I would definitely recommend quality tune up there super affordable and quick In&out service all day and the employees are super chill and easy to talk to you 10/10 if you ask me

Actually didn't go into quality tune-up by parked outside waiting for a tow truck for my Mercedes GLA 250.

Do not come here for a smog check. They will charge you for the initial inspection, and if it doesn t pass they charge you 50% of the original price whereas other shops don t charge a penny. I spend $80 for a smog. The front desk lady just hid in the back till I went around to go get her so I can pay the extra $30.While I was waiting, there was another customer complaining because she s been there for over 3 hours.Avoid this place. Will not come back for anything.

Couldn't provide me the service I needed, STAR certified. Sent me to Progressive Smog on 33rd Ave, which you should totally avoid. Wasted my time with both businesses.

Everyone at Quality Tune-up were EXTREMELY HELPFUL, and HONESTLY I have never had better service anywhere!!!Also like to give a shout out to Gabriel, I don't know anything about cars, but with Gabriel's attention to detail, while also making it easy for me to understand, was VERY IMPRESSIVE!!I KNOW THERE ARE COUNTLESS GARAGES AROUND THE GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA, BUT I WOULD HAPPILY DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO HAVE MY VEHICLE(s) SERVICED BY QUALITY & GABRIEL OVER ON FLORIN AND 22nd.THEY EARNED THE 5 STARS AND THEN SOME!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I wish there was a zero star response. They are slow, lazy, unprofessional filthy. They use the same paper for each floor, mat and each car. They don t wash your hands before they touch your car or your steering wheel or your seats and their prices are too high. I believe that they will take advantage of an unladen educated customer like myself

Came here for an emergency oil change due to only having a quart of oil left. Sean and his crew took care of me. Was given remarkable service by the whole staff. Very friendly and easy going to talk to. They also took the time to explain the process and why and when it came to my oil change. 10/10 would recommend! Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

4.5 no less and no more, but, I'm too darn nice.Customers who sit and have their device media compete with the TV in the lobby is a NO GO. TV is BLARING. That could be the one reason why people can go a liiiiittle crazy.I learned the hard way: a better deal would've been to call a month in advance, tell all the vehicle's info and have him order all the necessary stuff for the oil change.Done.

Went for a second time to install my ac compressor and they worked with my budget and did everything according. Sean was a great help all the way. Great customer service, polite, honest, and very straight forward no hiding behind bushes or scams. Great place to get things done.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else I called ahead of time and asked themIf they could do a oil change and a tune up the man said yes I arrived 6 min later and the guys out front said they didn't feel like it then the guy at the front desk tried talking me out of getting it I told him I was taking a long trips and it had been 2 years since my last he basically told me don't expect it to work ? What does that even mean? Called my husband he told me to leave went to quality tuneup on fruitridge and they were so accommodating!

First time I went to this place was over a week ago for my oil change.They treated me like I been there many many times before!The girl who works there is an amazing lady!She is another reason for me going back. Since this week will be very hot I took my car to fix the AC.If you go to any other place because of the weather they will take advantages of the situation and charge you a lot .This place not only charging much also when the owner himself came fixed my car in 5 minutes!Anyone needs any kinda work on their car I recommend this place!!!Quality thank you for your great and awesome job!!!!

Great customer service. Sean took care of me. Got me in right away for an oil change, checked my tire pressure & topped off all my fluids. All the guys were awesome. I will definitely be back!

So thankful for there shop, the service and the results. Tannah explained the steps needed to find our solution as well as the different outcomes possible as to avoid surprises. Not only did I feel well treated I was also able to observe how well there team helped another customer. I feel confident in calling Quality my new first stop shop. Thank you for the great service

I have a new Hyundai. At the dealership, they would usually schedule you on the next week. And when you are there, the wait is too long.I found this place as a great alternative. People are nice and their services does not take very long. So far, I am very satisfied with their service. Would definitely recommend them.

quick and efficient service. dropped by without an appointment. Tannah (front office rep.) was very welcoming and up front about costs for services and she kept me informed throughout the process. She has great customer service skills and is very friendly. as I was sitting there I noticed all customers coming and going seemed to be returning customers and they were all greeted by first name as if they were family to her. I would definitely return and reccomend this place to others.

Whoops. I take back my review. I was wrong they did do everything I would've hoped for. Even gave me a new battery. 589 I feel is a little pricey. But I guess I was desperate. Could do without the shaming though. I'm not an expert car mechanic. They replaced the battery told me to take it somewhere else for reprogramming.

WARNING do not get your oil changed here They will rip you off with extremely high prices and low quality work. No customer service. Basically just a scam or a front for something else. Charged me more than triple what I've been charged at other places. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my new-used car here for specific problems and fixes and they did a diagnostics test for me (without my knowledge and consent) but I am fine with it. They found I had 3 different oil leaks and being mechanically inclined myself to an extent, I said okay. I appreciate that they took the time to diagnose my car and the problems. The young lady at the register when you walk in is an awesome chic! From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to get good quality care and she didn't bullsh*t me and try to update me like some other places do. She tells it how it is and I loved that! I will definitely be taking my car back to them for future repairs and diagnostics and work. Thanks for treating me with respect and dignity guys! And thank you for the hard work you put in on my car! See you soon!

They let my truck get broken into while on there property. Which I was not happy about since was there to have them finish the work on my truck. But they acted like they didn't know what we were doing or that they wouldn't get paid for finishing up the job they started. And the over priced radiator was not cool and now my truck broken into I would have a hard time referring them to others.

Quality Tune up was the best of all the best when it comes to quality repair and customer service. I personally along with a host of several families in my community depend on quality and dependable and trustworthy service and quality tune up exceeds all of those three words. Tannah, Keith, and Santiago have my blessing and I also see increase in prosperity for this location. I am very honored to have them as my repair facility and I will continue to send friends and family to them for their repair needs. If you are looking for trustworthy, reliable and dependable service for repair then don t hesitate so please do yourself a favor and stop by quality tune up on florin road and receive an incredible experience not currently available anywhere else; You don t believe me! Then go see for yourself!!

Not professional people working there . They want to rob the customers . They will charge the double of money from the commitment. It s is way better to go Jiffy lube or other shops rather than these people. I never ever will go back to this location.

Acctualy went to this place because a pop up buissness XXTACOS. street tacos which by the wayAre the best taco Iv ever had. So glad my daughter told me about this place! She was right now awsome they are. They are located toward the bad on the side look for the black XX TACO canopy and black van..nexf time I need a lil change though I'll be sure to use quality time up. And grab 5he best family owned buissness pop up Taco in town!

They don't honor Quality oil coupons. Went in for a oil change and they saw the coupon and, before they even saw what make/model of car i had, immediately told me a price of 58.00. told me the coupon didn't cover my type of oil.

I have been taking my Toyota here for years and the service is excellent. I have basic work done plus major work. They are very reasonable on their prices.Always have my smogs done here also. Highly recommend .

Went in for a oil change they were honest and straight forward the price was not bad considering inflation. They got my car running like a champ now.
