I have been here two other times and they usually take at least three hours for just an oil change. Today they had me in and out in less than an hour. I m super grateful to have my car back so soon. Karl was really helpful and expedient with the intake and release of my vehicle also. Great job guys!

Emmi gave me great customer service! She was so nice and polite when she spoke with me over the phone and while I was in the shop. The gst helped me get back on the road to get home to Reno after my tire got a flat. Wonderful place, highly recommend these people.

This was the worst experience I ve ever had at a mechanic. Firstly, my appointment appears to have been rescheduled without informing me. I showed up at 1 only to be told my appointment was actually at 5. I came back at 5 and was told that one of the two reasons I wanted my car checked couldn t be done there (checking why my windshield wiper hose wasn t working). I indicated this when I scheduled my appointment, so I should have been notified ahead of time. The technician told me they could do a $100 diagnostic for the other problem (whistling sound when depressing the gas at high speeds), which, as I found out, means revving my engine about 10 times and opening the hood real quick. Aside from not being told how long I would need to wait and the waiting room looking like it had been abandoned for years (trash on the floor, dirty floors, cobwebs in the corners; pictures attached), I was informed that nothing was wrong with my car. Obviously something is wrong with my car-that s why I brought it to you. I was told there would be no charge, but then waited 5 minutes for my car to be driven out of the garage. It wasn t. That s because while I was waiting, one of the technicians walked out to his car and peeled out of the parking lot. I went back inside to let them know I was still waiting. The technician at the front desk started airing his grievances about the employee who had just left. He told me they d pull my car out. So I went back outside and again waited. Several minutes later, with my car still sitting in the garage, I went back inside. The technician was on the phone with a customer, clearly not listening to her, as at one point, he set the phone down while she was still talking to go walk into the garage. He then comes back inside and picks the phone back up and says, Yeah, yeah, sounds good, then hangs up. The customer waiting inside then tried to ask questions about her car that were ignored. Finally, my car got pulled around and I left. It was a terrible experience. Poor management and poor staff morale. There are a million mechanics in the area. Take your business elsewhere.

I came in for a wheel alignment and they were quick. I was out in less than 2 hours. My car also has an inspection report. I highly recommend them... Their prices are very affordable and reasonable as well

Professional assistance from both employees, at time of flat repair and went above and beyond expectations.Absolutely highly recommend all future service to be completed by them when I'm near this location, and have now included my future work to be completed by Pep Boys in my future.100% impressed... thank them for me its great to see a team that cares please let them know.

Quality customer service. Easy to find location with plenty of parking. I needed my car inspected for Uber and Mr Eric completed everything professionally and promptly. Great guy easy to deal with and a happy personality. Highly recommended

Apparently there's a UPS drop off in Pep Boys but I wouldn't recommend it. They take the package, ask for your email so they can send you confirmation and tracking, but it's been 3 days and they haven't sent me anything. Hope my package didn't get lost.

The services super quick! They only took 15 minutes to do an inspection for my car. When I drive up and opened my window to talk to the technicians in the garage, all of them who were standing there attended to me right away. I would recommend this place. 5 stars all the way.

So today I want in to get my 2019 service. And the team was so on point very friendly, fast and the work was amazing. Will I got back for sure they were very helpful. And I appreciate them getting me back on the road safe. Thanks guys

I do not advise anyone to come to this place and pay money for their poor work! I had a wheel alignment done, after which the steering wheel in my car began to turn to the right when you were driving straight, and when you were driving on a flat road, the car itself turns to the right if you let go of the steering wheel. The next day I returned to have them fix everything and redo the alignment. I had to stand and wait to be accepted. But in the end they didn t accept me and told me to come tomorrow. I arrived the next day at the appointed time of 2pm. But they told me, unfortunately, today there is no mechanic who does the wheel alignment, come again tomorrow at 2pm. I came here for the fourth time to have everything fixed for me, I was scheduled for 2pm but I ve been sitting for 30 minutes waiting for them to see me. And I'm not sure that they can fix it, perhaps I will demand a refund of my money.As a result, my car was lifted on a lift and the manager told me that the mechanic would now have lunch until 3:30, I had to just sit on a chair all this time while no one was working on my car and it was raised on the lift while the mechanic ate. At 4 pm I had my alignment done, I had already been waiting for two hours. The wheel alignment takes 30 minutes to complete, I was supposed to leave at 2:30 with the wheel alignment ready, but I left at 4. Moreover. that I came to have a poorly done job corrected for the fourth time. This time the wheel alignment was done poorly again, the steering wheel position for straight driving was set to the left at 11 o'clock. I lost a lot of time at Pep Boys, and I lost even more nerve. I paid $120 to have my wheel alignment done, and now the steering wheel in my car is crooked. I will demand a refund. I don't want to deal with Pep Boys anymore

Had an appointment at 1:30pm for four tire installation + alignment. I arrived on time. They didn't start working on my car until 6:30pm. When they were "done", they forgot to do the alignment!Car wasn't ready until ~7:20pm, well past closing time. The next day, I checked the tires with my dad because I didn't trust the quality of the installation. Tires were overinflated past 40psi (my car recommends 34). Also, they completely overused the tire mounting (or whatever it is) solution, as white stains were left all over my front tires that I cannot wash off. Thankfully, the tires were mounted properly as my dad checked the lugnuts.Will not be going back.

I went to this place to check my car s brakes. The person at the front desk was extremely rude, and racist. He had a very bad attitude and behavior. They don t know anything about customer service. The rest of the crew were nice but the one at the front desk who wear glasses is one of the worst people I have ever seen. Pep boys should consider better people than him. One person s negative personality can impact the whole management.

The guys at the Citrus Heights Auburn Blvd location were awesome. I had my car towed here and they got me right in, solved an electrical mystery and fixed my issue quickly. I was out in 45 minutes.

Booked an appointment a day in advance to check out a car someone was selling me. When we got there they said the person to do it called in sick. They said it would be 1-2hrs wait because they took 2 cars before us. I just left cause I can t tell the sellers to wait hours for an appointment that was supposed to be set. It would be different if I received a call that they were understaffed but I did not.

If I could leave a 0 I would, payed 100 dollars to get my engine check and I m now convinced they didn t even do the bare minimum. After giving them the car they called me 2hrs later telling me my car is misfiring because of spark plug and that every spark plug they pulled out was dirty and the recommended that I needed my spark plug wires changed as well which is just a lie 4 out of 6 was new from the day before and 2 out of 6 of my spark plugs were new! They couldn t even tell me if that was the actual issue..now all my spark plugs and spark plug wires are all new and still misfiring; what s the point of getting a diagnostic if you can t even find out what s the actual problem. I m sure they pulled one out and tried to get me for my money I bet they didn t even check any other issue. I will never recommend getting anything with your engine done here.

Pep Boys (mgr. Carl, Zach and mechanic Mike took excellent care of my car today. Mike inspected my brakes and took time to explain what he was doing. Carl was kind enough to absorb the difference in price when he accidentally misquoted me an amount for the brake adjustment-very professional! Zach was super helpful and even put my seat cover on for me. I couldn t do it after washing it. Thank you Pep Boys for an awesome customer experience!! I will be back!

Amit, Kaylee and of course Sergio are the best in the business. They are so fast and so friendly. I felt comfortable and welcomed. They offered me coffee and Wi-Fi while I waited. I can t wait until I need my next service. TOP SHOP!!!

This place is horrible. Came in on Tuesday, made an appointment for battery replacement for 8:00 am the next morning. They didn t open till 8:10 then he said he didn t know what time the technician would be in, really? I waited till 9:00am, still no technician. Had to come back later, and it took an hour to get battery installed. Never again.

The service I'd received was very excellent and they were very prompt on my service needs,I had brought my car in for my tires to get balanced from another tire shop that said they had done them but instead lied to me about doing them so I was very pleased with the overall service I seeing the results of my tires being off balanced put my mind at ease so thanks again for taken care of this issue.

Had an appointment for a new tire install. Waited 2.5 hours for a service that could have been completed in 20 minutes. They lost one of my hubcaps and did not tell me. They left the tires a complete mess covered in a white substance and blue ink still on tires.

Tech was 20 minutes late after open, watching football on the phone was more important than the customer standing in front of you. Came in on a rear flat tire and bought two new tires.They changed my two front tires and left my rear flat. I had to have him change the right tires because I watched him not do it. Now I have to go back because the tires are way out of balance and at 60mph shakes.As an ex mechanic at a pep boys when we were actually professionals this was really sad to see. Never did a shake down of the car or a vehicle inspection, never checked pressures or anything. Care factor of -5.

Ak the manager is phenomenal With customer service and Sergio the technician does amazing work . I also bring our company vans here and if I could give them an additional 5 stars I would .
