Sales associate Brandon provided excellent customer service, I was stumped trying to put on new wiper blades, Brandon was a problem solver and got the blades installed without a problem, even showed me a great way to install them due to the hood being in the way. I really appreciate his customer service. Thanks again Brandon!

bought the tool, came home, opened the tool, turned out to be used, brought it back, the guys didn t take it, they said that I used it, the attitude of the employees is terrible, I don t recommend coming here

For an auto parts store that's every where you would think that there parts would be good., but no. I recently went through like 4 alternators before giving up and taking my car to the shop. The manager attempted to help even had the part delivered to my house because he could see the frustration & understood the urgency of what I was doing. That would the only reason I'd think about going back.

I have purchased many parts from many O'Reilly stores in the Bay Area and in Sacramento. Do yourself a big favor: visit this store. Well stocked and very knowledgeable professionals willing to go the extra mile. 5 stars.

I was getting my brakes done bought brake pads and brake fluid. Didn't need the break fluid after all, so they took back the break fluid and gave me a refund without the receipt. They were able to look up my purchase in the computer even though it took a little time! That's great customer service! Since I had a little time to look around while she looked in the computer I ended up spending way more money than I was being refunded. So, great for me and good Business for them!

They gave good customer service I went in. I had to battery I was giving he went out and got them out of my car. And then he gave me a gift card for 20 dollars. Great customer service.

This is my go to auto parts store and they're very knowledgeable and helpful. I just went there and got the right kind of oil for my car as well as an oil filter. although it wasn't the same part number as a oil filter what that was on my car it still worked with my car. I had a friend do my oil change and I saved 20 to $30. I also purchased a really bright headlight bulb here and they're really good about helping you figure out how to get stuff done on your car yourself so you can save money. I definitely recommend coming to the store.

They are good at getting the parts correct and the prices are reasonable. We have been there often and we are happy with the quality. The one thing i could say is they could have better customer service. They often they cut off the customer when there talking.

I'm a female who had to call a dude to send a dude to talk to the dude employee to make them replace the warrantied bunk battery they sold me last week instead of trying to sell me alternators and battery cables and ultimately just ignoring me for over an hour. Here's a picture of me with nobody helping me at all.

Bad service from the front counter guy. Didn't want to help attempt a manual cross look-up. Seemed to have a bad attitude. We waited to be helped (no line in the store) for around 5 minutes before he acknowledged us and then had a chip on his shoulder. Asked for assistance on finding a part, he walked over pointed at it and walked away. I said I needed to buy it, he unlocked the glass and walked off. Real bad attitude, if you don't like your job, get a new one...

Really helpful staff. Even when a rude lady came in demanding a refund without a receipt or proof at all it was purchased on site, the man was patient with her anyway. Wow. Great service.

I bought a few things and one item was a wiper blade. I got the wrong one somehow and Jack the Manager switched it out and replaced it on my window with old one. He also saved me $5 by finding a cheaper one. This is my #1 store.. Also Thanks for giving us Veterans a discount

My go to parts store. I've spent an untold amount of money fixing various jalopies and regular cars in my life. O'Reilly has knowledgeable staff. Even if they don't have a part they will generally help you find it.

The O'Reilly Auto Parts is a well organized store as well as the staff and have most of what the customers are looking for . The staff's are very professionals. This store is very friendly, is very clean and I would recommend this store. The staff also.

Wow Jake working 1736 on 22May18 saved my framing life I had do e something really stupid and was in a bind Jake saved me from my mistake as well as saved me a ton of money I really appreciate what he did I have to say he went above and beyond to make my day so much easier and saving me from an expense I really couldn't afford tyvm I would leave 10 stars if I could Jake is awesome and needs a promotion he really saved a Veterans day

Major props to the Feb 3rd Sunday @ 2pm guy at O'Riellys. He was the taller genlemen.Here's my short story.I went in to O'Riellys for window shields wipers at the suggestion of a surly AutoZone employee. I was looking for the cheapest windshield wipers because the rainy season is half over and the summer in Sac tends to ruin wipers. He up sold me on the more expensive ones by telling me about the warranty for a year. When he offered to put them on I told him that I should be fine.Of course I get out there and can't figure these things out. Of course. This stud comes out after giving me the exact amount of time I needed to decide that I was either going to break these flipping wipers or ask for help. He then proceeded to mount them all in like 30 seconds (yep, I'm a little mebarrassed but he was awesome) and sacrificed his finger in process.The high reviews are deserved. This guy was awesome.

Took my alternator to get tested, they said it wasn't working. Took it somewhere else and my alternator is working just fine. Get a second opinionI posted this under the wrong location. I went to the greenback store
