I got my car (Honda) serviced here about a month ago and didn t have time to write a review.But I would like to say that Ozmotive provided the best service! My car was leaking transmission fluid and I was stressed out of my mind. I was worried that it was going to cost, they d have to keep my car for a long period of time for repair, I ll be out of a car, or worse, I d have to buy a whole new car . Just everything you could think of, I was worried about.My husband actually was the one who took the car to be serviced. They gave him a time frame and estimate of what the cost could be, but they informed him that they ll have to do an inspection first. He left the car at the shop and not even too long after (about 4 hours) we received a response. AND LET ME JUST SAY: IT WAS GOOD NEWS!!During the inspection, they found that something was loose, which was causing the transmission fluid leak. No major repairs needed and the cost was under $80.I want to personally say Thank you, Ozmotive. For having integrity and providing great customer service! We will definitely come back to have our car serviced here whenever we have any issues in the future.

Awesome!!!! place they are so professional and knowledgeable about what they do and Justin is so cool he got the job done I am so satisfied. I was without my car for a few days he don t play when it comes to fixing things because I was able to get to get my car with 2 days instead of waiting for a week to get my car fix. Thank you Justin

I ran over a blown tire on Hwy 50 and pulled over because my front lower bumper cover was ruined and I couldn t drive anymore. I called them and they took care of me right away. They were so amazing. I have never experienced such professionalism and courtesy. They are truly gems - mechanics you can trust! Thank you for saving my trip and a lot of stress!! You guys are the best!

Called Ozmotive while in a jam, and they helped me out immediately. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change with another company and when I showed up they were closed and not answering their phones. I did a Google search found the great reviews for Ozmotive and not only did they get me in right then and there, they were so nice and the quality of work was top notch. They for sure will be getting all my return business.

The team and leadership here is top notch and one of the best at customer service I've experienced. I was referred here by another customer, and I'm really glad I took his advice. From start to finish they explained what was going on with my car, gave me real advice and options, and when it was time to get it fixed, they got me an appointment quickly. They care about their customers and doing good work and it shows in everything they do here. Great shop. Great people.

I have been coming here for the last 7+ years and they have always been consistent, fair, and professional. They do there best to keep the cost down without ever sacrificing in other places. I can t say enough good things about this location. I will continue to refer all friends and family here.

This place is outstanding! Justin was great and Ozzy is very much knowledgeable on the cars they work on. He explained in detail on the problem of my 1992 Honda Accord and re-assured me it's worth fixing and also recommended additional work if I wanted my car to last me another 300000 miles.let alone it has 201000 already. He let me know that the year,make,and model of my car was the best built all around.thanks alot and I'll see soon wen the parts come in

I needed a transmission for my Honda Pilot so I searched the internet & found these guys in Sacramento. They had the best price for a remanufactured transmission & they were only an hour from home. Finding out that they do a Dyno test on the trans before releasing them is definitely a big deal & a big +. So along with the best price I got a pretested trans with a warranty I can rely on. Both Justin & Oz are great guys to do business with, honest & reliable, I highly recommend Ozmotive for all of your Honda & Acura repairs.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Ozzy took great care of me. He had the transmission that I needed for my 2004 Honda Odyssey and sold it to me for a reasonable price. He had it delivered to where I needed it on the same day and was available over the phone to answer any questions that I had. The customer service that I received was A+. I m from NY and travel a lot so it s hard to find honest mechanics. Took my Mazda to a jiffy lube for an oil change and they told me the the drain plug was not coming off and they couldn t perform the work. Went to midas and they quoted me $600-$700 for a new oil pan with labor. Ozmotive auto repair had the highest stars and the review spoke highly of them. All I can say is that I m glad I kept look and found them. They charged me $69 for a full synthetic oil change and where able to replace the oil plug at no cost!! They are amazing! Awesome and honest work! Definitely recommend

Justin was so awesome and we really felt taken care of at Ozmotive. We needed our rotors maintenanced and he made sure that we were happy with the results and gave us a great price for the work. Justin and Oozie were fabulous to work with! Our car broken down while on a road trip and they went out of their way to make sure we were on the road again in the fastest manner possible. The prices were reasonable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They made sure we were set up for a safe 1,000 mile trip back home. Since we weren t from the area we didn t know what to expect. We are so grateful that we met honest mechanics. Thanks again Oozie and Justin!! We made it home safe to Denver without any more hiccups.

The driver side rear wheel bearing on my 99 RX300 was worn. Noise wobbling sound as the car accelerates. Took it to Ozmotive. First time here. Thought I d give it a try based on reviews. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. They had to keep the car overnight due to missing part. They fixed it and car is driving great again. Would definitely return.

Great first experience with Ozmotive. Justin took the time to explain all the repairs and alternatives to us. We ended up saving thousands of dollars by getting a second opinion from Oz and having them do the work instead of the dealer. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Iz for the last 15 years. Always good service, the prices are fair and reasonable. They are Kind and professional mechanics.. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. . Would never take my car to someone else. Ever!! Love Oz and his staff they treat you like family and take care of your needs.very highly recommended

Took my 2018 Honda Accord to Elk Grove Honda for B 1 2 4 service and was quoted a price of $1400.00. Then I remember that my good friend told me that Oz could do the same quality work for much less. So I decided to check them out. I am so glad that I did. Mind you I had already changed my serpentine belt not that long ago so Oz only had to change my spark plugs and air filters, rotated my tires and changed my oil. I got all this done for $381.00 out the door! So from potentially spending $1400.00 at the dealer to only paying $381.00 out the door for quality work .I am smiling from ear to ear!!

Probably best place I been to.Have a 2005 Camry that I was told by other shop that I need two new front wheel bearing replaces.Stop by Ozmotive to see what is going and plan to replace them - it is closer to my house.Then Ozmotive took my car, test drove it, lift it up for inspection then told me there are nothing wrong with my car; all the noise are from bad tires and an old strut (minor). I dont have to replace anything, just go get new tires at differrent shop, then good to go.Guess what? All free for the time they spent.Going forward, all my familes will come here.

Fantastic shop - super honest and up front about needed repairs, very fairly priced and was somehow able to source a quite hard to find OEM quality part same day will def be back, and I've recommended Ozmotive to a few friends, all of whom were also very happy

Ozmotive has performed several successful jobs for two of our vehicles over the years with quality service and a good price. Recently they were able to install a new A/C unit and made a big effort to contact the vendor to cover the parts for free even though it was just beyond the warranty period. I was happy for the results and a reduction in price (free parts). In addition they helped diagnosis others engine problems to help keep the vehicle going. I would use their services again.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto A/C replacement

Justin was awesome. Got us in right away because of my chaotic type of work schedule I have. He is an honest straight shooter. No pressure at all and just told it how it is and end of the day let the customer decide what they want to do. Gonna keep him in my "back pocket" for all my major repairs and services!

Always have a great experience with Oz and his techs. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to do the job right. They keep the car for a few days whenever I bring it in, but it always comes back properly diagnosed and repaired. They never try to sell me unnecessary parts or labor and things are priced very fairly and much cheaper than the dealer. I use them for all my significant repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

Avoid at ALL costs. Uses cheap parts for Transmission rebuilds. My SUV is parked after the new transmission rebuild failed only after 4 months.Upon install of their new transmission, it leaked puddles of oil onto my driveway. Took 3 trips to Acura to find a bolt Ozmotive forgot to torque down since the new transmission was covered in so much oil.Now my Acura is parked since a bearing is failing in the new transmission. They use cheap bearings. The bearing is whistling so loud that the SUV can't be driven, it is whistling at a constant 100 decimals when on the gas pedal.The owner couldn't care less when I called him. Offered no help whatsoever and we have a new baby.Out $5k on his garbage transmission. He even admitted on the phone to knowingly using seals that fail.Avoid this dishonest shop that doesn't honor their warranty. Would give Zero stars if I could.
