Great customer service, fantastic work. I brought in my 2019 Audi S5 Sportback, I was kept informed about all the work being done and the time it took to get my vehicle back. I highly reccomend Romel and staff, they do flawless work!!

There are not enough good things to say about this business... they go above & beyond your expectations. They not only went above & beyond my expectations with my car but they handled everything with my insurance company. They had constant communication & updates for me throughout the process. They are highly personable & their work is outstanding beyond measure. Romel the owner will go above and beyond his position to make sure your happy with the end result. This business is over an hour away from my home & I will bring my car to them from now on for all services moving forward. Amazing experience!It all started with the easy virtual estimate. I submitted photos of my damaged vehicle and within 2 days I had an estimate. And on the third day their office girl Hannah called me to schedule service. They were flexible and worked with my timeline and availability.When I got to the shop I was impressed by the cleanliness of their facility, you could eat off of the floor in their shop area. I knew if they were this meticulous in their work area their quality of work had to be phenomenal. I was not disappointed. I dropped off my car and was checked in quickly and efficiently and was whisked away to my awaiting rental car (which they had scheduled for me).Hannah phoned me 2 days later to give me an update of the anticipated time for repairs, which were completed on time, flawlessly. I cannot tell the car was ever damaged. When I came in to pick up the car, Romel the owner was there and got me through the process in under 15 minutes and even returned my rental for me. On top of great customer service, prompt efficient check in and out, and the easiest estimate process ever, they did phenomenal work and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR MY DEDUCTIBLE . I offered to pay because the service was GREAT, but Romel politely declined. Don t waste your time taking your car anywhere else. Their 5 star reviews don t lie.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I have unfortunately been here twice and each time i received OUTSTANDING service! They are fast, affordable, convenient and very professional. They send a tow to my house! When no other place I called would offer that, they did! No questions asked. No other place was available to do repairs for months! I had my first one done in just a week and a half. The assistant Hannah is so sweet and friendly and Romel is always accommodating and treats me like a VIP. To be completely honest I did not trust any shops around my area to work on my car after experiencing a hit and run. It took me about 2 weeks to find Platinum Collision Center in Sacramento. After reading all the reviews and speaking to both Romel and Russell I decided to give them a shot. The process was longer than usual for my car to be finished because of my insurance and the rarity of my vehicle also parts were hard to get a hold of, anyways if you're like me or are simply looking for quality work and communication these guys are exactly what you want! They also lowered my deductible i thought that was just clickbait turns out its legit Thanks to everyone at the shop for getting my car to look brand new and letting me know the whole process as it went down 10/10 in my book would recommend to anybody who's looking for repairs!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service here was top notch. Romel and Russell are some of the finest service professionals I've dealt with. I truly believe service like they offer is not something you can just get anywhere. That is only the beginning of it.Their work was far beyond what I expected. Our car looks better than before the accident. They went above and beyond to get us the best quality parts. Russell contacted us regularly to keep us posted on the progress and any delays (none which were on them, insurance and parts availability issues).Their facility is super clean. You could eat off their paint area. Just goes to tell you how they will treat your car.I highly recommend them for any work you may need done.

Platinum Collision was great. Russel was awesome to work with. They did absolutely everything they said they said they would. The car looks beautiful. The shop is super clean. Everyone is friendly and the place has a positive atmosphere so I felt good leaving the car. Russel knew the adjusters and worked with them to get everything approved. Rental car company met me there with the rental and I got to drop the car and leave the keys with them when I came to pick up the car. Superb experience and magnificent job on my car. I saved so much in deductible from their waiver/discount program thanks to Romel, the business owner, who is an absolute gentleman and a professional guy. Hannah, who received me and processed my claim/paperwork, is an amazing sweet, professional & friendly woman who made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process. My car was hit pretty bad. Instead of using the company my insurance wanted, I did some research and found Platinum Collision. From the first phone call they were professional and caring. When I took my car in, my first impression of the shop it that it was very clean And presentable. You don t see that from a body shop very often. I met with Romel, He was very detailed and took his time when looking at my car, he came across more issues than a few of the other body shops I had looked at my car. He made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my car to look 100%. The work that was done is amazing, I couldn t be any happier. You can t even tell my car was ever damaged. I will forever use platinum collision centers. I highly highly highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed!!!

Platinum collision center did such an awesome job repairing my car after a recent accident. From my first visit to platinum collision to the time I picked up my car the customer service was outstanding, Romel was a helpful guy, he kept me informed and up to date with my car repair. I do really appreciate their work, the car look brand new. They are really professional and know what they doing.

The people at this location are great and make sure that their customers are satisfied!!! They re super fast and updated us whenever they could. When I got the car back, my trunk didn t work. Contacted them back and they were willing to fix it for free and give me some cash back. These guys are top notch and want to do everything they can to make sure we are satisfied and they do a really good job on their work. What was damaged was my rear quarter panel + bumper and they painted/fixed both extremely well. Definitely come here if you need work done to your car!

Top service and very professional. Romel is great at what he does and I couldn t be happier with my experience. My insurance company was being difficult but he took care of everything, worked extra hard and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looked spotless when I picked it up! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

These guys are awesome!! My roommate backed into my c43 AMG about a month ago and I was pretty upset about the damage. I did my research and came across this shop. I noticed they deal with a lot of high end cars and had amazing reviews on their website so I decided to go through them. I just got my car back yesterday and it looks better then it ever has! They did an exceptional job on the repairs and even gave me a full detail. I was in a minor accident and took my car to Platinum Collision Centers Sacramento for repairs and we had the best experience. Their customer service was impeccable and they made the entire process stress free. They took care of everything from scheduling a car rental pick-up/drop off to dealing with our insurance company to ensure all the repairs were approved and completed. They were also able to reduce out deductible and save us money. On top of everything else, my Jeep looks good as new. If I m ever in need of repairs, they will be my first call.Thank you!!!

I called probably 5 different places, yet called this specific place Multiple times and spoke with different people. ( I m one to always shop around before deciding).Entire staff that I spoke with all treated me the same and were excited to help.Romel hands down went the extra mileTo take care of me and my carRental while my vehicle was in his shop. He handled everything through my insurance and kept me more up to date than my own insurance company. No hassle no issues, only place I ll ever go in the future.Definitely established a good repor and I have no regrets coming here.Can t say thanks enough.! I would highly recommend Romel and Platinum Collision Centers he is a consummate professional and always follows up to make sure the job gets done. I have taken my car to him twice and he has always been friendly and exceeded my expectations with their quality of work and communication. PCC is and will always be my go to collision center. My experience with Platinum Collision Center was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! The employees were kind, very informative, a extremely clean environment, spectacular customer service and overall they treated me like absolute royalty. The services was fast, my car returned back in perfect condition and they remained in contact with me the entire time my car was being worked on to keep me informed with the process of my repairs. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone! You will not be disappointed!!!

Romelu is the business. Brought both my cars here and he worked on both my vehicle's. He kept in constant contact with me about my vehicle's. His quality of work goes above and beyond. They are professional, quick, and he provided constant updates keeping me informed during the process; not to mention my deductible was waived. This experience was everything you could possibly ask for due to the unfortunate outcome of a vehicle accident. Romel and his team of professionals did a top notch job on my Toyota RAV 4. They repaired the damage and returned my vehicle looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. These guys are miracle workers! Not only are they professional, do excellent work, keep a pristine environment, and are friendly...they are also fast! I had a claim for a small fender bender. Called up Platinum Collision Centers and they had my car towed in the next day. Within a week!! I had my car back! These guys are the best. And from the sounds of these other reviews, I am not the only person who would recommend them. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME, THANK YOU!!!

I had my vehicle repaired here using my insurance. My front bumper and grilled was hit. From outside, it had very minor visible damage, but the first day I brought the car in, Romel took a look and told me it might be more complex than it appeared to be. Romel was super nice and professional. The work was well done, and he is open and responsive to any questions I had during the whole process. Worth try!

First and foremost I would like to say this place deserves way more than 5 stars! This is a 10 star business. Romel and his team are caring, kind detailed professionals that strived to make my car as exceptional as possible. His team is so talented I can t even tell I ever got in a wreck in the first place!Let s start at the beginning, I got in a car accident during the whole pandemic and I remember freaking out because I didn t know what shop would be able to take me or if my insurance adjuster would even be able to come out and look at the damage. Finally after 2 months of back and forth I reached out to Platinum Collision Center. Romel took all my worries away.He made me feel like more than just a customer or business, he made me feel like a longtime friend. He kept me updated all day every day on my vehicle, my insurance, parts, additional damage, you name it! He never left me in the dark, it was step by step constant updates. He went out of his way more than any business I ve ever been too in 25 years of life.He was able to work with me to get the estimate and work on my car the way I felt most comfortable about, price match my OEM parts at no additional charge to me, cover the rest of my rental for the week, replace my battery at no charge and even waive my deductible!! Also I got my car back sooner as well!Let s just say I cried my eyes out, I could not believe how kind Romel is. He is a true gem to the collision industry and honestly to this world!Trust me when I say not only did my car come back looking beautiful and spotless , but I felt like he put the work and dedication in as if it was his own car leaving the lot. He even changed my license plate cover since mine was damaged in the wreck. He chose the cutest cover, pink with diamonds!!All I can say is don t be intimidated by the luxury cars you see online or in the reviews, he treated my Kia Optima no less than a Ferrari!!! Romel gained a customer for life and a friend. I am sending all my friends and family to him for the rest of my life! The day I dropped my car off at Platinum collision centers Romel answered all my questions and immediately got the ball rolling. Shuttled me to the rental car place so i can continue on with my life. My car needed extensive work and still got it back soon. Body lines matched and the paint blended top notch show quality. The shop is very clean and professional. Based on my experience he really cares about his customers. I am very satisfied with my car and will now use Platinum collision for any auto body repairs. My Lexus RX350 was recently repaired by Platinum Collision. Romel was easy to work with, was professional and he kept us informed of the progress of our vehicle. Unfortunately for him, Romel had to deal with our insurance company, The Hartford, who declined coverage on certain parts of the vehicle even though those parts were required to be fixed according to the manufacturer s guidelines. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the vehicle looks better than new. I would highly recommend Platinum Collision. They went above and beyond and we are very happy with the service and the work performed. Thank you Romel.
