They fixed my diesel truck under a warranty. Very easy to work with and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Shout-out to my service advisor for providing excellent customer service! Will definitely be back here for future repairs.

The guys here took care of me when they didn't need to. Bought car at a different dealer and they checked it out and made sure it was safe after a needed repair. Even got me rides to and from the dealership.

I m giving this 2 star review because of the service advisor. The service itself seems to have been great with no issues.We brought our car in for a CVT Fluid Exchange and were given 3 different prices. The first initial estimate, a text confirmation with the final price and then another price when we came to pick up the vehicle. All about $100 higher each time. That isn t even the issue, I get it- car maintenance is expensive.When we asked about the difference in price from the text confirmation and the check out price the service advisor became weirdly defensive and combative. Saying I don t play games with people when we were simply asking why was there a difference in price. I spent over $400 for basically a transmission fluid flush and I d expect some decent customer service.I won t be using this facility again.

They continue to gaslight me about what is wrong with my car. Have lied 3 times about what need to be fixed/ replaced usually to the cost of at least 1500 dollars on my car only to be told by another mechanic that there's nothing wrong with the parts. They also keep saying they have done things that they never actually did. Whatever you do, do not trust or do any business with this company.

Service is horrible had to make four trips back to fix my car issues never resolved always getting told they didn't have time to check out the issue. Service went ftom a five star to a one star which should be -5. Other customer was upset as I was.Ended up going to another dealership and got extremely awesome service and car was fixed.

It was a good experience. They good customer service, did what I asked for, identified another issue and completed the work. I only spent 5 1/2 hours there, lol ! They did offer shuttle service though and I missed a call from them so I probably could have gotten out a little earlier. Only time will tell regarding the work they did. I got CVT fluid replacement and rear brake pad replacement on a 2012 Nissan Altima base model. Cost approximately $680.00.
