Had to get the chains for my Fiat 500. Was the best experience I ve had in an auto parts store to date. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and organized. Will be going to O Reilly more often from now on.

Came for some coolant. Should have been an easy stop but we dropped the cap and couldn t find it. Brandon was incredible at helping us get it and definitely went out of his way. We would have been stuck otherwise. Also saved us from purchasing some unnecessary gadgets . Thanks Brandon!!We ll definitely continue coming to this location. Everyone else seemed very helpful as well!

Got a jump after work and drove straight to O'Reillys. After testing my alternator and battery, they determined I indeed needed a new battery. They were so fast and helpful, and I feel truly blessed that I was in and out of there within an hour (including installation of new battery)! Definitely recommend.

This auto parts store offers fast shipping and reliable delivery. The staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. This store carries parts for both domestic and foreign cars, which is great. The website is easy to navigate and has helpful information.

Great service. Shawn knew exactly what I was talking about when it came to my cabin filter. Ive had a hard time finding my model needed. While there I also got windshield wipers and even helped install them for me. Definitely going back when I need car parts! Thanks Shawn!

David was super helpful and kind. It was raining and starting to get a bit dark outside so I was worried whether he would be able to come out and help install new windshield wiper blades I bought there. I even offered to hold an umbrella over him too if he needed it lol. He expressed that it would be no problem, however, and came out to help!! It totally eased my worries..you guys are the best, thank you.I have always gone to O'Reilly's and will always continue to because their employees always consistently demonstrate excellent service, helpfulness, friendliness, and kindness!!

The only parts store I go to and the best Oreillys store I ve been to. The staff here are great and have the best customer service! Every time I m in here you can tell they really care and do their best to help solve their customer s needs. I really appreciate how they ve always been so helpful and great knowledge in the store has help me with my projects. Thanks to you all Greg, Gary, Daniel, Samantha and all the others sorry I didn t catch everyone s name. I ll be back for more parts!!

I called the sacramento store on Broadway to ask about getting a new car battery and having it installed. I spoke with Samantha and she was so helpful! When I went to the store hours later, she remembered our phone interaction and then installed the car battery. She made sure everything was good before I left and she seemed genuinely happy to help. This is one of the most positive experiences I have ever had at an auto parts store and I will definitely be a loyal customer now.

The lady behind the counter helped me return some items I bought unused. Very nice and pleasant person. Everytime I come here either her or the older gentleman is very pleasant to help in locating a part. Thank you.

Great customer service by William!I've needed new wiper blades for a long time. But I procrastinated in replacing them because it seemed like such a hassle. William made it easy for me however. As soon as I walked into the store, he greeted me and asked what i was there for. He helped me find the exact wiper blades I needed for my vehicle in such a short amount of time.

Recently was having trouble with my car dying randomly. I was extremely worried it was the transmission. I went in, got help from Christopher, who went above and beyond. Checked the codes and found out it was electrical. He took the time to research all the codes and break down the likely cause.Amazing customer service by Christopher. He helped relieve a really stressful situation.

The staff today was so kind, friendly, and helpful!Samantha answered the phone and provided exceptional customer service.They let me use their code reader for free and came to my car with me to check everything. I was blown away at how helpful they were especially since I wasnt buying anything.... genuinely a great staff. There were 2 other young men who assisted as well. Thanks guys!

I've been to a lot of parts stores and this is by far my favorite shop. Staff is nice, knowledgeable, and very adept at finding strange parts. Prices will never be as good in store as rockauto or Amazon, but sometimes you need a part same day or it's in sale - hit up the O.

I love this O'Reilly - the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They handled a battery issue for me that Autozone down the street drop the ball on then lied about.

Went there today with a possibly faulty battery. Guy came out with his meter and tested the Battery, Alternator and Starter with his gadget and confirmed my suspicion that I needed a new battery.Personable young man sold me a new one and offered to fit it - thus obviating a future trip to return the core.I have nothing but thanks for the great service. I got out of there with a battery exchange and no oily fingers - result!

Autozone will never come close..in terms of the service this store gives..Brandon did help me with my rear brake bulbs..for sure..my go to store for all my auto needs..

I came in needing a drill bit to move my broken car seat on my minivan. I asked sales associate Ernest for help, and he came to my van, looked at the bit I needed, went out to his own personal vehicle, and pulled out the exact bit from his personal screwdriver. He told me I could have it, and that he wasn't even sure if they sold that bit. I was very impressed with his generosity and excellent customer service.Update to previous review:I returned to replace a dead battery under warranty. I was told 2 weeks ago, after an associate re-charged it when I brought in the same dead battery, to bring it back if it died and they would replace it for free. I brought it back, and Manager Aaron refused to honor the warranty. This is now the fourth time I have had to deal with an O'Reilly battery warranty. Every time it is a pain. They only honor it after a hassle, always try to recharge it just for it to die 2 weeks later, and apparently now they are just refusing to honor the warranty period. 1 star for Aaron and the O'Reilly battery warranty program. 5 stars for Ernest. That averages to 3 stars. Moral of the story: Buy your batteries at Walmart, they are cheaper and they don't ever hassle you about returning dead batteries under warranty.

Supervisor sales associate Rene gave me exceptionally good service, coming out to my car and trying out several different options to find a telephone mount that would work on a Prius that did not have a good surface for one. He took the time to make sure it was mounted correctly and was very gracious about the purchase. I strongly recommend this parts store.

Wow, I've been working with this store over the last 3 months. Great staff and very helpful. Today 6/13/18 I gone in to return 2 items. One of them being a rental tool, upon looking for my deposit back, one of the staff, who I never met yet, came with a attitude and told me I only had 48 hours to return the tool. I explained to him, that I was not made aware of this, Maybe you can reconsider. This is when things got a little ugly. As I was working on the other item of return, the staffer continue to repeat in a sarcastic way, that it was written on my receipt, that the rental tool had to be returned within 48hrs. I told him, he need not need to repeat that.I was very surprised by his demeanor, for I never experienced that in this store. I will talk with the store manager.

I came in to buy a battery, but was also hoping they would have some drinks for sale. Unfortunately there was a delay in their Coca Cola delivery. Luckily Manny was there to save the day, and actually gave me a water bottle he had brought for himself. Manny is the man! Great staff. I will continue to come here.

I have fallen on severely hard times and I had an issue with my car that may have prevented me from getting to the next job interview. The manager and her team went beyond the extra mile to help.1988 Broadway is where to go. Both the Manager & Crew are highly skilled and know their stuff. Clean Store. Best Service.

Really poor experience at this location O'reilly's. I prefer to purchase my automotive needs from O'Reillys vs others but my wife and I stopped in to pick up a couple of things for her new vehicle and was immediately attacked by the self proclaimed Store manager. We explained to him that we were unable to comply with his demand due to a medical exemption and that's when he forcefully told us we had to leave. It wasn't until we started recording when he decided to allow us to shop for the things we needed. When I asked for his card/name and the information of his boss he refused to provide the information or phone numbers. I have never had such an appalling experience at an O'Reillys location.
