I received the best service. My car is running like a dream again. Everyone was friendly and professional. The person (didn't get her name) at the counter helped me from my first phone contact to picking up my car. She went the extra mile to assist me. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family .

I've had one heck of a time getting an oil change done through different companies and even my dealership. Appointments not available anywhere else, or when you call other places they're unprofessional and short with you like they don't care for the business.I called Pep Boys on a whim to see if they had appointment times and the man on the phone was so kind and told me to come right in and they would take care of me right on the spot. THAT is good business and good customer service. By the time I was checked in- and mind you this is a Saturday afternoon- I was ready to go within 45 minutes. Incredible customer service. No pushy sales pitch to spend hundreds of extra dollars, and they were so considerate about the fact that I had my fussy toddler with me.I have actually never used Pep Boys for my car to be serviced, but I will be going forward. Thank you to all of the super sweet staff there! It probably didn't seem like much on your end, but you helped out a highly stressed mom big time!

I noticed my tire was showing cords & I rushed over to this location to try to get a tire asap. Brian was SUPER helpful, found a tire in stock, had it replaced & had me out of there within 30 minutes. Incredible customer service, super quick, and I really appreciate them making me feel comfortable rather than judged for my negligence with my tire.

Unreliable technician. Incompetent customer service at the front desk while lacking common sense.People no doubtably know that actions are a factor of communication. So failing to deliver customer service at the most basic level is avoiding to help a customer. Doing nothing is an action, a decision.So, nope. No recommendations.

I had a great experience with Pep Boys! My car died at closing on a Sunday 25 miles from home. Brian & Carlos got my car running again, so I could get it inside the garage where it would be safe. The next day, Brian (Manager) explained all my options, which helped a lot. My car was ready quicker than expected and running a lot better now. I'm so happy! Thank you again, Brian & Carlos.

I have been a customer of Pep Boys since 1974. Pep Boys had always been reputable and always provided excellent service. My recent experience was nothing like I was used to. I was given an appointment for a service that Pep Boys no longer performs. I was not informed until I arrived for my appointment that this was a discontinued service. I had already bought the supplies, and could not return them, and the store where I had scheduled the appointment refused to honor it. Another Pep Boys store did perform the service the next day. But now, I will have to find another place to change my oil.

I recently visited Pep Boys for a Lyft inspection, and I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding service I received, especially from Anthony at the Arden location.Initially, I mistakenly went to the Auburn location, only to find it closed. The staff there directed me to the Arden location, where Anthony went above and beyond to assist me. He swiftly completed the inspection, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism.I appreciate Anthony's dedication and the overall positive experience at Pep Boys Arden. If you're looking for reliable service, this location is highly recommended!

This place literally terrible! Told me it would take an hour because they were busy, even though no one was there. It s almost like I didn t make an appointment, even though I did. Had my car for 4 hours. Not to mention I asked for a full diagnostic of the engine and/or just anything wrong with the car in general when I had called and made the appointment. They only checked out one single noise with the wheels and did nothing for the engine. LITERAL WASTE OF TIME!

I stopped at this location while I was out, and now it s the only one I will visit. Anthony was so professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about my cars upcoming maintenance as I m about to hit 200,000 miles. I also needed an inspection. I felt really confident with the information I left with and I will be going out of my way to visit this location

Good business here I needed batteries for my car called around town & Yes Pep Boys was the cheapest, so they do have great deals, with service center also. Was the cheapest but good quality as well. Great & friendly staff, helpful, & Got it in, put it in, & toke care of me. A little wait but was worth it I was very satisfied. Good Looking Check em out! On Arden Way across from Dimples Record.

I had good experience for years, and now, it is bad luck this month. Different manager Brain and his employee mechanic Jesus are both unprofessional career and dishonesty with any vehicles involved with black racist as a bananas monkeys. Mechanical Jesus bented it, and Brain said it was nothing wrong. Which is they are numb in coldest hearts!! Also, appointment issues, manager brain, He knows that better than that it was so negative influences by database system was neglected what you wanted. He doesn't know how to treat and makes you happy. Customers, it could be more than a couples loss customers and Def, that business will be going closed down business. Or replacing new management. Brain doesn't care about appointments, and he makes decisions about what he likes customers to keep or delete you.

just came in to pep boys to get a oil change this morning, brian was very energetic and helpful early morning putting his swift 5 star customer service on display!! after doing an evaluation of my car brian noticed my tires were pretty much on their last leg. unfortunately I wasn t prepared to buy new tires so he told me about the pep boy credit line where you can potentially pay your bill off in 6 month s interest free !! he gave me a killer deal on all 4 tires plus alignment so it was just a no brainer. thank you for taking care of me brian !! #THISISNOTAPAIDAD LOL

Great pricing. Friendly staff. I loved that we were able to schedule for a prompt start on Saturday morning at a time that was convenient for me. Tracking the progress on the app made it easier.

Everyone in that shop at this location in Arden was incredibly kind and made me feel like a part of their family. I felt safe, heard, and understood. They are very well trained and knowledgeable. 10/10 would come back.

Had my tires installed about a month ago at Pepboys. I was constantly noticing steering wheel vibration at specific speeds. Took to a different Pepboys location. They said they were not balanced right. They got me in and out in about an hour.

Terrible customer service, made an appointment for an oil change the dude told me I d wait like 2 hours and he was rude. Also when I went to pick up my car I saw he left the ignition on which damages the car . Wouldn t recommend going there.

I came in near closing time with a blown out tire. They helped me quickly and I was on my way. Very professional and nice guys. I will return for more services in the future.
