Here s some context for my situation.My car was dropped off on 3/13 and my rental was picked up at enterprise the same day.I didn t receive any updates so I had to call on 3/20 (The receptionist said Jeff would call me back but I didn t get a call back that day, which was not a big deal). I called again on 3/21 to get updates on my car. Per Jeff, my car would be finished by Monday/Tuesday 3/25-3/26. I called again today 3/25 and spoke with a receptionist again who spoke to Jeff who stated that the repairs would be pushed back to Wednesday 3/27. I told them this would be a problem because I work Wednesday and itll be difficult for me to even pickup the car during their normal business hours since it is a weekday. I had made sure I was off on Monday/Tuesday so I would have the time to pickup my car on the date I was given originally. As a full time employee, it s already hard enough to get two weekdays off like that.The car will have been dropped off for 2 weeks now if I were to wait until 3/27. I told them as well that my reservation for my rental would expire on Wednesday and that the enterprise employee said any additional days after 3/27 will have to come out of pocket. Its hard to trust what Jeff told me because the date keeps getting pushed back. How am I supposed to know they wont push back the service even further past Wednesday and then it starts coming out of my pocket to pay for my rental?I am unhappy that a date was given to me and that my car wasn t finished by the original date I was told and thats why I am writing this review.

Not impressed with service availability. Called on a Monday and couldn't get an appointment til Friday and it still would have taken 3 or more weeks to get to it. I ask couldn't someone just look at it and at least tell me what part was needed and then come back for a full estimate? That's what another reputable body shop did on that Monday and I was able to come back a day later for a full estimate. The other shop appeared to want my business. These folks did not. I had a neighbor tell me in one minute what was needed , and he was on point.

These people are good at what they do and professional. Parts on backorder is a serious issue for car repairs right now, not their fault but something you should be aware of. We had 10 days of repairs, pretty extensive from a bad wreck, but were without our vehicle for 3-1/2 months from parts being backordered. Make sure you double check everything as we were missing a clip in the headliner that holds the sun visor in place and will have to return for them to fix this.

They are absolutely wonderful especially concern mean all the specialized items that a BMW needs. Great customer service and they seem to really go above and beyond. I would recommend them. I had 2 people hit me about a week apart and had to use 2 different collision repair people, per the insurance recommendation. I recently brought my Audi to Niello Collision after being rear ended in an accident. The service provided by my advisor, Jeff Douglass, was excellent. I couldn t have asked for better! Repairs were done due to an accident. Their staff is very communicative, and gave regular updates when the overall repair was delayed over a longer period of time (insurance and parts). Really liked working with Mike, he provided very timely follow ups while the car was in the shop, so I was not second-guessing why the vehicle was not done.The results were excellent, all work was done with OEM parts and I want to say it looked better than before.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I purchased an Infiniti QX60 from The Niello Company about a year ago and was extremely excited because the car is beautiful, and runs amazing. Last month another vehicle hit my car and I was devastated about the damage. I immediately knew that I wanted to take my vehicle to The Collision Center because of their amazing customer service and quality of work. My Estimator was Mike Cook and he was extremely professional, and provided me with frequent status updates. The Technicians did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and I want to be sure that they receive acknowledgement for the work they performed. Chip Moore the General Manager was also extremely professional and made sure that I was taken care of the moment I walked in the door. Everyone at The Niello Company was extremely pleasant and I understand why one of their Core Values is We enthusiastically value our customers. Avoid going to Neillo collision because they will write up your estimate so high that your insurance company will salvage your vehicle. I just recently took my Audi there after a minor collision and the estimater named Jeff wrote up all kinds of parts that my vehicle didn't have and didn't need. The management is terrible because they are not willing to listen to the customer. The manager went as far as telling me that if he knew that the Audi was mine he would have excepted it for repairs just because in the past I brought up some problems on my other vehicles after the repairs. They want to make mistakes and expect for you to not say something about it. I even bought the car from one of their dealers. In conclusion they are expecting for you to let the insurance company keep your vehicle so you can go out and by another one. Do not use this business or you'll be very sorry. I've been here twice. Both times the staff was empathetic and actually were concerned with helping us fix our issues. The quality of the work is superb but the customer service was beyond exceptional. I was having other issues along with the main reason i was there and they actually went above the call of duty to help me troubleshoot my issues.As far as collision repair goes, they repaired our car and blended the paint so well that i can not see that there was ever damage to begin with.I would highly recommend this shop especially if you want the job done right. Expect to have great customer service and let the stress go.Chip **** you also get two thumbs up - my family thanks you ****

They fixed my car s bumper, they got it done in only a week. And kept up communication with me the whole time! They are AMAZING. They even washed and cleaned my car inside and out. Highly recommend to anyone look for personable people who care about you and your car

I've taken my BMW here in the past and it definitely was an overall disappointing experience. Let me start with the positive. They do good work and I was happy with how the car looked once completed.Now I'll let you know about the negative. They are seemingly disorganized and very slow during the process. Many of their employees who answer the phones are rude. One employee actually hung up on me prematurely today when I was updating information for an estimate for new damages on the same BMW as mentioned above. I called back and spoke to their GM Chip about this unfortunate incident and he basically called me a liar. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.The hard truth about this business is that they like to low ball their insurance estimates. My prior(4 years ago)original estimate was under $10,000 and then it somehow ballooned to over $20,000 in the 3 months it took to finally complete the job. They call themselves the experts, but don't seem to know how to properly initially estimate the damages. I find that hard to believe. I think it is likely that they low ball estimates so that insurance adjusters won't determine your call a loss and not permit them to do the repair job. It is an unethical tactic and very unfortunate. If you don't mind putting up with all the B.S., then you should take your car here. I probably would have been happy with the work once they completed this job, but sometimes valuing ethical businesses are more important to me and I have ended my relationship with them for good.

You will not go wrong if you bring your car into Niello Collision for repairs. They perform great work and the process is managed impeccably but their well trained staff. I worked with Mike Cook. He was outstanding. He personified customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. I hope not have another accident, but if I do my car will be back at Niello.

I had an amazing experience with these guys fixing my 2013 Touareg. They are a VW certified repair facility and the level of quality shows. Communication was awesome, and the repair work was phenomenal. The paint matched perfectly down to the factory orange peel. I am blown away and would not hesitate to use them again.

Niello stands behind their quality and warranty! I had body work done back in 2014 and moved out of state. A defect developed early 2021 and I called the insurance company, who wouldn t help. I called Niello and was very impressed with Mr. Moore the GM. He called the insurance company again on my behalf to try and work with them. When they declined, he then found a local shop for me to get the work done and covered the repairs at no cost to me. He stood behind their lifetime warranty and responded quickly to make things right!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My original review, submitted on 4/1/18, addressed my unpleasant experience with Niello Collision Center regarding an employee's poor customer service and lack of respect. The following day, I was contacted by the general manager, Chip Moore, apologizing for my experience with the company. Chip took the time to investigate the situation prior to our conversation, and he spent time explaining to me what corrective action was taken as a result of my review. I truly felt as if Chip was sincere in his apology and I trusted that he was honest in his attempts to make sure that future clients receive excellent customer service. Although Chip could not fix the negative experience I encountered as he might fix a repair, Chip did what he could to make the situation right, and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

I had an excellent customer experience at Niello Collission Center! I needed the bumper of my Porsche Boxster repaired (instead of replaced) and was at first a bit worried if the paint would match the rest of the car. It turned out perfectly! Kathy Ramirez kept me informed throughout the process and always made sure I was aware of what they were working on and when the car would be ready. She also took great care of communicating with the insurance covering the claim. I would highly recommend Niello Collission Center for any car. There is also an Enterprise rental car station right across the street which makes it super easy to drop off your car for repair and drive away with a rental.

Went in for a quote on a rear quarter panel repair for my beloved Dodge Challenger. Imagine my shock when less than 10 minutes later they returned my car, repaired, and the only cost was my suprised and delighted smile.If I ever (hopefully never) need repair work or should anyone ask for a recommendation, these guys are my new go-to.Thank you so much!
