Come here and ask for William! He is knowledgeable and always willing to help. He helped me multiple times. On one occasion he helped put new wiper blades on my car in the rain. And another time he helped put a new battery in our car in the rain. Thank you William! You definitely deserves a raise in pay.

I had to get a battery for my car yesterday evening and Issac was so awesome. He put my battery in which was definitely more of a hassle because of how my Nissan is but never once did he complain. His customer service was great and honestly as a store manager myself in my job I would love to have people like that on my team. I hope his manager sees this and recognize what a great employee they have

I'm usually very happy and satisfied in my interactions with the service attendant but NOT TODAY !There was an older crotchety not so nice man whom waited on me..I felt extremely belittled by 5h8s particular man on this particular day.I se and him love and light and I hope he gets past the nastyness.

Went in this morning for a Filler Tank Hose. Jade who helped me said the part would be in at 1:30. Expecting it to be the next day, Jade said "no", it will be here today. Unfortunately, I had to return the part because the OEM was totally different. Jade is very helpful and makes things very easy even when parts do not work out. Big Kudos to Jade.

The assistant manager Dillen completely took care of us with our car battery issue and was very calm and helpful. Highly recommend going to him if anyone has car troubles and he will do whatever he can to take care of you and leave you with a safe feeling

Even one star doesn t worth it give this storeTheir manager is rude and other is staff is good. The management that they have it is poor management. They don t know how to talk with customers. They hang up during the call it is really shameful for store .

They had the part i had ordered without me having to come pay in advance due to significant history which they can see by inputting my phone number. They also had an additional part that i needed as well both at a very good price. They also looked up other specs for me

The young assistant manager is SUPER friendly and helpful.was quick and very knowledgeable. Helped take out and install my battery. Appreciate his help a great deal.

I came in on 4/20/21. I needed an oil filter for my Audi and was helped by nene. She went above and beyond for me! I had went to a competitor and they gave me the wrong filter. Nene looked it up and also did some extra research for me while answering call after call! In the span of 5 minutes she helped so many people in the store and on the phone. I left the store with confidence that I had the correct filter.NENE IS THE BEST!!! She has so much knowledge!

O'Reilly wasn't helpful. I ordered a battery cable, an employee said that they will call me within 2 days, but nobody called. Two weeks passed. I bough this cable for much cheaper price at PepBoys already. Still no any call from O'Reilly :)

Dillon exceeds all expectations as a assistant manager! He should be promoted to manager immediately. My check engine light was on and he explained in detail what I needed and it actually worked. No more light kia Sedona

Very professional fast and easy service. They gave me exactly what I needed. They didn't try to upsell me. They charge batteries and recylce oil and oik filters! And don't forget about there loner tool program.

Love all the O'Reilly staff is usually pretty cool except for a few exceptions usually in and out pretty fast without waiting for ever for one person to help 50 persons with what I needed customer service is wonderful unlike autozone

For anyone looking for a fan clutch tool rental set do yourself a favor and go to autozone. It was $159 to rent at O reilly and only $30 to rent at Autozone.I just wanted to update my review here and let everyone know if you re ever looking for any type of auto advice I would not recommend going to this O Reilly and asking anyone for help. I purchased spark plugs here ( that they recommend) and got home to find out they were the wrong size for my vehicle.When I returned I went to get the right size spark plugs the two advisers could not even tell me rather the spark plug was pre-gapped or not. I understand that they are not mechanics however they should be able to tell me rather the pre-gap is set or not it s basic knowledge of there product.

Nicest people behind the counter I've ever met....Other stores just treat you like a number everyone there treats you like you are there friend and really help find the right stuff you need
