This is one of the best services I've had, by far. I am able to drop off my vehicle and know that my service advisor, Omead, will have my car in service and ready for me. I loved how I could go in and be treated with respect, care, and kindness, starting from the front desk when they greet you, to your advisor, and to the front clerk when picking up your vehicle.

Sales department is a good experience. Very helpful and treats you like a valued customer. Service department is lacking in some ways. I've had to return to have the same repair done again. And when requesting to go on test drive with tech, they said yes, but ignored actually doing it.

I highly recommend their Collision Center Sacramento for excellent customer service. They came through when my insurance company push back. The Manager Jeff Douglas and team did an outstanding job putting my car back together with quality parts. I can't thank them enough. My car looks brand new! Great job and follow through. The service was great. Got my car in on time, ordered the part needed, and got me my car back within a day. James, my service guy was excellent!

Gave my vin# over the phone to secure an oil change appointment, came in for service and they said they won t do oil change service cause car is salvage title after spending 40 minutes there. Overall spent about an hour there while dropping off the car/getting it back. The car was in a fender bender but doesn t matter cause they didn t even ask.

We bought a car there in December 2021 (a used VW eGolf) and the whole purchasing process was very smooth. But as soon as we paid the car the service went down dramatically. I'm waiting since December for my title! Several mails to the Sales Advisor and Business Manager (D. G.) are un-answered.

I had my car service today and the service was good. But they charges are very expensive. I just had the rear plate bracket replaced. So they charged me $50 for labor. It is too expensive.

Don't take your car here if you don't want your car used and abused. The employees are doing donuts and peeling out in customer cars in the back lot.
