Coming from a girl who hates to have ANY type of car issues (big or small), I can honestly say RBK provides such a breath of fresh air! Sam and his team are professional, kind, and affordable. From car batteries, lights, tires, oil changes, etc. RBK does it all & does it well! This team truly makes you feel like you are part of the family. I am grateful to have found a repair/service shop I can trust, I recommend RBK to everyone I know!

Sam provided awesome customer service and gave my car the TLC it desperately needed. The shop s crew is very friendly and attentive. Always willing to work with you is a definite plus. When I originally moved to sac being a college student I had constant car issues and this business was my lifesaver. I had to get my car checked on a Sunday and they were willing to help me out regardless of the day. I will forever love the services provided and as a college student I can say they have the best prices compared to other Sacramento T shop. Without a doubt one of the best repair shops out there.Some background: I have taken my car here for both a small fix and large fix and the service delivered has always been exceptional. They send photos, provide updates, and are generally willing to explain to their best ability the issue at hand. The car I bought was also serviced there before I purchased it (verified by receipt) and it's never given me any issues.Bottom line: if you need your car fixed right the first time and you are someone who needs to know the issue, go with these guys.

I've been very pleased with RBK AUTO TECH. I've been there twice now for my car and will continue to go back and use them exclusively for anything my car needs. They get you right in and service your car quickly and with EXCELLENT service. Their prices are better than other places around for the same service. Their hours of operation are great too! I WILL go back again. I have to drive a ways to their location from where I live, but I trust them to work on my new/used car with great n thorough expertise and is worth it to drive the distance. They are very helpful. It feels good to FINALLY have found a reliable place to take my car! Thank you RBK AUTO TECH and all the wonderful technicians there! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They are extremely professional!

Very professional and they have a lot of integrity! I am definitely coming back for future repairs and maintenance. I came in for a P0171 code and they changed the part and had me back on the road! You re in good hands with this shop!

My mom recommended this place after getting her car's AC fixed. I took my car here because my AC was blowing hot air. The mechanic was helpful, explained possible issues, solutions, and cost. They fixed my AC at a very reasonable price. It would've been nice if they had AC in their shop's waiting area, it was very hot.

It was Saturday 1.5 hours before closing and I needed a new starter. Everywhere else was closed yet the owner still told me I could come in. He said, "he was busy usually not open on Saturday, but yes I will get you fixed up." Got my car running even after hours that he normally is closed. Went for an oil change Honda civic $50. I was happy until 2 weeks after car acted weird took to another mechanicto check vehicle. Found out no oil, no leak, no oil.Good luck

We came up from L.A. to visit for the weekend when our AC decided to go out, lucky for us we met Brian Machado at Niello Volvo. He quickly refered us to RBK. Very professional, knowledgeable and high quality service for pretty much any vehicle.Not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive,price to me is amazing for the pure fact of the quality of work u get.Would recommend to friends or family easily.
