EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Beyond 5 stars! Talked to manny and he was EXTREMELY friendly. Staff was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my needs on a very sudden and urgent manner. I would recommended this place to anyone. Replaced my starter and starter switch in a very reasonable amount of time! Pricing is fair

Very HONEST, DETAILED, PROFESSIONAL, and great people. They always take care of their customers, they tell it as it is and hide nothing, which is very much appreciated, they have discounts, they have credit opportunity should you qualify and need more time to pay. They make sure that your car is in good shape and don t hide anything about it, they are not pushy but honest, which is hard to find now-a-days at other shops. Their great customer service makes you want to come back and that is why I have been a loyal customer since moving to Arden-Arcade/Sacramento since 2018, their excellent work will make you a loyal customer. Amazing service! The woman on front desk on Thursdays is so friendly and sweet! She gave us great advice on our car and never tried to upsell us at all even tried to give us the best price! Will be returning!

I highly recommend this location for smog check. I look forward to seeing them for any other service I need. Tannah at the front desk was amazing, and Pedro completed the smog check and was very kind. The service was outstanding.

I came here yesterday and they changed my oil but did they? I don t think so! Not only did they charge more than the coupon price but look at my picture of my oil. They wayyy over filled it and it is still just as dirty as when I took it in! This place is so shady. They didn t even change my oil. Everyone should know how these people do business. This place is great! . Tannah and her mechanics made the process very easy. They handled everything with the warranty company. They were on time on when the parts were going to show up at the shop and when my car was going to be done. Great communication from Tannah on what the issues were and keeping me up to date with what was going on . Great customer service from everyone. I will definitely be coming back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERI generally take my vehicles to Rueben over at Fulton Transmission. Well he was too booked out when I brought my 98 expedition in so he recommended I go here. They charge me around $200 for a diagnostic and tell me that my head gasket is probably blown and I needed a new engine, that would cost $4,500. Seeing that the car is barely worth that much, it sat in my driveway for a couple months while I decided what I should do.I decided I should take it back to Fulton transmission and get a second opinion, even though I had trusted the diagnosis. I didn't tell them what this shop has said, I just said there's an unknown issue.Turns out what the car needed was spark plugs, ignition coil wires, and there was a small vacuum leak. I did supply the parts but my TOTAL cost to get my car back to perfect running order was $350. I am appalled that I sat for so long without my main family vehicle because of this shops diagnosis. I don't know a lot about cars but I know enough that if my car did have a blown head gasket a tune-up and vacuum leak repair wouldn't have me happily driving down the road.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND against this establishment.

Customer service was great however; I suggest know your stuff. Do a lot of research. Most businesses are out for the money. I wish it had been communicated to me that I needed to change the crank shaft PRIOR to any work being done because it doesn t make sense to replace the spark plugs before that when that is more work to get to. It was communicated after the fact which was weird but hey you live and you learn. Always gets a second opinion before agreeing to work. Shop around too don t just put trust in the name. I found better prices elsewhere.

Had a most wonderful conversation with Manny as my car was well taken care of in a pinch. My usual car repair services was unexpectedly closed and I was referred by a friend to come to this spot. Tried to go in for a smog check. First up charged me to 61$. Guy at the counter talking with his mouth full of food or candy, doesn't try to explain what I need to grab or show him. Lowers the price 10$ after the coupon, doesn't say if the certificate is included, tell him im gonna go somewhere else. Decides to shout learn how to negotiate in Spanish as I leave. That was a pretty bad encounter, honestly have had better service in Stockton.

They change your oil and then tell you to go to pepboys for a free tire rotation. When you schedule they said they can do it. Scammers

Tannah is an amazing person there she helped understand when my breaks where making a noise. She also made sure I was able to make it in time to pick up daughter from school. I would recommend my friends an family to go here an she can help them understand what is going on.

I'll take my 2005 Toyota truck to Quality tune to be serviced on Arden Way the first person that l see with a smile is Tannah greetings all of her customers with a smile She is very knowledge when comes to receiving your vehicle and explain to you what part your vehicle needs I will always bring my truck to Quality Tune .The customer service is awesome.Gigi Presley

16 minutes agoNEWNice folks and I really wanted to go back to this shop again to support them but they quoted me $79.99 for a simple oil change - twice the price of many other places including one right across the street. Sorry guys, I understand inflation but that is a bit much.

I always come to this place now because they do a great job at what they do, they're very honest and reliable. Great people and great customer service always. Pedro, u have great employees, The all deserve a raise. Tana the front desk mechanic, she's an awesome person, very friendly and professional. Glad to have met her. Great job everybody at Quality Tune- Up. I'm never dissatisfied.

They tried to rip me off!!I was trying to get everything fixed on my Toyota before relocating from California.And after having it diagnosed at Quality they were asking for 2k for everything. Which I decided to wait on And good thing I did because I got here to my final destination and had two different auto shops tell me that theres nothing wrong with my car. A little leak but nothing outrageous.Quality Tune Up told me I needed a whole new Waterpump and Shocks etc.They almost got me!!!

Tannah Lynn was incredibly helpful and thorough! She didn t mind at all when I called with multiple different questions. She was very patient and helped me clarify my understanding she was incredible throughout the entire process and her communication was A+ she called when she said she was going to and her time estimates were on point! Pedro was also very kind and welcoming! The whole team honestly just excelled! We called in to check about some questions about getting our car smogged. I forgot to ask her name but the lady at the front desk that answered the phone was wonderful and so nice! I love her personality, made our time spent in the shop waiting area just so amazing. They were fast and efficient. Sugar coated absolutely nothing and was just very real and upfront about everything which I really appreciated! It was our first time there but DEFINITELY will be going back for any other services we may need!!!Services: Smog certification, Oil change
