Logan our Niello sales representative was awesome! He got the exact model (2024 Atlas SEL R Line) we wanted within a couple of weeks since it wasn't in stock at the time. Definitely recommend Niello and their staff when looking for a new car!

Very short wait time to check in. Matt was courteous , knowledgeable and very pleasant.Service department recommended a couple of other minor fixes , these were done at no extra charge.A part had to be ordered & when it comes in will be taking our VW Atlas back for a new windshield & camera sensor.Excellent communication with Matt throughout the day .

I have to give a big thank you to Ron Stevenson, and let him know how much he is appreciated, I feel that he went above and beyond to make me understand, All my questions, and he took it a step further and checked into things for me. Which for me is so much appreciated nowadays, so I'd like to give a big thank you. On a job well done. It is much needed in this day and age.

I had a great experience with Ron as my service advisor. He demonstrated impressive knowledge and understanding, keeping me informed at every step of the process. Even when one concern couldn't be immediately verified, Ron proactively suggested the next steps, including a road test with the shop foreman to better address my concern. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit truly positive.

Service crew are always accommodating and very helpful. They will not give your the run around. Price can be steep but reasonable and they stand by their work and quality.

Brought my car in to Niello VW Sales & Service to replace key ignition and was not disappointed. The whole process of vehicle checkin, diagnostics, repair, payment of services rendered and vehicle pickup was a breeze! Service advisor Matt insured that my issues were addressed, treated me w/ respect and was very professional! He was also upfront & honest about my car repairs, price and recommended repairs. He was in contact w/ me from start to finish as Betsy was getting repaired! Great staff, great service & I give this experience !!

Our 2012 Passat TDI was having some problems, never fun, but Ron in service had great communication and worked with us all through the process. Had some extra work done too, prices were very fair compared to the other shops I had received quotes from before going to the dealership.

Helped me so much with Jetta! Helped me with the price as well Because my mechanic decided to use after market spark plugs and wires. Which end it up messing with my 02 sensor... So they went ahead and covered the cost of my plugs Because I literally just got them switched the week before! Such amazing team. And I love the fact that you can actually watch your car and real time and have live updates.

First, I arrived at 10:23, for a 10:40 appointment. I was met by Ron who asked " who is picking you up?", I said " no one, I usually wait for the work to be done ", he starts that I am down as a no wait appointment. And that this is a new thing, that I should have mentioned that I would be waiting even if not asked by scheduling. He also said that he would inform scheduling to ask if client would be waiting. I told him that I live in penn valley, 1.5 hours away and that I have always waited. He said that he would have me out of there in 2 hours. Offered to help with the remote or anything that I needed to be comfortable. I received a text that stated I could text anytime. I waited 2.5 hours, sent a text inquiring about status and got no reply. He comes into the waiting room after 2 hours and 50 minutes and says that my car was done, waiting out front and he did good by honoring the 2 hour mark. I told him that I have been waiting almost 3 hours and he said," well, I am not going to argue with you, nor am I going to pull up the time stamp, your car is waiting and you can pay the cashier " he also said that it was my fault by not telling the scheduler that i would be waiting, and left. I went to the cashier, who asked for last name, then asked for my first name, then said that she didn't have my paperwork, told me that my car was not ready, asked someone else who also said that my car wasn't ready. I loudly told both of them that ron just told me that it was ready and she found my paperwork. I paid the bill, then saw an email that my car has other issues. I told her and Brandon that I was filing a complaint. She said that Scott would be in on Monday. I told her, that I already have his number. Later, Ron called, left a message, saying that he wanted to make things better. Still don't know what else is wrong with my car. Ron stated that he would try to call again but didn't. The only request that Ron can help me with, at this point, is to make a note in my chart that he is NEVER to be my service writer, ever again.

I brought the car home from a 80,000 mile service, and, once again, there was a problem. This time coolant was leaking all over the garage floor. I m not sure if I m willing to risk bringing it back to VW to correct the problem. I m probably safer taking it to a local mechanic and eating the cost.

It was time for our first service on our 2023 Tiguan after purchasing it last year. I was absolutely blown away by the services provided by Niello. They had many appointment options available and scheduling was a breeze- they came and picked my Tiguan up from my house and after services were completed they returned it back to me. It was great. I would have like the tracking link provided to have worked a little more efficiently, so I could get real-time updates. Additionally, it would be nice to have been shown some identification or service slip of some sort when picking up the car in the morning initially. Overall, I m still loving my Tiguan and so thankful for all the years of excellent customer service to come.

They charged $200 for labor only to find out that I would have to pay another $2,600 for a part of the stereo in my VW Golf. I asked them to look at an underlying electrical issue but that request was ignored so I still have to deal with alarms. I wasn't notified my car was ready to be picked up. They did offer me a car wash coupon and a Lyft so that was nice. I won't ever be going back to Niello.

roger was amazing! helped me get everything done (even though one was last minute) and answered all of my questions. amazing guy! car was done by the promised time as well. when they couldn t fix something for me, they recommended me to a place that could asap.

Service rep Travis was prompt to get me signed in for my appt. He was very thorough in communicating every step of the services to be rendered. At the end, a Lyft ride was available within 2 mins. The video text of the service as it was happening was appreciated.Travis met me when I returned to pick up my vehicle and explained the services, recommendations and final cost. Overall, easy experience.

The salesman who assisted me, Roger Bybee was pleasant, courteous, and professional. The work done on my car was exceptional. My car runs like new! I will continue going to Niello Volkswagen to service my car.

Just came here for my first general service which is included when you purchase a new VW (your first two are included unless otherwise stated). Brent was my advisor and he was great & will work with him again if possible! He got me in, got me a Lyft which was nice since the service would take a couple of hours due to them being so busy. I usually choose to wait at dealers if they don't have loaners cause sometimes dealers only provide oneway lyft rides but Brent got me setup for a return ride since service would be so long which was MUCH appreciated (I believe generally they don't provide the ride back unless its a long wait they can't control). Why the long wait? I guess they are the only VW in the area aside Roseville & Elk Grove. It made sense as I tried to make an appointment in early September before I had a road trip and they were literally booked out till Early October.But overall, great service but just wish there was another dealer closer as I heard the Folsom one closed during the pandemic? Also, I'm not going to knock Niello for this but I do wish my car was washed. I think because they finished so late close to closing, I got a voucher instead. Now, I am appreciative of the voucher but because Im up highway 50, it would be out of the way for me to just go into Sac. just to get a carwash. Oh, and I felt a tad confused pulling-in as I had to go inside after pulling into service to check-in. Generally in my experiences at any dealers, someone comes out, get's your info, checks the mileage, get's you checked in. Not sure if this is a Niello thing but I sat in my car for a few minutes waiting but no one came out but since It was now a few minutes past my appointment time, I got out and walked in to let them know I was there for an appointment. Again, not a big deal where I am knocking them any stars but I've had a few cars so this was new to me I had to walk in to check-in? Again, my first time at this dealer so not a biggie. :)

I recently bought a new electric ID 4 from Niello Volkswagon. The experience was very pleasant. There were no high pressure tactics and everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. I absolutely love my new vehicle and would recommend Niello to anyone.

I did a walk in service on a Saturday morning and was able to get my work set up done and out by noon despite a full schedule on their end. Roger had to deal with a black out due to the storm but managed to still get my car service done as promised. He offered a Lyft or Uber in case I didn't have a ride. Thanks, Roger. We needed a new battery, took the Passat to Niello and had it back with all the electronic changes necessary. Very good place to have your car serviced, as has been my experience over many years. One caveat I have is they always turn the "lights" switch to "off" and do not turn it back to "auto", where it should be. A trivial annoyance but consistent.Service: Electrical repair

I felt obligated to give this review because Matt was awesome. I ve owned almost every make of car and this was one of the best service experiences I ve ever had. It started with a scheduling issue, but Matt did everything he could to make the experience efficient and I really appreciated it. The service was done properly and timely. Not so good. They charged me 200 dollars to look at my windshield that would not calibrate. They were not good people and not easy to work with. I will never take my car there again, I will drive to Chico.
