First impression was amazing all the way until the end. ProColor is known for they re excellent communication, timely service, and hard driven work. I definitely received this quality of service by the team. My vehicle looked excellent, the team was patient but also quick, and they took my stress away. Thank you again ProColor South East. Will come here forever and refer family and friends definitely.

This place will USE and ABUSE your vehicle. Here is a video of their worker attempting to do burn outs and giving the engine too much fuel on the first day of having our vehicle. Then, after seeing this, the manager was confronted, to which, he stated it s high performance car, it s what it s for . Seems to me like this shop is more interested in using your things for their own pleasure, damaging more items than they are even fixing. I m amazed there are any reviews above 1 star , I haven t seen a single positive thing stated about this establishment across multiple car communities on the internet. I wouldn t be surprised if they found some way to remove accurate reviews. It isn t my word against theirs anymore. Here s a video, and the other workers witness and enjoy as if this is standard occurrence. If you JUST GOT NEW TIRES, AVOID ! !!! Or do all the driving yourself, they don t seem to know how to drive stick without flooding the engine, or they are just bad at doing burn outs with customer vehicles. Reported to the BBB , BAR, multiple car community subreddit, and now you, surface level google reviews. Please trust this information, it is a video after all they offered no compensation except literally the gas they burned. They are either careless, or purposefully disrespectful to customers and their property

I had my car painted 3 times because they burnt the paint twice trying to buff it. After waiting 3 weeks for them to repaint for the third time the manager agreed to pay out of pocket expense. To my surprise I get a call from Enterprise today saying they won't. I guess the owner doesn't know I have over a million views and a you tube page. We can work it before I post if you want to work it out? Complete you word!

I had my Tesla repaired at ProColor Collision, I was really impressed with service and quality of the repairs, definitely use this shop again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I m extremely satisfied with the service provided by ProColor Collision They went above and beyond in repairing the dents and scratches on my car, and they also did a thorough interior and exterior detailing. Thanks to their hard work and expertise my car now looks and drives like it's brand new))

They took the time to answer all of the questions thoroughly without hesitation. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to choose them over someone else and that was appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Took my car in for a body repair due to an accident. Tony was very professional and welcoming. He was very detailed on how the shop was going to handle the repair. I like that there was no hassle on how the claim was being handled. Totally satisfied with the repair to my truck and LOVE the fact that they had also detailed the inside of my car. This place was recommended to by my insurance company after I was side swiped. I can t even explain how amazing this place is. I dropped off my car March 7 and by the 17th it was ready for pick up. My subie looks as good as new. You d never know I was even in an accident. The paint match is incredible. They even washed my car. She looks beautiful. Their staff is so nice and welcoming. I was helped by Joe and Isabella and they were so amazing. They made me feel like I was their most important customer. I would recommend this location to anyone. I had the absolute best experience with Collision Express Center. Tony and the rest of the team were very helpful and friendly. The work they did was immaculate. I had some body damage repaired, a new windshield installed and a paint job and my car looks brand new. They are affordable, easy to work with and do a fantastic job. This is a good place. I read the positive reviews plus family owned, so I decided to fix my car there. I talked to Dino and he is friendly and willing to work with me. I just picked up my car. The car was cleaned inside out. The owner Tony made the extra effort to make sure I was pleased with the service. Thanks guys.

5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE.READ!!!! My car was side swiped in a parking lot. I gave them the car on 11/11 and I m fighting to get it back by 11/30. For a scrape. Every time I call (3 times TOTAL I m not blowing them up) they act annoyed and have little to no information about my car. The second time I called I said is my car just sitting there hoping to take it back until they fix it (wanted to drive far for thanksgiving but you can t in a rental) the guy told me we already disassembled the whole front end the scrape is on the back when I said that he was like oh. Well I guess the back end then PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They are so unprofessional, SLOW, and don t communicate at all!! I m a caliber collision gal myself next time I don t care if I have to wait a month (which I basically did lol) I m not coming here.Update- just called again still waiting on an update for my car and they said it probably will be done tomorrow with no effort to confirm.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

You can sense the years of experience as soon as you walk in the door! Tony and his staff are very professional and actually cared about me and my needs! They helped me with my deductible and my car came out great! They barely know how to shift without sending your piston to the moon they hold peoples cars for weeks when they were turned in for scratch repairs and they use the excuse of it s a performance car to burn your tires and redline your engine yes it s a performance car which means the tires your skills could barely churn out a burnout with are worth more money as well as the engine you are damaging by redlining it while it s still cold I m sorry your mechanics are too broke to have performance cars they can beat on themselves but that doesn t give them the right to beat on others bums

I took my 2015 Ford F-150 to Collision Express Center to have it repaired after a major front end accident. They did an excellent job - truck looks brand new! Everyone at the shop is very professional and courteous. They offered awesome deal on the rental car and repaired my truck timely - just like they promised! Very happy with the service i received from Collision Express. Less than two weeks after my car accident i picked up my car and it looks like new! Tony and his team of experts did a really great job! All repairs were done in time and they dealt with my insurance.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service.

I had the best experience with Collision Express Center! Andrea in the office is amazing!! She kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process, so I was never wondering when repairs would be completed. Their hours are 9-5, which are the same hours I work. Andrea came in early and stayed late on several occasions just to meet with me so I did not have to miss any work! She waved my entire deductible and even replaced the after-market products on my vehicle! The mechanics were very thorough in fixing my car. The paint matched perfectly, and my car was even detailed inside when I picked it up!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a body shop. A++

This is a mid review. They had told us that the car would be ready for pick up by end of day. They have not been communicative as of late as they did not update us on the situation. We are hoping it will be ready by tomorrow.

I ve been coming here for about 4 years, unlucky for me I ve had to come more than I d like but Tony, the owner, always gets me in. Contact the car rental place for me and sets up the pick up. I ve had to have body work on my vehicle a few times and a paint job. My car looks beautiful. They also help with the deductible, And they detail your vehicle for you. My car scratches and dents on the door, they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Collision Express Center. Contrary to what other google reviews are saying it is a, "Russian scam shop" you will find the employees to be professional and courteous. Max kept me well informed on how long the paint job will take and called me when my car was finished. Don't waste your time in other places I would go here again for any body shop needs.

They are the best!! Took my Subaru WRX into them with multiple scratches on the hood and rust growing on the top of the car. 2 weeks later, the beautiful classic blue on my WRX was back to normal and they fixed all dents. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

I needed my vehicles repairs done and everyone that quoted me on this was either high priced or wasn t able to work with my schedule. I brought my car here even though they were not part of my insurance company's network and I am so glad that I did! My repairs were seamless and done with impeccable quality. They also helped me with my deductible which was very helpful. The best part for me was that i did not have to micro manage the process, which I SO do not have time to do! I highly recommend them!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Said my car was ready and when i got there they had misplaced the checks from the insurance company and asked me to pay in full. Had to take an uber home.
