Best Mini dealership! I had a fast and great experience with Abraham. I was in and out of there in 2 hrs (which is fast for dealerships). He was very kind, not pushy and super helpful. I ve been and bought from other Mini dealers, but they are the only ones who give you swag! They give you a BMW Niello bag, two Mini keychains, a pen and a first aid kit in a nice leather pack. Erica, from finance, was super fast and helpful too. Overall, a good buying experience. Will definitely buy BMWs and MINIs from here moving forward even though I live 2 hrs away. Worth it! 10/10

Great experience at Niello MINI, and I'm not an easy customer to please!Big thank you to Scot Glackin - Service Manager and Michael Torres - Service Advisor. Scot managed to turn around a situation effortlessly and made me one happy customer. Scot and Macheal chased a timing chain rattle (ghost) for nearly five days on my MINI Countryman's engine and they didn't charge a red cent. Furthermore, torqued my spark plugs for free and did a multi point inspection. The only thing we paid for was an oil change. They took there time, were very responsive, and even gave me a loaner for nearly a week. Now we have peace of mind. Attitude is everything, especially a positive one!

Vehicle service at Niello Mini is always a Five Star experience. I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years. The staff is amazing! They keep my company vehicle running at its best and are very professional and considerate of my vehicles specific needs, in regards to the requirements of my business and the DMV.As a licensed driving instructor, my vehicle requirements and time management are essential to the direct success of my company. Whether my 2016 Mini Cooper S convertible is being brought in for a maintenance issue, like an oil change, or something that requires extended services, like a tire replacement and alignment, Niello s service team is right on top of it, with a turn around time that is always very minimal. That is imperative for the success of my business and Neillo understands that. They have many individual stars at this location, but my personal favorite is Tony McCall.His professionalism and attention to details is always a Five Star Experience. He is very mindful of the time sensitive issues I face, as a driving instructor and always keeps me in the loop with present or future maintenance and repair issues, as they may occur. He works around my schedule and makes every effort to facilitate services on my days off, as to not interrupt my business schedule. This is just one of many examples I could give, regarding Tony s excellent attention to details and the reason I continue to not just have my Mini Cooper S serviced at Niello of Sacramento, but also our family vehicle, which is a 2015 BMW X4 M Sport Edition. In addition, Tony has his own Mini Cooper, so I also feel that he has a personal understanding of the performance needs and requirements of a Mini Cooper and that also makes him a very cool service coordinator. It s a Mini thing, you know. Sacramento Niello Mini and BMW. Accept no Substitute.

Excellent dealership. I bought my car here last year, and they have been incredibly supportive throughout its little quirks and maintenance. The service center is extremely helpful, prompt, and gets everything done as needed. I love the car, and I love the dealership. Thank you!

I recently got my dream car from Niello MINI and had the best experience. Erika made the process very smooth and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The customer service at Niello was some of the best I have encountered while car shopping, they were up front and helpful every step of the way. If you are in the market for a MINI I highly recommend letting the people at Niello take care of you.

Time on front door says they close at 8pm and a lady was saying the parts department at 6pm its 5:43 as im typing this. Nowhere does it say they close at 6pm. I just needed a part number and no one was willing to help. Unbelievable.

Wow. I m so very impressed with this team s customer service. Specifically, Fernanda in sales and Diana, the manager, are fantastic, but the team in entirety was truly exceptional. I really appreciated the gentleman we were working with in the finance department, too, but I cannot remember his name. We actually decided to walk at the end of the transaction, but I honestly regret not doing business with such a team that without hesitation opens doors for people, gives space and acts respectfully to all, and communicates thoroughly and genuinely without any hassle or judgment. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. They have set the bar for me and left a positive everlasting impression.

Called to make the appointment and they checked to be sure my windshield was in stock. Reassured me that it was dropped the car off and got loaner but was called within 20 minutes and told it wasn t in stock and not available until Monday it was Thursday I took loaner home and returned the next Wednesday to pick up my car worked out fine just had to rearrange my schedule some. We love 2 1/2hours away from dealer they do great work love my representative!!!

Niello earned my business today and my highest recommendation. Today I bought a used Honda Accord at the Niello Mini lot. After spending several months looking for a used car all over Sac, I met the nicest and most low key car salesman, Creed. I was really impressed and put at ease with his approach he was very knowledgeable about the car we test drove, which isn t always the case with trade in used vehicles at dealerships that specialize in other cars. I was also impressed that they put work into replacing the bumper of the car I bought before selling it. The car I m buying is in immaculate condition and I felt confident in their inspection and repairs. Even though I was preapproved with my bank, the financing department found me a better loan. As we worked on the paperwork, I sat back and watched the rest of the team and the atmosphere here is pleasant and not high pressure or stressful. As a single woman buying a car, I ve been through the ringer with rude salespeople and I m very pleased to say this was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. Creed is wonderful to work with.

Great service dept. Ask for Hans. Free shuttle round trip service.This review was for the old Mini now they apart of BMW service has gone to heck!! Nobody knows anything you can t get a call back. My car was towed in there Saturday with a promise for a call Monday morning Tuesday morning. I m calling to find out what happened. They have no clue my car is even there. Although I did get a email saying they wanted to buy it. in three years since they have taken over mini service, I ve tried several times to work with them And failed. I have been using an alternate repair service, and I am much happier.

AJ made our car purchase stress free and he took so much time to explain all the extras these little Mini s have. We decided it was time for a fun car and Niello s had just what we wanted. Ask for AJ if you need to have a little fun in your life!

On an 800 mile trip south from Central Oregon, my 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop engine shuttered, the check engine light came on, lost a lot of power (only able to go 50 mph up a hill in 5th gear), and died when I came to a stop. Luckily I was able to make it to my hotel. But, I was 152 miles away from the nearest Mini dealership and ended up getting a tow to Niello Mini early the next day. The first person I met outside asked me if I had an appointment while looking at my car on the back of the tow truck. I told him my car had a problem and was undrivable. He told me that they might not be able to look at it today because I didn't have an appointment. That freaked me out a little. I explained I was from another state and was just passing through on my way another 400 miles south for a high school reunion. Thank goodness, he passed me off to Kaity Gonzalez. She came and saw me about 30 minutes later and told me that they could get me in because Thursdays usually weren't all that busy. She said I would have to pay for the diagnostic, which I readily agreed to. An hour later she called me over and told me that my ignition coil needed changing out and spark plugs were 10 years old and were misfiring. Because my 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty was about to expire in a couple of months (the car only has 50,000 miles on it) that they would change that out and would not charge me for the diagnostic. All I would owe was for the switching out of the spark plugs. A couple of hours later, I was on the road to Santa Barbara County. I was very impressed with Niello Mini and especially Kaity Gonzalez. She was awesome!!! I would highly recommend this dealership, except for maybe the guy that told me that they might not be able to squeeze me in. As a former customer service representative in hotels, he did not handle my situation well.

I would say that I known Tony from the service department scheduling since he was at old location,his knowledge and experience is on point and as long as he's there, I will always get my mini serviced there. I will give him a 7 if I could. The company should be proud to have him as apart of their business.

Great service. 10 year old Mini Cooper in for assessment/diagnostics and routine maintenance. Solid information and good communication throughout transaction. No surprises at checkout. Expensive - but I have confidence in their parts and workmanship.

We are new to California. Bought our first Mini when we arrived. Found Niello MINI for service and have been pleasantly surprised at how affordable, accommodating, and accessible they are. I will definitely continue to have our Mini serviced by them and will go to them when it is time to upgrade.

I bought what they said was a used car but with new car miles on it, so they didn't certify it as a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle to get the 5 year unlimited mile warranty. I asked them why? All they said was that it was pretty much a new car. I responded back by stating that it should be no problem then to certify it, but they refused to do so. I guess they don't believe that my car would last, but I'm pretty sure they are just greedy and wanted to charge all the warranties up to 125,000 instead of providing me the unlimited mile warranty for 5 years. They also over charged me for the vehicle warranty and the maintenance warranty. With all the over charges it brought the price back to being a new car, but mine wasn't considered new, so I paid too much for. I guess there is no one I could trust at Neillo.

I liked not having to survive the high pressure sales pitches I have dealt with on other car purchases, and would gladly purchase another vehicle from Niello .someday!

Christian is always prompt to respond to any questions, and helpful in getting my vehicle in and (more importantly) back to me as quickly and efficiently as possible. With great staff throughout the company, that works hard with you and for you, to reach the shared desired end goal, to get you in the car you want. I am pleased with the overall service and environment that the staff provided me. I would strongly recommend Niello Mini and Niello BMW to all, that looking for great prices and outstanding superb customer service and support.This is just my testimony of experience from being at other dealerships and franchise alike, that didn't make me feel as good as Niello did.

Niello BMW of Sacramento is wonderful. The service manager Scott Glackin was very patient and very helpful with an issue that I was having with my car. His team was able to remedy the situation and return my car to me very quickly. The check in process was very quick and very easy and the staff was very friendly.

We like the low key sales staff so we can just look & test drive cars at our leisure. The only thing is we wish they had more finance personnel when purchasing because we waited over 5 hours to complete our buy! Overall we feel we got a good deal!

Michael Torres was my main contact person for a Hydromamic coating that was a scheduled service.Michael was extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive in keeping me updated on every step of the process.He was quick to respond to text messages and answering my calls.He also went out of his way to help me with a last minute request that I had made.This is how customer service is supposed to happen.
