Poor service and rude. I pulled up looking for a new tire my dash board informs me when I have low tire pressure but not the specific tire, so usually when this happens I ll get all my tires pressure checked and move forward from there. I know for a fact I need a new tire because I ve repaired the same one twice but I can never remember which passenger tire it is. So I try to explain that to the guy and he s looking at me like he doesn t understand what I m saying. So I tell him I want to get my tires checked, this man simply looks at my tires and says all tires look good . Immediately I m annoyed because why are you playing with me like this. Like I don t know what I m talking about. Finally after I explain a third time I just want my tires pressure checked and possibly a new tire he agrees to check my tire. Once I pulled my car around he brought out the equipment and asked me if I wanted all of them checked, I confirmed for the fourth time I want the pressure on ALL OF MY TIRES CHECKED he told me $5. I turned my car on and left. That s ridiculous! It s not a difficult task to check tire pressure so he was just being a jerk bottomline so there was no way I was buying a tire from him because I know he would have over charged me for the tire if he was charging me $5 just to check the pressure.

I LOVE this shop, been going here for 17 years! A week ago, I ran over a screw, I had no $! Fortunately, the owner knows me, so he fixed my tire, he trusted me, to bring him back the $15! 3 years ago, I bought new tires, from Ebay, Quality Tire mounted all 4, for only $60! They also offer Free air, for cars & bikes!

The employees are polite, drinks are really cold. The main attraction is the tire shop is open on Sundays (the only one ) and you can get a used tire for $50.

Very fast service. Tires are pretty decent for being used .I liked that they stay open till 630. I couldn t understand what they was saying but they did a good job . I m happy with service .

Extremely rude.rep got an additude with me just because I didn't hear him answer my question and then hung up on me when I asked another.. I literally just asked the man two questions about getting a tire and this man felt thats deserves an extreme response

Do not recommend coming here. They try to sell you tires with holes and patches at full price without telling you they are damaged. Had to spend money twice to get the same tire replaced because they gave me a really bad tire to begin with.

Called in to confirm they could change a tire at 6:15 pm Monday Dec 19 (well within the hours of operation). Confirmation was given. We showed up to closed doors and could hear the phone ringing then being turned off from the inside. Unprofessional and rude.

Fast, cheap, professional. No place for customers to get out of the sun, but there is an attached convenience store to get a beverage while you wait.

I needed air gentleman helped me politely. Aired up 3 of my tired didn't charge me. I live in the neighborhood. I need 2 new tires the cost 500 dollars if he has them I'm taking my business to him cause of his ethics how he works. Thank you

The guys who work here are very rude tried to sell me a used tired with any thread and informed me that's the price or pay 85 for a new tire. When I said I wanted my original tired he huffed and didn't tighten my valve so now I have a flat. I should have known better he was very rude and working in poor establishment. Luckily I called AAA and was able to be served correctly.

Very help full I came Sacamento for a wedding ceremony I had a flat they was nearest one .welcome me right a away and fix my tire. And I ask how much I have to pay two Pakistani guys refused to get any money.quick fix no charge who does that but they did .highly recommended thanks

- 1 star scammers ,rude go elsewhere Paid 35$ for used tire that turned out be a retread poped8 hr later. Opening fraud case with my bank considering I had be towed and replace same tire scammers doesn't give receipts probably because he knows he try pass used retreads as used tires

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went in for 2 front tires, the younger guy working clearly didnt know what he was doing because the older guy kept stopping to help him. New (to me) tires get put back on my car and the younger guy is going on and on with the air wrench for a good 5-7 minutes before the older guy goes over and starts telling him that he cant use the air wrench (bmw) and they need to be threaded back in by hand until you cant any more. I asked if there was an issue, younger guy said no just stubborn lugs and went on about his business. They do the other tire, younger guy is lookin on the ground for something after he lets my car down and then shrugs and tells me I'm good to go, I asked if he only put 4 lugs back on. He says yes, I asked him if he took 5 off, he said ya but I cant find one of them. I found it it got put back on and I left. About 10 minutes later my car is shaking so badly and my friend let's me know that my tire is wobbling and looks like it's about to fly off. They stripped the threading on my lug nut and the hub and let me leave knowing what they had done! I went back 2 times after discovering this and after 1 lug nut snapped while I was driving and both times they tried to deny it, acted like I was inconveniencing them, straight up lied about using the air wrench and what happened and then the younger dude didnt care, he went and sat back in his chair, kicked his feet up and played on his phone. This place is the worst and put mine and my 2 year olds life at risk and did not care or even attempt to apologize or rectify what they had done! I'm reporting this place to the BBB, the BAR and suing for negligence. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Had a bolt in my tire, plugged and got two replacement front tires while I was at it. Excellent work ethic and quick service.

This place is horrible!!! Service is horrible.....took work van in for used tire guy didnt even balance the tire!....then took my car in for 4 new tires ....sign says they open at 8:30 they didn't show up until 9 .....I was of coarse the first one there ....and I told the guy this and he went ahead and helped other people first ..... told me he was waiting for his other workers to get there he couldn't do my tires by itself pure laziness never will go here

I was stuck waiting for a ride to take my tire off my suv to this shop & Man said he would wait since he would be close soon... Got the tire there & he had left & closed shop with no consideration we where 5 minutes away now I'm stuck waiting an hour for a tow truck thank God my brother in law could pick up my kids cause idk how I would've got them out the cold!!

There was nothing else open at the time, when I really need it my flat fixed, and the tire put back on my vehicle. Very fast and efficient, five star service, they have won my business

I think the tires they sell are extremely high or just when they see who you are ...or they wait to see what race you are and then give you the price according to your race....

Bought new tires from here and side got a bubble and popped in less than 2 months.they wouldn't warranty it or nothing.now I have to go buy new tire and hope it doesn't happen to the others
