I drive far out of my way to take our cars here. They really are the most competent and honest people I've found in the area. They also have fantastic communication, which is hard to come by in this industry. Hoping to not need them again for a long time, but glad they're here!

Precision did a great job on my E-350 van it runs smooth and it like a different vehicle!!I had a few things fixed or repaired and IThank you, so much and they did have it for a whole week !! They made sure it was done right!

Had a great experience with Precision. They fixed my problem with the car not holding a charge and took the extra step to hold it over the weekend to make sure it still started. They even went out of their way to try and figure out why the car was having trouble passing smog. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to these guys for a couple years now. I don't get the impression they're the cheapest out there, but their service and quality are excellent. They keep you updated via email ext while they assess and work on your car, and are very helpful and work to find the best solution for you they can.

This company claims to specialize in Diesel engines but clearly does not. I brought my 2003 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke in for a no power issue when cold. I was charged a $375.00 Diagnostics fee and two weeks later told they "may" have fixed it. I started the truck the next day when cold and it wasnt fixed so i returned it to be fixed again. They had the truck another week then called saying they needed to charge me more money to remove my Turbo to look at the itp sensor. I told them that the technician clearly doesnt know how to work on this Diesel because the sensor is easily accessible without pulling the turbo as he is requesting more money to do. I have changed this sensor myself in 5 minutes so I know more than the tech. I decided to go pick up my truck and bring to a real Shop that wouldnt just keep adding to the bill without knowing what was actually wrong. Upon picking up my truck the Service writer admitted his Tech was wrong about having to remove the Turbo but yet didnt offer a refund of Diagnostics fee for not finding or fixing the problem. BEWARE!!!! DONT TRUST THIS SHOP!! PROMISED THEY COULD FIX MY ISSUE AND FAILED!!! They had no idea what they are doing.

Thank you for fixing my A/C!! The mechanic who works there worked DILIGENTLY to get my A/C working. It was much needed in this scorching hot weather. He kept working at it until it worked. He provided comfort and peace of mind to me during this time of need. I'm GREATLY appreciative of him and the service!! Highly recommend this shop and working with service advisor Gonzalo. I brought in my 14 Ram 2500 Cummins for some potential transfer case/driveshaft issues, after searching for a good shop that actually had experience working on these trucks or turbo diesels in general. From the initial call to ask for appointment availability, Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and helpful. At the time of my call, they were booked out for a few days, I was in no rush but in order for a shop to be booked out a couple days they must be doing something right. Only suggestion would be to plan ahead in case they are booked out a few days out. They provided a thorough inspection report, very detailed with pictures which was very cool, helpful to track items that may need maintenance in the near future. They had my truck in and out within a couple of days, items that needed to be repaired were less minor than what I had expected, which was great news that they did not try to charge me for things I did not need. I was extremely satisfied not only with the service but Gonzalo s customer service. 0 hesitation my truck will always come here for anything it needs down the line or any other vehicle I own.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I liked that Precision Automotive did a great job on my car and listed the issues I must address. I would have appreciated if I knew the costs of the needed services. Will definitely be taking my car here for any future issues. 3 separate shops either couldn't figure out what was wrong and tried to upsell me to fix things I didn't need, or just flat out said they couldn't find anything wrong. This place didn't find the problem at first glance, but instead of giving up they took a closer look and figured out the issue and fixed it. Much appreciated.

I took my 2010 camaro there yesterday to have some concerns of mine looked at. After a test drive and inspection. Not only did the tech find some other issues. I was informed about things i know other mechanics would have charged me for. The concerns of mine were only my ignorance torwards the motor and how it runs..thanks guys.

Took me a few days to get this in but, after a week of being able to enjoy using my driver's side window again, this review feels long overdue.I want to give a Big Shout Out and Thank You to John, the new tech in training, for his professionalism and the customer care he provided me over the phone, at the counter and in his follow-up diagnosis call.Thank you to Rick, the Owner, for his hands on approach and complete oversight of the services his company provides.In addition, thank you to all staff that were part of the complimentary diagnostics performed on our vehicle. The reports were thorough and concise, completed with pictures. I know more about my vehicle than ever before. Always great service. Front staff Scott and Jessica always polite, professional and listen to any concerns I have. I love that they offer pickup and always wash the car after service. I take all my vehicles there because they are reasonably priced, provide a detailed service check on car and never try to pressure or sell me anything. I ve used Precision for many years, and they earn my repeat business each time. They are trustworthy in every sense of the word, and that s been difficult to come by in some of my past dealings with auto shops. They are very reasonable priced, friendly, respectful and do great work. Can t say enough good things about them. I took my 2007 Toyota Camry to get the engine diagnosed. I was assisted by Scott and staff who were very professional, gave a detailed report with pictures, making the experience very thorough with all questions and concerns being met. I got their honest opinions without being mislead into spending tons of money. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family who maybe in need of any auto services in the future. I think the whole team at Precision has been great. I took them my 2006 PT Cruiser that had been sitting for a couple of years. They were willing to take it in and see what they could do. I was sent a print out that explained every thing. They decided it was the computer module. Scott, who was overseeing the work had to order. A module that is rarely available for my car. He stayed on it till he was able to find it. It was great too be able to get such personal care. I have a 2001 Ford Explorer with over 370K, owned since new. It has changed hands from me, to my older son, to now my younger teen son. For the most part I tend to do my own automotive repairs, but currently I'm working up in Seattle while my family is back in Sacramento. As such, I am not in town and ready to repair things needing fixing.The other day my son let me know the A/C had stopped blowing cold. Without being home, there was very little I could do and as such needed to find a shop I could trust, who would take care of my teen with professionalism and respectful. I used Yelp as the resource to see who out there has strong reviews, and selected Precision based on the favorable feedback. I am so pleased I found them. They treated my 17 year old respectfully with utmost professionalism and called me to fill me in on all the details. Their evaluation was thorough, well explained and detail oriented. I understood (and trusted) the repairs needing to be made and would not hesitate to have any future required repairs performed by the guys at Precision.When you are away from family and can't help when needed, it's a total relief to have a shop full of knowledgeable professionals who you can feel secure in sending your work too. Fantastic customer service. Great, friendly, thorough communication both on the phone and in person. I appreciated all the welcoming aspects of their service, such as a shuttle to work, a welcome bag with a coupon, candy and raffle, and overall a fantastic, detailed report and service on my car. One of the friendliest, and most professional mechanic visits I have ever had. I was so impressed.

I was taking my 2006 Honda Element to a local dealer for years. Then a friend recommended Precision Automotive Services so I gave them a try and quickly switched to them. I trust them and appreciate how detailed and professional they are. Their prices are much more reasonable then the dealerships, they provide me with photos so I can see the problem, and they are honest in their assessments. If it s not necessary they will tell you this.My 2006 Honda Element is purring like a kitten and is aging very well. Background: my AC in my Fiesta had been blowing out hot air then a little cold then back to hot. I originally took my car to Future Ford of Sacramento, and they told me that my AC Compressor needed replacing. They also told me I needed to replace the expansion valve, dryer and seals. They wanted $1800 to replace all of those parts. I wanted to get a second opinion. Precision Automotive Service was well reviewed online so I made an appointment to get it checked out. Not only was the problem not the AC Compressor or those other things. It was the cooling fan motor. So happy I found these guys. They gave me a great deal and even gave me a ride back to my place all the way across town. I m so happy to have found them. Will be getting all of my car s services done here from now on.

Found this shop after calling people I know and trust for advice on who to go to for repairs on a 2004 w4500 GMC boxtruck with transmission problems. Rick and Scot are very professional in their approach and always kept me informed of what they were doing to my vehicle and the cost involved. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and Rick was very helpful in keeping me informed and allowing me to make the final decision on repairs. He also found problems that absolutely needed attention that I was not aware of. If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, quality work, I highly recommend you give Rick and Scot a try.Service: Transmission

I thought I had a misfire by the way my car was hesitating. They could have easily lied and told me it was something like the spark plugs or something with the ignition system/fuel system but they didn t. They found out that it was my transmission and gave me a good deal on the inspection. I really appreciate their service and will definitely be back.
