped the car off around 3pm. They diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue, and they got the car back to me around 3pm the next day. Everything seems great, and they were very friendly and explained the issues they found.

Rick's is now my go to mechanic from here on out. My 2009 Mini was in need of an oil change and they took my car on the spot and finished in a short time. A few week the yellow check engine light came on and they fixed it that day - I was very impressed with their professionalism, experience, honesty and low prices. I will never take my car back to N****O as they can jack up the prices and recommend unneeded repairs. I accidentally over-filled the oil in my car, and they were able to take my car in and drain it to the proper level within a half hour of me calling. Also, they only charged a nominal fee where I know another shop might have taken advantage of my position and way over-charged. Trustworthy, fast, freindly, honest. These guys saved my day!

Amazingly, my computer bag was stolen out of my hotel room in West Sacramento, and somehow it ended up dumped next to the dumpster on Stockton Blvd near Broadway, at this business. The owner looked through my bag, found my contact info, and left me a message saying he was holding on to it for me. When I retrieved it, my laptop and everything else was still inside! It's a minor miracle.I have to give my earnest appreciation to the owner of Ricks Tires. He certainly could have done any number of other things but he reunited me with my computer friend. I've never been a customer of Ricks, but if I need car work, I know where I'm going. I trust this ship to do me right and they've proven it for sure.

I hesitate sharing this because I don't want this level of service to be an expectation. Basically, I thought I had a certain problem. Their inspection lead them to the same conclusion and they did the work at a reasonable rate and very quickly. However it turned out that the problem was different than we thought, and much more severe (New engine territory) so they put the old(still good) part back on called me with the information, gave me my keys and didn't charge me a dime. To top it off I'm visiting from out of town, and they knew it, and they still treated me like a valued local customer. Bummed about my car but Highly impressed that did what they did.

I usually take my car to the dealership for all work. This time, they said they couldn't fix my issue and sent me to a body shop. The body shop said they couldn't fix it either. I took my car to Rick's Tires and Auto Repair for routine maintenance and they did a wonderful job. Thank you Mukhtar for finding the issues that I wasn't aware of and for doing such a great job. As a result, my car now rides smoother. I would use this shop again and recommend it to others

Our front tire was going flat. We had appt at UC Davis and wanted to return home to Redding.They were very nice and told us not to worry and fixed our flat and checked all tires to make sure we would have a safe ride home. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Sacramento UC Davis area. Great service, especially since It was early in morning with no appt.

They told me I needed a new engine for my truck. Got a second opinion never needed a new engine at all. They told me it was going to cost 4K to fix my truck even though it was parked in the same spot it had been towed to and clearly not even looked at. Got a second opinion and it wasn t even engine related and cost me 1600.

Everyone was very professional, and helpful, especially Anthony, the mechanic working on my car. Work was done within a reasonable amount of time. Prices are reasonable as well. Overall I am very happy and recommend this place.

Rick is an honest mechanic, which can be rare. While I was there for an oil change a women had a front headlight out that he repaired for her without charge since she brought a new light with her. He's usually done earlier than he predicts and does good work. I had a window smashed out and he gave me a really good price compared to other places and did the work quickly.

This shop is being run under new management and staff for over an year or so. They have re-modeled the shop and added more services. I have been going to this place for few years. My recent visit was about to buy/install new tires. Job was done professionally. Their prices are reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them. Great service!

These guys do an outstanding job. I went in with what I thought was a major problem. After charging me the going rate for a diagnastic check, the machanic sugested that If I wanted to save a few dollars I could just replace the damaged spark plug wire myself. They were very helpful and friendly. The shop also quoted me some good prices on some addition services in their shop.

Rick's tire and auto repair shop my experience there was very good they Diagnose my car and fixed It within 2 days Showed me the part that went wrong on my car and being a lady and not knowing about auto repair on a car they were great!!!

I had already researched what the average for the job was. His quote was right in line with the average. The work was done sooner than quoted both times I have had to have work done. They listened to what I said and then showed me what they found to be making the noises I would hear. They do use premium parts, which can cost more but my life is worth it.
