I never do a review but I heard about this place from my coworker and we have both gone in separate occasions comparing notes on their service, this repair shop is run by honest mechanics with great customer service. They are willing to work with your schedule and will even provide a ride if you plan on leaving your car at the shop. Very fast and friendly service, and they do a great job of maintaining transparency with your repair. I received a quote for an unknown issue, he said it could be this or that, if it's this it would run me $600 if it's that it would run me $500, when they called back later they said they found the source of the issue and it would only run me $430 out the door. They test drove the car for me to ensure the problem was fixed and I haven't had the same issue since. Like I said, wonderful transparency throughout the process, and the end result of a cheaper payment than my expected total was a win. My coworker has also gone in only willing to pay a certain amount, and they were willing to work with her in finding cheaper parts to fit her budget. Great people! Keep in mind there is a debit fee, so if you pay slightly more than expected by card that is the reason. Bring cash to avoid the fee.

I had to get a smog check to complete my car registration this year, which I had totally forgotten. One Stop Smog was closest to my home, so I got their early to beat the "end-of-the-year" line. Surprisingly, they were already taking customers at 7:45, even though their listed hours were at 8. I was out by 8:20 with my smog certification. I worked with Raj who seems like a great guy who genuinely cares about taking care of you and your car. Other smog shops I've gone to have felt kind of run down, but I'll definitely be coming back to One Stop for all my future smog checks. Highly recommend them!

One Stop is just about the best auto repair and smog shop I've ever done business with. They do great work; they're trustworthy and don't try to upsell or do anything that isn't requested or required. I've been taking our Lexus and Nissan here for nearly 10 years. Obviously, I highly recommend them!

So happy we found this place. They do such a great job and their prices have been consistently much lower than others. Due to my lack of planning, I needed an oil change same day. They were able to fit me in within 30 minutes and take care of everything. Great customer service. Absolutely recommend checking this place out for any service needed.

Just moved to California and needed a smog check for my vehicle. Took a chance on a Saturday afternoon that I could get the smog check accomplished. A half hour later I drove off with the required paperwork for the DMV! The shop was busy when I arrived but they said no problem about working me in. They were very accommodating, thank you One Stop Smog & Auto Repair.

me an my wife been going to this place for years mr singh and his sons never disapoint and always get the job done .... they are always upfront an truthful to the problem of my vehicles and what it will be to fix it ....they will continue to be our go to shop !!

They gave me an inflated estimate even though my diagnosis by about 300% also suggested repairs that were well over $1,000 too high verses other shops

These guy can't speak English! They have no respect for women! They called and told my daughter that her repairs were 280 dollars. She repeated the total back to him and he confirmed. Went in to pick it up and they said 1280! Then the owner was extremely rude, and told a waiting room full of people that women don't know about cars. Do not take your car to this place! 1 star, eat it.

I was able to do a walk-in Smog check and oil change and was there for less than 30-40minutes. I was greeted right away by a gentleman who provided excellent customer service all around from beginning to end. The price was totally reasonable. It was so convenient to be able to do my oil change and smog check at the same time, all while not having a scheduled appointment. Would absolutely recommend to any/all my friends/family.Services: Auto emissions testing, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Let s just say that I ve used Mr. Singh s and his sons expertise and superb customer service for over ten years.It is not an exaggeration to state that their integrity and workmanship is unmatched. Excellent customer service! Can t beat their prices. I came late and they were very friendly and got me back on the road quickly, barely waited and they did the job right! One Stop Smog & Auto Repair does everything from smog and oil change to auto repair. Raj was who helped me. He was so nice and explained everything to me before the service my car. I would definitely recommend going there for your car services.

Really appreciate the customer service offered by this Company. There was a little difficulty initially to get my car in the shop. I wanted to make an appointment and they wanted me to just drop it off. However, after I was able to figure that out, I was glad that I chose this shop as they acted with honesty and integrity which is hard to find and did not try to upsell, overcharge, etc. Instead they gave me sound advice that saved me money, and they have earned my business moving forward.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Raj was awesome, from my first call to the smog of my truck! I was on my last leg. I have a 99 s10 that failed smog multiple times. Even at the state approved smog place. I really felt that because I am a women I was being taken advantage of but I replace the Cadillac converter, the plugs air filter the tailpipe 02 sensors on and on. I called on my last hope and Raj spent over 30 mins on the phone explaining everything to me and at the end of the call he said bring it down if I can t fix it no charge . I ran to his shop the next morning dropping off the truck and not even 2 hours later the problem was found faulty 02 sensor he fixed it told me to take my truck and drive it 100 miles and come back and didn t collect a penny from me said his work wasn t done yet. I drove it all weekend took it back Monday and passed with flying colors. As a women it is hard to find a mechanic you can trust and Raj and his team is my new mechanic for life. I will return and recommend his shop to everyone I can. Thank you Raj and your team!Service: Auto emissions testing

Every time I've been in here these guys take care of me quickly, and at the best price. Once I find an honest mechanic shop (like this), it's the only place I'll go.

One stop is definitely the place I'm going to always take my car. They are all so helpful and very polite. My car had the check engine light on for so long, it became permanent in its system. Instead of just telling me I have to pay a ton for the part and labor, he offered suggestions to help me decide what the best option was. It's taking a few weeks to work through, but it's the car/my fault anyway. Long story short, my car is getting worked on by a great shop I stumbled upon and like I said, it's the place I trust and don't dread going to. Thanks "Jared"..I'll get your name right next time

I bought a used tire at a very reasonable price that just happen to go flat 2 days after buying it. I went back with the thought that I had purchased a bad tire. No problem. They took it off, made sure there was no nails or anything that may have punctured it. Come to find out, my rim is slightly bent, and they show me where the air leak is at. It's at the bent of the rim. Long story short, they put some sort of seal on it, and had me pick it up a few hours later. I asked how much? They said, "No charge brother, just keep an eye on it." They also recommended a spot where they fix rims if need be. A whole week later, my car hasn't notified me of low tire pressure at all. It's been great since. Amazing people at this place. 10/10 would recommend

We were traveling from Colorado when we noticed my car was leaking antifreeze. We had the car diagnosed by a different mechanic who told us the car was in need of new thermostat housing (or something like that) and a new radiator. We were already a couple days behind schedule on returning home when we went to One Stop Smog and Auto Repair because the nearby radiator supply store recommend them. They were GREAT! They got us in, diagnosed the car, didn't need a new radiator, saving us $1000 and got us out in a couple hours. As a huge bonus my car had antifreeze spewed everywhere all over my engine, and they cleaned it! So we could tell the whole drive back my car was running great, and we could see that it wasn't still leaking. Next time I need some work done on my car, I think I will need to drive from Colorado to Sacramento to One Stop Smog and Auto Repair to get it done! They are AWESOME!!!

First time customer needed an oil change, replacement of fluids and filters and these guys were very pleasant to work with and took great care of my SUV. Was in and out within 30 minutes without an appointment. Great service - highly recommend. I'll be a repeat customer.

Bought royal purple oil for my toyota, came to this place for a replacement. At home, when checking, it turned out that another oil was filled in (of a completely different color), the oil was poured more than necessary. I would not recommend taking your car there for repairs.

Excellent costumer service! I came for oil change today without scheduling an appointment. They took me in within 20 min. Plus they checked my tires as two were low on air and added liquid in windshield tank and one more tank as both were at the low level. This is my 2nd time at this place. Thank you guys!
