I looked online to fine the perfect set of rims for my Cadillac and I stumbled across Ninja Tire. I received my package within three days and the staff was extremely helpful and timely with answering and questions or concerns that I had. Shout out to the entire team at Ninja Tires.

Ninja Tire is amazing. I bought from wheels to go and had a defective wheel they refused to replace. It vibrated in the front end as soon as the wheels were installed. I had my suspension checked and paid out of pocket to have both front wheels rebalanced. The passenger wheel started leaking and as soon as i put on my spare, the vibration from 40 to 70mph went away. I found 3 stick on weights in my driveway and the vendor admitted they were his so I don't know which wheel they dropped off of. Did not matter for the front since I had them rebalanced anyway. Wheels to go only wanted to reseal the wheel and send it back which would not correct the vibration. I told them to send it back to Dayton as defective and he told me I had to buy a new wheel. I called Ninja and explained my problem. I was driving on a spare donut. They sent me a wheel right away. It even had an old fashioned weight installed for balancing si it definitely won't fall off. They provide road hazard so if I have a problem, I call them, they provide a shipping label and return the repaired tire to me. I don't normally answer unknown calls due to spam but the evening I of the day my wheel arrived I got a 1-800 call and answered. To my suprise, it was Ninja tire checking to make sure everything was right. Couldn't be more happy with their customer service.

After searching around for the set of rims I was looking for I finally came to Ninja Tire where my searching was done! They had an amazing selection to choose from and an easy step by step process to purchase them. From the customer service over the phone, to the shipping, and receiving the products was an awesome experience! Very polite and professional! I recommend anyone who is looking for a nice set of rims to contact Ninja Tire immediately!!!

Received my order 3 days early! Came with everything they said would come. This is a good company and would refer to everyone! And for sure will get another set once my other old school is finished. Also I m going to make a YouTube video on the rims once their mounted on the first car

Great service made sure I got what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied,Amir treated me right and he's a man of his word.I received my rims they wasn't balance and I couldn't get them balance he told me to send them back even though they didn't have the ones I wanted when I first ordered so I said since I had to send them back can I just wait until the ones I really wanted come in so after the long wait it was worth it and he added the sensors at no charge.
