I don't usually go into this shop but this time I did and I'm glad too. They had the special oil and oil filter for my motorcycle and that's no easy feat. So yes I'm going to come back here and the people were really nice too. Nice change from the other store. I'm definitely coming back.

Excellent service. Thank you Chad for going above and beyond to help me change my battery and for working on Thanksgiving. He installed my new battery and added the protective gel to my terminals as well as educating me on my antifreeze. I appreciate the personal service he gave me. I ll definitely be back to this store!

Most of the time this is a great store, but this last time I was helped by a lady named Sam and she refused to recycle unused oil but took all the dirty stuff. Its like she only rcognizes what oil is if its black. PS Autozone had no issues recycling it.

Went here for a basic battery and still they wanted 200 dollars! Couldn t even help me change out my old battery due to their tool box being out of reach. They curly red haired guy charged my dead battery for half a second and my car started dying across the parking lot. The service was very half a**! I will not be going back.

This review is based on my service today 12-22-22, but the young man who helped me (did not get his name but he had a sac state sweater on, and the receipt says James) went above and beyond to help me with my battery issue.

By far the most unhelpful and rude workers I've ever experienced at an oriellys, we arrived 2 minutes before closing because my fiance needed wiper blades for her car as it was starting to rain and hers were the wrong size and wouldn't work. The door was locked and both cashiers were at the registers and looked up acknowledged I was standing there and shook their heads and ignored me completely, customer service is completely gone and will never return. Which is a shame as I spend 1,000's of dollars a month at oriellys

We LOVE this O Reilly s! Every time we ve gone in the sales people are so FRIENDLY & they offer to come out to your car to assist you! We needed a new headlight; Sean came out to make sure it was the correct light that he quoted over the phone. We got a better deal for 2 lights! Sean, Thank U for your help! U ROCK!!!

Outstanding customer service, ROBERT was awesome, he answered all my questions and his professionalism and overall knowledge and ability to explain how to do it in simple terms was refreshing and an outstanding display of good business, I ll be coming back and highly recommend that you use this location since they re so good at taking care of their patrons.

I love O'Reilly's. I always patronize your establishment and have received the best customer service, UNTIL TONIGHT!I walk in about 3 min before closing. I needed a tail light. But wasn't sure which one so I asked if I could check real fast wasn't sure if it was a blinker or break or tail light. I was parked 50 feet from front door. He told me that his doors close at nine exactly and referred me to the store on Folsom Blvd, they closed 10:00 I mean I was already right there... It took me 2 min to figure out which light it was... It was 9:01 the doors were locked.. I mean c mon. I started my inquiry at 8:58. The guy couldn't wait 1 min for me up get that bulb. Then I drive to the other location and IT'S CLOSED!! It too closed at 9:00pm. then I go to AutoZone next door and they are out of the bulb I need. I'm livid..

I ended up going to 2 of them. First one was willing to install battery but didn't have in stock (Ranch Cordova on Folsom blvd) 2nd one wouldn't install but had battery. (On Bradshaw) now I am stuck at home with a dead battery and waiting for someone to come install. I am 68 years old and disabled and on sdi right now. They treated me nice and with respect. But still stuck.

I had bought a battery from them about 3 years ago and I found out I had a month left on the warranty and they gave me a new a battery for a very small fee. Great place for all my car parts. Great people service every time.

Excellent customer service from Eddie. Had a special order, he took it, parts arrived next day by 7:30 a.m. The price I paid for these specific premium parts was less than eBay motors and Amazon for the same exact part from the same manufacturer. And I didn't have to pay any overnight shipping costs. Cha-Ching! Thanks ORiellys!

99% of the parts I need for my 27 year old S10 were there, or readily available by ordering and had them by AM the next day. Very helpful and friendly parts men, too.

Friendly, organized. They've downsized a lot of the inventory unlike parts houses of old but if you know what you need and can navigate through the website you'll get an idea of what's in stock vs what has to be ordered.

I went to two O'Reilly, first one was ok, 2nd one the lighting out side the store on Folsom Boulevard across the street from the light rail was horrible!! It was dark and gloomy it was very sad for a big store like O'Reilly's to have no lighting outside for customers and employees.

Normally a great experience when I go to O'Reilly's the one in Folsom and one here in Rancho. Are always top notch. I was in the middle of moving all my equipment from one yard to another and my Bobcat broke down it had a brand new Bobcat battery in it that I paid a fortune for I brought it to O'Reilly they did a free test it had a dead cell I got the battery for less than 1/2 but I paid a bobcat and I got a discount on that too. Five stars for these guys

really helpful and nice help me check my oil he also crawled under my car to help me find a coolant leak very nice hopefully I will be getting my parts tomorrow which I ordered yesterday great staff great service will continue to do good business if you have Parts you want just call in you don't even have to go in major Eddie is really good and the sales team Nathan Johnny Chris are very very helpful and somewhat knowledgeable and what they do they all have their specialties

Normally I don't have a problem with OReillys but this time I wasnt able to exchange my warrantied alternator because the guy at the counter said it looked too old, although he was able to verify that i bought an alternator with a warranty less than two months ago. Telling me I'd have to take it back to the original store i bought it from to verify. I called the original store which is only 15 minutes away from them, then the original store calls them. Then the store on Bradshaw claims its missing the sticker and theres no way to identify the alternator....what??? so basically the warranty is worthless.

I prefer to go here instead of autozone. I've gone to autozone first and alot of times they don't have the part I need. O'reilly's had the part I needed most of the time. I suggest going here first, the prices are about the same.

Always helpful staff willing to go out in the parking lot with you to make sure your not leaving with parts that wouldn't be of no use to you. Highly recommend over any other automotive store.

Worst O'Reilly team ever unprofessional and comically misinformed staff. I also think one fat Mexican kid thinks he's in a motorcycle gang or something maybe huge should learn about cars and other automobiles and put down the sons of anarchy reruns and snacks?
