This old fire station location of many decades turned auto repair shop are my "go to" guys; not just for their more than reasonable smog certs price (they beat everyone locally), but just a friendly and helpful group of mechanics to get the job done..Always highly will recommend! A+I came back again yesterday and picked up my Tundra with a new Toyota Starter and needless to say, I ADORE these guys! Their pricing & labor beat any shop around in town! They will be my lifelong shop for all my Rides.."Hoan" is the "BEST"! 5

Came in to get my timing adjusted and in the 10 minutes I was there, I not only got to see why Hoan's shop has almost 5 stars, but his integrity and kindness. Hoan is awesome and is very flexible and patient when it comes to calling to make an appointment as well. I could not recommend coming here for repairs enough, Hoan is the guy to trust !

You are taken care of as soon as you step into the shop. This place has a lot of customers, even on the weekdays, but the wait time isn't too bad if you are looking to smog test your car. Parking is extremely small, but on the side there is an alleyway where you can park. The reason for my visit was to do a smog test on my Honda Accord. Since this was my first time doing the smog test, I was not aware of the process. They helped me with understanding the process and reason. The staff was pleasant and worked quickly to smog my car and provide me with the necessary DMV documentation. They also do repairs here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service and quick smog tests.

Precision Smog and Tune on Florin Road, I couldn't be happier with their service. The technicians there are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car, and it's running better than ever.I was impressed with their attention to detail and their ability to explain the problem to me in a way that I could understand.On top of that, their charges were very reasonable. I've been to other auto shops in the past that have charged exorbitant prices for similar services, but Precision Smog and Tune provided excellent quality work at a fair price.I highly recommend to anyone in need of automotive services in the Sacramento area.

Trustworthy and quick. My mom, my brother and myself have had a lot of work done with these guys they are extremely trustworthy and do great work. I can't stress enough how honest these guys are. Not only do they fix cars but provide fast SMOG certification. Good service and Hoan the main mechanic was straight forward and honest, especially on timeframe. Good crew works here too. They have have 3 bays to work on to simultaneously. It very accessible along Florin Road. You've stores around if you feel hungry while waiting. They have a decent waiting area with cable and Netflix to keep you preoccupied as your car is being fixed. They are closed on weekend. Downside is they don't have wifi.

I have been going to Hoan since 2014. He is a straightforward, HONEST, mechanic. He and his staff, who, by the way have been working at PS&T for years, some since before I became a customer, know what they're doing. His prices are the fairest I've encountered. We've been going to this place for years now and we will go there as long as it stays open! The owner is honest and efficient and thorough. Honesty is very hard to come by when it comes to auto repair shops but the owner will tell you the truth about what's wrong with your vehicle and give you good recommendations. There's been times where we've had a minor issue with our truck and he fixed it for free when someone else could have taken advantage and charged us an arm a leg and our firstborn child. We've never left unsatisfied and have never had to take our vehicle back because of an error. Owner is most honest and helpful mechanic you could find. I always go to Toyota for my oil change and they come up with a list full for repairs and I go to him to get the repairs. He lets me know it was wear and tear and no need to do these repairs or replacement and that my transmission is doing ok. I went to go pay him for the assessment and taking time to explain it to me too. He said no it's fine, that he didn't do changes so no payment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service. They checked my brakes and found nothing wrong with them and did not charge me anything for it, not even for labor. Will definitely go back to them again.

I called at 4:17 to ask if they were still doing smogs because they close at 5:00. They said come in before 4:30 and they can take care of me. I arrived at 4:29 and they told me to come back the next day. The gentleman that told me that after he told me to come back the next day abruptly left the room so I couldn't even ask any more questions beyond that. Probably one of the most unprofessional things that's happened at a smog shop. Beware. Don't go there. Choose another place

This is my FAV shop ever !!! I love the owner here , super honest and helpful always willing to help with anything. Every time i dropped my car off knowing 100% it will be fixed and done right with no worries at all. He worked on both of my car and always done right every time. Hoan is the BEST!!

Hoan is honest and fair and the price to repair my car was unbelievable. Went to the shop with check engine light and Hoan fixed it and called me in a few hours for pick up.With a shop that's this honest, why go anywhere else??!

Just don t go this place for anything. They are just a scam. Their warranty for 6 months only is for a reason. Cuz they using bad cheap used part for customer and charge you for a price of brand new. And they won t tell you none. And their part will broken again after 6 months, and won t even try to help you out. I paid for hundreds and that s what happened to me.
