This was my first time coming to this shop but it will definitely not be the last. The service was great & Tannah at the front desk really made the time fly by. She gave me some really good auto advice & even shared some personal stories which I really appreciated. You can tell the whole team really gets along well and they're all friendly & polite to customers. I met another customer today who has been coming to this shop for years, and now I know first-hand why he keeps coming back.

Quick and really nice! Just what you want in a smog shop. Listened to the front desk person offer really good advice to someone and told them to drive their car some more before trying to test it. They could have just tested it and failed it and got more money but they instead offered good advice.

Had a wonderful experience at Tune-up Smog Center on Elcamino & Truxel. Tannah was very professional and impressed me with her bi-lingual ability to interact with customers. I was In & Out in record time. I will recommend this place.

I love this place!!! They take care of my cars very well. Also, Everyone is so professional and friendly. Not only are they affordable, fast and informative but I always leave with a smile on my face as Tannah Lynnwho greets you with a smile as soon as you enter the building,has amazing customer service skills and makes all her customers feel like family from the time you walk in until the your service is completed. I love it over there. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

High level expertise at a reasonable price you honestly can t beat the service here at northgate. I ve been to many shops and mechanics but no one treats you more like a top customer than quality tune up. Mike and many others employees are fast efficient and will get you in and out before no time. I m thankful and appreciate them for everything they do for my family and me. They're great here! Friendly and hard working employees. I had to get my antifreeze tank replaced and they were able to diagnose, get the part, and replace it all in the same day. Definitely going back to them in the future.

Great business. Had the pleasure of talking with Tannah while my car was getting worked on. Hi! I really appreciate the service at this location. My coworkers saw that I had a flat tire on our break. They encouraged me to go to the gas station near by. Someone cut the air hose so the gas station clerk told me someone at Quality might be able to helpme across the street. So I went and they totally did! They were super nice about it too. Joe and Myrah are who helped me out. Thank you for your kindness and assistance for a quick fix.

Went here to fix an electrical issue for my car. They were fast, and the woman at the front desk was professional and nice. I had noticed there were screws laying around my car and washers stowed away in the glove compartment that were not there before. Some of my electrical switches were not in the right place as well. The shop overall did not leave my car as they found it which, while not immediately worrying, could potentially be a problem in the future.Service: Electrical
