We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude and also spread awareness.First of all everyone we worked with were very professional, kind and transparent. Also when you pull up to the facility itself you are reassured that they do top class work.When we first came to see the car it was still in the process of getting fixed, and we were able to ask any questions or concerns. It was really refreshing and comforting that the Re-Lux team was able to answer all of them and reassure us that the car will be like new.The pictures speak for themselves. ( and they were taken a few weeks after purchase ) From the outside to the inside the car was totally taken care of.Again wanted to say thank you to Re-Lux for your integrity and professionalism in what you do! Had a rough day with my 2023 Ford Explorer taking a hit during a downpour. I decided to take it to Re-lux because they had good reviews and were nearby. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because they got my car back to me sooner than expected and it looked good as new. Hopefully you don t have to experience an accident but if/when they happen this is my shop of choice to get the repairs done.
